David Attel provided superb service and worked hard to get my car paid for by my extended warranty company. I ve been servicing my car here since purchasing in February 2014. The entire service team worked hard to get my repairs fixed and paid for by the warranty company. He kept me up to date, even if there wasn t any progress. I appreciated all the effort he put into making it right with me, even though the warranty company wasn t cooperating properly. Thank you so much Nalley!

I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper from Nalley Ford wh...

I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper from Nalley Ford which was advertised on Nalley Ford's website. The DEALER's description stated the car had the premium package, Sirius radio, heated seats, refrigerated glovebox, and more ... None of which it turns out the vehicle had. I drove hours to purchase the car to be told by the sales agent, Arta Clark, that she couldn't show me the options on the car as she wasn't used to selling Mini Coopers. I understood this and purchased the vehicle, trusting the dealership knew what they were advertising. As stated earlier the vehicle contained NONE of these options. I called the sales manager, Bryce, to discuss the issue. I asked him if the dealership would agree to pay the $500 fee to have Mini activate the Sirius in the vehicle and I would forget about the other options it didn't contain. Bryce, the sales manager, told me that they would NOT rectify the situation in any way and that he could NOT be held responsible for someone else's advertising mistake. This is laughable considering it was the dealership's own description that was incorrect!!! Bryce also informed me the dealership would not take the vehicle back. Nalley overcharged me $697 (destination fee and title fees ... stated on the internet as being included in the internet price) and it took me a month to recover these funds. After numerous calls and emails I reached out to the dealership manager and customer care actually took the time to see my overpayment was returned to me. I also have not received my plate after 6 weeks after being told FedEx 'LOST' the paperwork. Interesting.

They allegedly repaired my tire but the same tire was flat two days later. Also didn't explain what the "works " consisted of when getting my service performed. I've had better experiences at this same location before so I'm assuming it's being ran by different management this time.

I took my truck in for service last week, it would...

I took my truck in for service last week, it wouldn't start and I wanted the experts to take a look at it. It took most of the day, but they were able to diagnose and fix my Sport Trac. I went in the next day to pay for the inspection ($120) and a new battery ($119.95) which ended up at about $264. They also presented me with a list of concerns they had uncovered during the 120 point inspection which totaled up to around $4800. I'm not mad about that at all, it is an old truck with a lot of miles on it, its about time for some serious maintenance to be done and dealerships are expensive due to using better quality parts. My issue is what happened today. I popped the hood to add washer fluid and discovered a couple of disturbing things. First, and most notable, was that the plastic cover that sits atop my engine was missing. It had been left sitting in the back corner of the engine compartment where it must have been put while they were working on the truck. Because it had been allowed to sit there while I drove, one of the screws needed to put it back in place had fallen somewhere and was gone. The next thing I noticed (because at this point I'm looking for anything else they may have glossed over) is that there were a number of dirty paper towels left behind the battery in the tray. This reeks of unprofessional behavior and a lack of care for the customer. I expect much better of a Ford dealership, especially considering that we've already purchased one new car from them and had been considering another. I also find it a bit worrisome that they did not bother to enter accurate mileage for my truck by checking the odometer. Instead they entered into the system that my truck was sitting at 123,456 which is clearly just plain laziness. This now affects my recommended service options when I log into my account on their website.
I spoke with a service manager right after I found these surprises this morning. I placed a call and spoke with someone (I did not receive a name) who told me they would find out who worked on my vehicle and was responsible. They also said they wanted to call me back so I gave my phone number and explained I would be unavailable until 3:15pm. No one ever contacted me. I am hoping that this might get their attention because I would like to resolve this in a respectful manor.

-Edit-
I received contact from the service manager who was very sincere in his apologies about my bad experience. I can definitely say that he has done a lot to earn my business once again. I am very impressed. I am giving them another chance to do some basic service on my truck and I feel confident that everything will be good. I've increased my rating from a 2 to a 4.

I had a wonderful experience at your establishment. Sergio and Dave really took the time to listen to my expectations when driving a new vehicle. Also I can t leave out the fact that when I arrived at the dealership they were upon closing and these two young men still exceeded in assisting me tremendously. Thank you for your help guys. It definitely meant a lot to me and my family.

