I bought a 2019 Toyota Camry Le from this dealership. The dealership lied to me about about there being four recalls on my vehicle. I was lied to by the sales woman that the vehicle had been serviced before I bought it. I'm never going back.

I am very happy to know that there are direct, transparent, honest, and customer service oriented dealerships in Metro Atlanta Area. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest was just outstanding. I had never had such awesome experience before. First of all, they were not afraid to email me a written quote and offer their best price on a new 2015 Camry LE out of all 16 Toyota dealers that I contacted with my inquiry. Joel Hamilton, a sales professional of Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, demonstrated outstanding level of courtesy and customer service. It was pure pleasure to communicate with him and negotiate my purchase. He was very prompt in responding to my emails, did not avoid answering my questions or providing me with information in writing, and did not wasted any of my time with empty follow-up emails. At the end, Nalley Toyota Stonecrest didn't just stand behind its promises, but exceeded my expectations. My car was equipped with Clear Paint Protection Package and floor mats at no charge to me. Two more places agreed to match Nalley Toyota Stonecrest out-the-door price, but I choose to deal with Joel, and Nalley Toyota Stonecrest because I believe that honesty and openness are best policies! Also, I would like to mention Joe Johnson, a service manager, who prepared all financial paperwork, and who was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about financing my purchase. I have been getting my Lexus GX-470 serviced here for the past 6 years. The Service Team is always courteous and having a great Advisor is very important to me. Raymond Persaud has been my Advisor for a few years now and he is one of the best (if not the Best ). Raymond has an amazing personality and is always very attentive to my service needs. He makes sure my vehicle is serviced properly and keeps me informed of any foreseeable issues. Thank you Raymond for always taking excellent care of my vehicle. Toyota Corolla "Special Edition" comes with Nitrog...

Toyota Corolla "Special Edition" comes with Nitrogen filled tires. It cost big bucks for nitrogen...they said that it is okay to use regular air AFTER they filled up my tires. I trusted you! I told the service advisor about it, he said "Its okay, don't worry" I took my brand new Corolla to Toyota of
Mc Donough. They advised me NOT to mix regular air with Nitrogen, it defeates the purpose. I have been taking my Corolla to Toyota of
Mc Donough for service ever since.

Really disappointed,guys don't waste your time to come here,all what you see posted on their site its just trap to bring you here,here are my story with them ,i saw a van on their site and called them one hour before,since i have to drive1 hour to them .they said its available come in, when i got there they said, its sold last Friday so about one week ago and the car its still on post online they did not take it down,they are just bunch of liars they trap you with good deals,and cars just like you see available and even when you call they will tell you its available just to bring you there then to sell you more expensive cars be aware of them

Had a wonderful experience with Assistant Service Manager Shawn Granville and the Toyota Stonecrest Team. Last week I had my complimentary oil change and also I had a concern about the pressure light coming on. They checked it and all was well. Shawn also gave further explanation about why the light may be coming on. In any event, he told me if it happens again to just let him know.

My light did come back on a week later and have put in a call for Shawn to give me a call back. This time I wasn't alarmed because he explained what might happen.

As a repeat customer I came in to purchase a 2014 ...

As a repeat customer I came in to purchase a 2014 Avalon on Dec 1st. Test drove and was all set to purchase but had 1 concern. When starting the car it does the system check and indicated an issue with SRS and the warning light remained on. I was promised by the salesman (JD) that this would be fixed and that was the condition for purchasing. When all the paperwork was completed he stated the Used Car manager had addressed it with the Service Tech and It was fixed. No light on when I drive off.

Fast forward to Dec 31st and the same exact light comes back on. After having the service department check car it turned out to be a very expensive issue.

The Gen Sales Manager George Jefferson wasn t concerned about the promise that was made but was insistent that I walk out paying something which was eventually 350.00. I asked him to run this by the General Manager Ali Benli and per Jefferson The General Manager agrees to give me an additional 50.00 off for a total of 300.00. I would have thought the GM would have stepped in and solved this issue since JD was on vacation and the Used Car Manager was no longer working there. How is it that I have to negotiate the price of an issue that the Salesman promised me would be fixed?

Now did the Used Car Salesman and Service tech just initially clear the alarm to get the sale? It s kind of ironic the same alarm is back on within 30 days but Nalley Toyota Stonecrest doesn t keep their promises even to REPEAT customers. BAD BUSINESS. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Worthy of Better Business Bureau review.

