I love the Marine General - friendly staff, delicious food at the deli, strong presence of local maker's wares, attractive layout, and convenient access to most basic groceries and household essentials.
Love this old fashioned feeling General Store. Items are a little pricey, but it's to be expected. It's the only shop around.

They were open on Xmas Day 2020 thank goodness and we just dropped in for some snacks after a long drive and because the town looked very charming. The building itself probably has a long and colorful history and you can see bits of that nailed to the wall but alas no time to explain.
There is a bakery downstairs that I can very highly commend and is worth a return visit. Asides, a generously stocked grocer and deli.
Cute little general store they have good bakery goods especially the peanut butter cookies.
Wonderful store! Has lots of nice things to eat. I love the salt water Taffy there. Great baked goods! Friendly service!
Walk in and step back in time. Vintage general store with almost anything you would need if you re camping in the area, or needed to pick up something you forgot. More selections than I thought there would be from looking on the outside. Pretty sure the hardwood floors are original if not the majority of the interior. It was fun to walk through the store.
Great old general store in historic village. Bought a couple of sandwiches and have a picnic lunch.
Awesome store!! They have everything! Groceries, deli, bakery, sweatshirts & a lot more. We've driven by for years but finally stopped. Glad we did. Friendly people too