My time spent with Hunter Martin and Isaac Rojas at Nalley Ford Sandy Springs was a wonderful experience. From the time I got to the dealership to the time that I drove away with my new F-150, they took excellent care of myself and my girlfriend who was with me. Hunter walked me around the truck, explained and demonstrated all the features that came with it, helped me to test drive it and to put it under a few specific conditions (ex. a u-turn) which you don't normally run into during a test drive, and then made sure that it was the vehicle I wanted and I was comfortable with it. Once it came time to talking numbers, Hunter and Isaac both went above and beyond to get me everything they could for my trade in, kept me hydrated with water, and really just had conversations with me as though we were long time friends. I really couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

Part of buying a vehicle isn't just buying a vehicle, but finding a new dealership that you want to be a part of and that you can trust. I can't think of a better dealership than Nalley Ford Sandy Springs to give my business to. They didn't just treat me like a customer, they treated me like a friend.

First let me start off by saying this, I purchase a car on a Sunday. Omg the experience I had here was absolutely amazing. The staff made me fill more then welcome. Mr. Ivan the sales manager was whom I originally spoke to over the phone after looking on line for this particular vehicle I had seen. When I made it there he introduced me to Richard a sales agent. He was a great sales person he made sure he took care of all my concerns and questions. I love to talk alot, he's a very good listener. From the front of the house to the back at the costumer lounge I felt very comfortable I had drunked a cup of coffee ate popcorn and took my shoes off to relax..... All that to say I promise the staff at Nalley Ford Sandy Springs has an amazing staff there I would recommend them to whom ever is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Thanks

My experience at Nalley Ford with Marty Adelman was excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted I had done my research, I knew what my trade-in value should be and what I wanted my payment to be. I left the dealership the same day only a few hours later with exactly what I wanted.Marty did everything in his power to make that happen he was friendly helpful and I would highly recommend anybody that wants a great car buying experience to seek out Marty. Stacy Kelley was the sales manager and he was also instrumental in making this deal happen. He understands the changing needs in the market and wants to make his dealership one that people will return to. He was super friendly and actually sought me out to understand how I had found them and what he could do to earn my business. He was creative in finding anyway that he could to meet my expectations. My overall experience was outstanding.

Service at this dealership was great for the first three years of owning my truck - the last two trips have been bad. No phone calls to let me know the status and excuses as to why the premium service plan no longer covers much. Disappointed in the bad service level and the inconvenience it creates

I have bought my car at this dealership and serviced it there at every 5,000 miles I drove for the past 5 years. Employees have changed numerous times since I started going there. They have definitely gotten better at customer service over the years or since Nalley took over. Every time I go there, something messes up slightly, for example, I just changed my battery and the tech forgot to put the battery cover on so I had to go and pick it up next day. Slight inconvenience to my schedule. However, they are always very nice and have never failed to satisfy me as a customer. David was great in helping me and has excellent customer service skills! Will definitely keep going to them and will probably upgrade to a new ride soon!

Brand NEW 2020 Explorer with 2200 miles. Transmission failed due to a leak in the cooler? Was told I'd get a NEW transmission just like what is installed from the factory. A REMAN TRANS was installed. REALLY? Was told by service advisor that I had a NEW transmission installed but the invoice did not allow the word NEW to be typed in the form? I was told the service manager would be contacting me and the paperwork would get straighten out but no one has called or offered an explanation. I will continue to tell this story to everyone that asks me about my new 2020 Explorer.

I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in to Nalley Ford yesterday because the check engine light came on. I was greeted in a timely manner and told they would take a look at my car as soon as they could. I didn't have an appointment so I was expecting to sit around and wait for hours for them to diagnose the problem. I'm happy to say this was not the case! They diagnosed my car and had the problem (a throttle body recall) fixed within an hour and a half of me driving into the service department. Great service!

