Appalling. Shameful. A scam. I decide to cancel a reservation made through its website. The only way to do it is by phone or by email. Ways for which there is no answer. They do not answer the phone (calling the Alicante office and the number corresponding to Madrid, something suspicious and the other customer service number does not exist directly) or the emails. I decide to cancel it directly through the company and without any problem, but every day I receive an email from Mytripcar about tips when picking up the car, which has already been canceled for days and not thanks to them ... .to all charging 61 euros as a reservation, which seeing the seen will not be returned ....

Shameful. This is a full-fledged scam. You pay, they charge you a reservation that later in many cases it has been seen that the rental company has no record and you have to pay it again.

Best of all, I need to cancel a reservation for personal reasons and absolutely no one, through any contact channel of those who offer answers despite insisting days. Right now I have 22 in limbo (rather in the pockets of the CEO, who must be laughing at customers somewhere) and a reserved car that is impossible for me to hire.