I always have a great experience working with Raymond Persaud. I normally make my appointment online. Many times, I make the appointment the same day and he is usually available. If he is not available, I make my appointment for the date he is available (which is normally the next day). My experience this time was simple. My car needed a new battery. I opted to just drop the car off around 2:30pm. My car was done and ready for me to pick up by the time I got off of work at 5:00pm. Mr. Persaud even waited around for me to pick up my car. The customer service I receive is the #1 reason I return; plus my car is always fixed properly.

I went to buy a car. I had found the car I wanted on the internet and contacted the internet sales representative. I arrived at about 11 AM. I took a look and a test drive then told her the deal I wanted as I had a very good offer from another dealer. (I should have gone there.)

She went to propose the deal to the "sales manager" and he came back with a deal that was way over their advertised internet price. Bait and switch? I told him the deal I wanted and he left to work it out.

In the meantime I expressed my frustration with his shenanigans to the sales person and told her I felt like walking. She left and came back with the GM. He gave me the deal I wanted without frustration, but not without a wait. T

hen I had to go to finance. I had been there two and a half hours already, mostly waiting. So I wait for another half hour for the finance guy to get ready for me. By then I was tired and very hungry. I wanted to go home. I was almost done though, right?

Well he had a bunch of sales pitches for me too. He ended up talking me into buying an extended warranty. The car has a bumper-to-bumper for 36 months and he sold me up to $2K+ for an additional two years. A rip-off. I was so exhausted by then I signed just to get out.

Now I am very sorry I went there. I did get the car I wanted but at an incredible cost in time and money when I had a sweet deal elsewhere for not exactly what I wanted but it would've been fine and much less hassle.

I think their plan is to wear you down and waste so much time you can't wait to leave. It was after 3PM when I left. My bad for not having more resistance. I'd give it back and go elsewhere if I could. Their bad for being so devious.

Overall very happy. There is a "we owe" for mats for the car. These were to be shipped to us but as yet we haven't received them. Mysteriously, our sales person is no longer returning phone calls or emails. Also left message for sales manager, who also is not returning calls. I would have thought better of Nalley.

Absolutely horrible and lying mechanical techs. The mechanical tech searched through both of my center consoles searching for a wheel lock that does not exist in my car. When the service advisor attempted to resolve the issue, the tech lied to both of our faces claiming he never opened either consoles, despite the fact that they were both opened when my car was returned to me because he forgot to close them. This dealership also claimed I need my rear brakes replaced. A week and a half later, I bring my vehicle to Toyota of McDonough and it turns out my brakes are perfectly fine and do not need to be replaced AT ALL!!! Toyota of McDonough also caught a leaking oil line that WAS NOT EVEN MENTIONED a week and a half earlier at Stonecrest Toyota and even took me out to the service area to show me the issues with my car. If you want to pay for services you DO NOT NEED and potentially have your personal items stolen out of your car by the mechanical techs then please take your car to this awful dealership.

Not women friendly. Bought a car Friday. Check engine light, traction control light came on. Took back, service would not even check the car in because they say it was not in the system. All weekend with no car. Over the weekend, we tried calling salesman, general manger, sales manager. No one would take our call. Went to dealership, to talk to someone. And was told they was out on vacation, too find out today that they were there at the dealership. When we told them if this is how you guys operate. We don't want to purchase this vehicle. Then was told by a lady manager. We SIGNED THE CONTRACT, so the car is ours and that we have to go through service if there is something wrong with it. BUT WAIT, WE DID TRY TO GO THROUGH SERVICE.
After today. The next business day, the service manger tells us that there is a 72 hours exchange policy, but we are outside that window. We been visiting, emailing and calling everyday. So now, the only way to get out of the bad deal with them is to sign another deal on another car. Would not recommend the dealer to anyone. Ladies please be careful when going alone. Guys to. They feed on your fear of buying a new car.

I spoke to Jessica Holt, a sales assistant regarding a 2007 Toyota camry that I wanted to buy cash. I called her to make sure the car is available before I drove 40 miles from Marietta, GA to Lithonia. She checked then called me back to confirm that the car is there and available. So I drove for 55min one way only to find out that the car was sold. Then she tried to talk to me into buying another car. This is my worse car dealership experience ever. I will never buy a car from them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. My sales rep Stephen Burns was knowledgeable and very helpful with my car buying experience. The environment was friendly and professional at all times. The finance guy Gino was helpful with providing me the exact information I needed regarding my monthly payments and financial documents. Shavon was amazing with explaining all the bells and whistles the car has to offer including the maintenance and special features for my 2017 Camry. I used this site for an oil change and I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received. I called and was able to get an appointment within 10 minutes of my call. I was greeted warmly by the staff and they were very helpful. I was told that it would take an hour but they were finished in less time than that. They will also check your fluids (transmission, windshield wiper) along with the oil change. I appreciated that. I recommend that anyone needing services for your vehicle that you go to a dealership because they will cater to you better than a auto shop.