I had such an amazing experience! Customer service was excellent and everyone there was extremely professional and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Arta. She was a determined sales rep who didn't stop at nothing to find me the perfect car. She listened to every word I said when it came to pricing and my desires. I can only respect a person like that, which is why I gave Ford my business. However, she couldn't have done it without her amazing team. I was very impressed how each member from this location worked together as a team to get the job done. Arta's general manager, Dennis, was terrific. I felt extremely comfortable while I was conducting business with them. I didn't feel pressured or feel like I was going to make the wrong decision. Arta's finance manager, Avery, was awesome as well. He really knows his numbers and took care of the final process in an effective and professional way. I felt nothing but good energy from everybody there. I am in love with my new 2017 Mustang V6! I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys!

If I could rate my experience as a ZERO I would. ...

If I could rate my experience as a ZERO I would. I visited for the shop on the afternoon of July 25th for brake services and was told that if I came back in the morning that I would be taken care of in 2 hours. Well that didn't happen!!! I arrive at 650am and was the second person at the shop. The doors opened at 7am and check-in, well two hours later the flippant guy comes and informs me of the cost, which I was not happy about but after waiting two hours I just want my brakes fixed. I ask how long because I need to get to work and I am informed at least another four hours. REALLY! This experience has COMPLETELY tarnished my opinion of the shop and I will never return. Not only did I wait two hours but customers who came more than 45 minutes after me cars were already being worked on. Between that and the flippant representative that I dealt with, I am done.
Too make matters worse, I bring my car to another shop and I am informed that I have a leak, which I was shown, in the line to my power steering. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Visited this dealership and the financing process ...

Visited this dealership and the financing process was extremely confusing. I was shown two different prices on paper. One of these reflected a special price and one reflected a special rate. I understand Ford Credit does allow you to have both. However, there was a third price listed on their website that they refused to honor. I was even willing to pay their additional fees of $899. I was offered $6100 off in discounts on paper or $8602 off. $8602 off meant double the interest rate and the less off was a lower interest off. The third price on their site was $6800 off. The finance team refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and claim that isn't accurate, but it is your website, take responsibility and honor what you are advertising. In addition, these "discounts" are labeled as Nalley Savings NOT Ford Credit savings. So which price is correct? Not even the sales team knew. Near the end of our conversation, I felt the interaction became very unprofessional. Buyer beware of what you see on their website vs what they present in person.

I have been overcharged by this dealership for the last time. After a visit for a recall and failed battery I was talked into doing my 50, 000 mile service early. Almost $1000 later when I actually reviewed the work that was done I was shocked. The battery that they changed had failed after only two years and the one that they were replacing was only two years old to begin with. The first battery likely never needed to be replaced and my almost 4 year old Ford Explorer certainly didn t need $1000 worth of maintenance . This dealership is unscrupulous. Take your business elsewhere.

So far, stellar & fast service. Let's see if they fixed the problem for good and I will be 100% satisfied :-)

Good experience overall. The process took a little longer than it should with slow financing process and other paperwork. Also, I was supposed to have a full tank of gas with the CPO vehicle - but I only had a 1/4 of tank. And, there is such a hard sell on the warranties even if you are clear you are not interested. But, I got a good vehicle at a decent price....

Watch out for these guys, the price on their website mean NOTHING. They push that paint and fabric sealer at crazy prices as well as cheap accessories that they on then add thousands on to their advertised price. I asked them if they could give me a ballpark trade in figure on the phone since I lived 3 hours away. They said "we can get close to that", then after driving 3 hours through ATL traffic they offered me a little more than half that amount. These guys are the perfect examples of shady car salesmen. STAY CLEAR.

Total cluster of a deal. Spent $60,000 with them and they are about as incompetent as you could imagine. Broken promises, broken vehicle and you better get it in writing before you walk out the door or you won't get it, go to Akins or Mall of Georgia Ford where I usually shop. Against my better judgment I stepped out of my comfort zone, BIG MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN.

Sales department makes promises of free gas and free oil changes to get the sale which turns into a fight with the service department later because they don't want to do it for free. Salesmen talk smack about the service department and the service department slanders the sales department. Very dysfunctional dealership and it shows in the their poor attitude and lack of customer service. Luckily I've only bought one work truck from them. The last two purchases have been at another Ford dealership that has much less internal drama.

