The dealership was great to work with in purchasing my new car. Bill Healey is an excellent salesperson to work with, no pressure tactics, did everything he could to ensure I found what I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.

Great car buying experience! I have bought all my cars from here for the last 16 years. Well, all two of my cars at least. They are Hondas and the vehicles last a long time if you take care of them. Tom was great. No high pressure sales and I got a great deal. I love my new car! The showroom is immaculate and so is the service department. I have always had a very good experience with the service department.

Matt Burne Honda service department RULES! I travel more than a half hour the get my car repaired here...and by-pass "the other dealership", which is minutes away from where I live.
They are very attentive, accommodating, and get the job done at a fair price. I KNOW where my next car purchase will be. Try them out...and experience the "satisfaction".

My first Honda and my best car buying experience to date. Sean McGuire was wonderful to work with and made the experience stress free. He made sure I got everything I asked for and left a very happy customer. Kevin Moylan in the finance office was efficient and very pleasant. Tom Duffy gave me a great tutorial before I headed out of the lot. I highly recommend Matt Burne Honda!

Out of town buyers beware! We made an appointment to see a vehicle. Lori, the appointment setter called and told us we would be meeting with the manager Dave Conway. I spoke with him the day before to go over finance options etc. We received a flurry of emails from Lori and she even sent us a confirmation of our appointment that morning which I promptly returned with our ETA. We arrived at the dealer and saw the detailed vehicle ready to show. We came to find out that the detailed vehicle that we drove two hours to buy was just sold. In my many years of buying cars, I have never felt more frustrated. If this is their practice, then they should have told us up front that you will need to give us a deposit to test drive the car. What is the point of Lori s job when they are not honoring set appointments? Here is a novel idea, maybe you could have called the customer and said Are you still coming, we have someone here who wants to buy the car" I did not receive that courtesy. Instead, I was offered another vehicle that was supposed to be Honda certified that had scratches and scraps and was not detailed ready to be shown. My wife and I reflected on our terrible experience at this dealership. When we first walked in we did not get a first good impression. We agreed that we were better served buying elsewhere.

Mike Harrity was great to deal with as always. The staff at Burne were also great and efficient. We buy all our Honda s (7) at Matt Burne Honda.