It was painfully expensive. I had to replace Tire Pressure Monitor on 4 tires at the cost of $847.00. I came in with thought that I needed to replace one and the service tech I needed four. The TPM light was still on as the service tech said I needed an antenna. Mr. Joe Johnson heard me out about the concerns and he will assist me in getting the antenna for he system ordered and installed. No one was rude, the cost seemed so unreasonable.

The service here is horrible...they sell you a car then turn there backs on you...i will never do business with you again...this was second car and will be my last...how car you sell a car know it has something wrong with it...so called fix it then 2 weeks later it starts to do the same thing and no one can return a call or speak to you...

Great experience everytime. The only thing i would change is their eagerness to suggest maintenance to be done at your expense without fully reviewing your history. The rep suggested tire rotation and wheel allignment as it is "recommended" at the current mileage. When i declined but elected to take a free customary service to "check" the allignment, I was THEN told the service had already been done on my last service visit. I guess i take some responsibility because i should keep up with the services performed and paid for. But its the reps job to know.

I bought a car yesterday and had an amazing experience with Verna! Started off with me calling about a highlander and Verna did a excellent job of providing me with details on the car and ultimately fitting it in my budget. Verna is very honest and knowledgeable and such a sweet caring person looking to do the right thing. In addition everyone at the dealership is very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership it s worth the drive those who may need to commute like I did. Very pleased with my purchase they take care of even their used cars very well.

Bottom Line: make sure your bank account is ready for a service trip here. There is never a routine inspection unless it s free Toyota-Care

I religiously service my 2 Toyotas every 5000 miles. A few repairs needed here and there throughout their history. They ve always gone to dealerships for services wherever I lived.

I moved into the area recently and took my Prius to get serviced after the relocation. The results? A laundry list of faults that were loosely explained. Guilt trip tactics to make you approve additional services. Labor charges through the roof - even for a dealership.

But when it happened again to my Tacoma a couple months later, I knew this place just exploits customers through its service process.

Avoid this place. Guaranteed they ll say you need new tires regardless of how they actually look.

Abraham was phenomenal! He made me aware of service that I would need during this visit previously, and ensured that I understood other services that my vehicle needed to prevent future problems. I watched him interact with other customers and he called us by name treated each of us like we were his favorite. This was a great experience. Jeff drove me home and picked me up; therefore, I didn t have to inconvenience anyone while my car was being serviced. Shawn who shares the space with Abraham was also very pleasant and kind to his customers.

12/6/19 25000mi service. after leaving dealer noticed vibration when braking. returned to dealer 12/9/19 to have it checked.was told needed brake job. questioned why wasn't this detected during inspection on 12/6.wasn't satisfied with explanation given and informed dealer I would get other inspections done. after going over my service records also discovered recommended alignment (which I approved)was done 6/19. returned to dealer to update them what I found and expressed my dissatisfied state of how I felt I was misled and not dealt with in a fair and honest manner.had asked to speak with service mgr. joe johnson and was told he was not available today and I could leave info for contact later.after not accepting this option was able to meet with ms, Pat customer service rep. Ms pat resolved issue and informed Ms Mcgregor to send me a coupon for no charge on my next alignment.(still haven't received).have been a customer since 2006 and had confidence i was getting whati paid for until this occurrence,not feeling good about dealership presenrly.(except for ms PAT )who was above expectations on performing her duties

I came in for service for the 10,000 mile checkup. I learned that even though I purchased the top warranty pkg. that I still needed to pay for some service along the way. The guys there were very friendly and made sure I knew where everything was while i waited to make my short stay comfortable. I was in and out fairly quickly.

The whole process of buying a car was very time consuming and there was a long period of waiting to meet with the finance department but I'm going to blame that on the fact that it was Black Friday. Please, please stay far away from this unethical Toyota store. I was interested in buying a 2015 RAV 4. The sales manager, a slick and stereotypically slimy used car guy named Ted Mayo, refused to negotiate down from the sticker. Fortunately, he did let my certified INDEPENDENT shop inspect the car. It had been in a major wreck and most of the body had been repaired- badly. The Carfax they provided showed one minor accident. Mayo became combative when I called him out for his deception, and I hung up on him.
The Angels were looking out for me!

I was told of repairs needed for my car but I stated that I would have to wait two days and bring my car back. I really appreciated being given a rental at no charge to me for the two days. My car was ready after day one and I was still given the option to keep my rental for another day.

My serviceman was very accommodating with great communication.