Honestly I can't imagine a more seamless purchase. Mark Thomas was my sales rep and did a fantastic job asking the obligatory questions without being pushy. I test drove the car, looked at some numbers and walked away for 48hrs. Ultimately I downgraded my initial choice and didn't hear a minute of grief about it. He worked some initial numbers with me so that when the finance officer was free, the "ugly" part of the transaction took all of 20 minutes and I walked away with the keys and the satisfaction of having purchased a beautiful, black 2013 GT without feeling abused by the process.

After dealing with the Nalley service team I feel as if they are not willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They did the bare minimum when I had an issue with a car I purchased from the dealership they bought. After feeling dissatisfied with Nalley, I began using another Ford dealer for service and based on my dealings with the new dealerships service team I now know for sure that this is the case. The new dealer has worked harder for me than Nalley ever would. Their customer service is wonderful and I feel that they are doing the best they can for me. The more dealings that I have with the new dealership, the more I realize that Nalley is not concerned about their customers at all.

My experience with Nalley Ford was amazing. I contacted the dealership inquiring about a particular vehicle and Muhammad Umair, sales manager patiently worked with me given me prices for a couple of vehicles. I drove 2 hrs to get there and everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease about the buying process. Sergio Romero, salesman answered all questions I had about the vehicle and showed me all the features in the vehicle. Once we met with the finance manager, Bradley Anderson everything went smoothly. He was able to lock in a 1.90 APR with Ford. Amazing job! Overall, great job all around from everyone. They will go out of their way in order to earn your business. I can honestly say that this has been one of my best experiences while buying a vehicle.

I took my truck in for a specific problem and advised them of that problem. I then gave the service manager the information on all parts that had been changed in the last 10 months. After having the vehicle for 2 full service days there was no resolution to the problem. No fix. I got a list of codes flfrom the diagnostic and a list of RECOMMENDED repairs. Some of which were on the INITIAL list of repairs I had done. Like the spark plugs. At any rate I am still having the issue and now have to research and find a mechanic that can fix the problem and not up sell me unnecessary work.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership but would not buy from them again. Vehicle was exactly what we had been looking for or we would not purchased from Nalley Ford. We were not financing and price negotiation was brief. Salesman was not rude but not especially helpful or even friendly and a thank you or nice doing business would have been nice. I traded a car, they sold it, it got traded back and I purchased it back. They did not clear the GPS or garage door opener history and my home address and garage door opener still worked. Also the insurance card and registration of the owner that had it between my owns was still in the car. I have his full name, address, and his insurance information. I would never do anything with it, but many would.
When I purchased my Roush I was told the car could be serviced at any Ford Dealer. Not true. It has to be a Roush certified dealer. There are only 2 in Georgia and both are 2 hours away from me. When I purchased the Shelby they sold me an extended warranty since it was a used car. I was told that it would be in all Ford Dealers data base with my VIN for any warranty work. This is not true. Only Ford warranty are in their data base. Mine was with a third party and it's not in Ford's database. Not happy at all.

Right from the beginning, I was impressed by the selection of Mustangs, the lot, and the showroom. Austin was very helpful from my initial phone call all the way to signing the paperwork and beyond. Austin respected my wish to not be pressured and was very patient as I meticulously critiqued my vehicle before agreeing to purchase it. There were several issues found prior to taking delivery. The trust Austin instilled throughout the buying process allowed me to feel at ease that he would keep his word and rectify those issues after I took delivery. Every promise Austin made was fulfilled with constant status updates and follow-ups from him, even after the sale had long passed. When my wife & I are shopping for our next vehicle, Nalley will be the first place we go and Austin will be the first person we speak with!

As for service, I have been dealing with Leeia Graham. She has been very helpful and regularly followed up with status updates when my Mustang was in for service.

I initially visited your location to view the vehicle I purchased later the same day, this due to the very good service from the salesman, Mark Thomas, who was most considerate with my requirements and did all possible to facilitate the sale. This purchase is my third from Sandy Springs Ford and all have performed to my requirements. I am anticipating the same result with my purchase this week. Once again, thanks for the good service. I would not hesitate to send other possible customers to you in the hope they will receive the same consideration.
