Needs some serious care, tickets machines empty on many games, a few broken arcade game. The staff would donate better job if they weren't so concerned about being on their breaks and actually doing their jobs and maintaining the place.

The best features of this arcade place are the bumper cars and the variety of arcade machines.
Toilets are clean and include a toilet for the disabled to access at the ground floor along with female and male toilets.
The staff that work preparing food and such at the till are not friendly and unapproachable. I had to wait 10 minutes to be served at the till. There were two confused staff members walking to and from on and off without serving me or reassuring me of anything. People from behind me were served first as there was someone of the left hand side serving even though we were in front and he knew this. I told the staff member my concerns and eventually we were served.
Bowling area had chewing gum on the walls and litter on the floor. Not to mention people that did not pay to bowl sitting in our booth, eating food. I wouldn't mind this but there was not enough room for 3 people paying to bowl to sit comfortably.

Funscape indeed but a bit lacking in ticketed games. All the really cool games are unticketed which kinda sucks. And if your there after peak times (mon night) then the prizes are limited- eg. 600 tickets= Hufflepuff mug or scented candle- i obviously opted for the candle cos well Hufflepuff- c'mon!!! Lol.

The best arcade I have ever been too, there is an amazing selection of slot machines and arcade machines. You can do a little slot of bowling, visit the delicious restaurant/bar for some refreshments and maybe even go on the bumper cars. The staff are very friendly and the prizes will make you want to blow your wage there

Fun to take kids and family

Fun to take kids and family
But they had macdonalds and that's gone
As of Feb 2019 ....also you win tokens and they give prizes ....so every 10 pounds you spend you can get 1 pound prize do the math.
It's fun like a mini fun fair has a nice bar to chill downstairs if you meet up with mates and a bowling area small but fun.

Really liked this place a lot! There's a lot of videogames to play, as well as things to do like the bumper cars, bowling, play pool, or even ping pong! Would defo recommend trying the Dance Dance Revolution game. The most fun you'll get for a pound (3 songs), as well as the Pacman Smash!

Lots of different arcades, bowling alleys, pool tables, air hockey dodgems and a bar downstairs which is always showing the football or whatever other sport is on. Always enjoy coming here for a casual bit of fun. Also has toilets downstairs.

Really not disabled accessible. To access step free you have to go through Sea Life through corridors and back doors providing they have staff free there to do so, then inside the key operated lift can make it impossible to get between floors without finding staff, and there are a lot of places with a single step where it could easily be a sloped floor to allow wheelchair access, for example where the bowling lanes are and also to get to the main bar. I was waiting a very long time at the end of the bar trying to get someone's attention because they weren't looking out for wheelchair users at all.

Finally on the lowest floor, the machines were placed in such a way that coming out of the lift while people are using those machines means you have to sit and wait for them to finish because there's no space to go through. It needs to be tested to ensure that wheelchair users have full access at all times.

In the end I was waiting so long to get between floors that by the time I got there my friends were almost ready to move on to the next area, and the bowling which we had looked forward to as something we could do together was impossible.

A wheelchair lift at the front of the building would be a good first step to making the venue accessible and enjoyable. Making more space for wheelchair users to get around would be another, and lastly please just replace the single steps with a sloped floor. It's like a completely unnecessary barrier for disabled people.

Walking around London, we decided to explore Namco Funscape. Given our great appreciation for the Namco games, we were looking forward to this experience. It is really just a big arcade. Not the cleanest, but we played a few games.

This place has a wide variety of arcade games to enjoy, 2 bowling alleys and a bar for lunch and beer it's awsome!!! I wish the machines was better looked after, like they was constantly eating money, breaking down, or just simply turned off but the place is still absolutely epic!!
