Full of joy I wanted to use the voucher sent by myTaxi. I advance the myTaxi app was set up and connected to Paypal. This worked tirelessly, even the order of the taxi. Unfortunately, the payment was the big problem. Error message - payment not possible. After I checked the setup of the app several times, the taxi driver was embarrassed and I have to pay in the sour apple juice and the full Fahrpeis cash without coupon of course.

After spending more than a month communicating with myTaxi and paypal, everyone blamed the others and looked for the causes. Ultimately, a support expense of several hundred euros for a 5 Euro voucher was incurred. and the stupid is again the customer. therefore zero points for functionality and support.

Super handy. Fast mediation. Nice drivers. Fair prices. Very friendly staff. The only drawback: Why are you not yet active in all major European cities?

Unpleasant experience with MyTaxi, fortunately there are some exciting alternatives with very good service / value for money to this provider!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable the app personally from his smartphone, but must ask MyTaxi in writing to delete the account!

First of all I should rate the MyTaxi app. She doesn't locate me sensibly, which makes it more difficult to use the app. The app itself runs perfectly. 2 out of 5 stars.

We drove in Hamburg with MyTaxi and the taxi driver made a mistake and had to drive the whole way back. From the place where we actually got in. We started again with 30 on the clock. We had to pay a total of 38.40. The taxi driver did not see his mistake and had to pay the full price.

Not recommendable!!!! Rip off money !!!

Whoever took over Mytaxi and changed it to Freenow, totally destroyed this app. It clearly became nothing more than money milking hoax, with absolutely no reliability. No taxis, fictional "lite" option, blocking money on my card BEFORE the ride. I hope you will make your profit fast and disappear from the market, dear Intelligent Apps GMBH.

In Berlin you have to be afraid to give your data (I know where your house lives). This evening I was threatened twice by mytaxi drivers with "lock" (is that new?) And that's where you think mytaxi is looking for something, from the huge pool of any taxi driver in Berlin. Apparently the others have problems ...

Life-threatening drivers!
Today on the B5 in height Horn towards Boberg about 20:20 I overtook several vehicles in the left lane until a taxi driver in a Mercedes of MyTaxi drove up so close to me, that of course I changed at the next opportunity on the right lane. He did not drive behind me for more than ten seconds.
After this driver overtook me, he jumped on the right side in front of me and forced me to brake in a dangerous braking action on 50 down. So I went to the left lane again to escape this dangerous action. Then he was driven to the right side and slowed me down to 30, in addition to me has stretched out the middle finger, just because he wanted to drive 140 on the B5. After my little daughter twitched my cell phone and made pictures of his car, he disappeared, it had come to another dangerous situation with other vehicles. Because of the S-bikes, the contact options must be improved. Helmets are always missing and then what? Drive anyway? It can also not be the case that a registered user is guided through a long menu before asking a question / describing a problem. So you don't get any feedback and that is important in order to be able to react to customer inquiries promptly and without losing customers. Why does the S-Bikes say that you should take a photo of the QR code under the handlebars to unlock one? There is nothing. Driving is still fun and you roll well in city traffic.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how well everything went!

I had the app of mytaxi or Intelligent Apps Gmbh installed only 2 weeks ago and am already very upset from the "service", so I decided today to uninstall the app again. Due to the following experiences, I decided against the use of mytaxi:

I used the service to get into a nearby neighbor city. It is about a 10 kilometer long route. The driver of the taxi was not aware of the destination address of the other city. Therefore, he offered me either to determine the way or to use the navigation of the mytaxi app regarding my order. I opted for the latter, which turned out to be a big mistake. Although the driver's mytaxi app listed my correct destination address, the journey was conducted via absurd detours. I checked this with my own Google Maps mobile app, as the route made me suspicious. And I realized that the driver's mytaxi app kept navigating us further and further away from the actual destination. Even just before the finish meant the mytaxi app to drive in the opposite direction. In the end, I stayed for more than 50, - EUR for a ride that would have cost me normally 20, - EUR (I verified it on the way back). In my complaint to mytaxi, they did not want to reimburse me for the damage they suffered and blamed the driver. People retreated to the fact that they were only mediators. The very nice driver, who was very upset about this wandering, met in my opinion, no fault, because he wanted to rely in my sense on the mytaxi service.

On the way back I wanted to give mytaxi another chance and thought it would be an advantage to order mytaxi on a Saturday night. Despite available mobile internet connection mytaxi told me after several minutes of searching that no taxi is available - I tried it 3 times. So I then called the local taxi number of the city he-googel-t and there. About the good phone, I have received directly in this way a taxi! Apparently the order via mytaxi in this regard was not necessarily an advantage for me.

Therefore, my conclusion that I can dispense with mytaxi well, if I pay for a failed navigation more expensive and on the other hand not necessarily receive an order advantage. Are the myaxi servers overloaded on a Saturday night or have not all taxi companies been listed on mytaxi? Furthermore, one showed up in my direct complaint in relation to the navigation unreasonable, so that I alone for this reason have no desire to use the app. The advantage is, I leave almost no "data footprint" when I soon grab the order only to the phone :-)

I was very enthusiastic about the idea of myTaxi. The first bookings went perfectly, great taxis, great drivers, great. Last night, however, I had an experience that totally left me at a distance. I book a taxi in the HH city center, get a call for the driver, see him approaching and then at the traffic lights on the opposite side of the street, let the driver get in a middle-aged man and happily drive past me. I had also drawn attention to myself and my first name is clearly not male! The driver did not respond to calls. He then wrote me a message saying that he had to "drive an older gentleman who almost turned over home". Since I could watch the scene, this is a lie! There was no other myTaxi nearby. I drove home well and quickly with the competition. Now I also realize that although it should be constantly praised and named "favorite driver" and the driver and car should be rated after a ride, but if it does not come about through such impertinence, there is nowhere to vent his anger to do ... except here! I had recommended myTaxi to many! This is very uncomfortable for me now! I myself will now delete the app.

My driver got into a (minor) accident when I was taking a ride in Berlin. Luckily, I wasn't hurt. As I wasn't able to get to my final destination, I started to leave my taxi, but the driver insisted that I pay for the journey so far. Being in a foreign country and not being able to communicate in German, I agreed, so I could get on with my journey to my destination.

I contacted MyTaxi afterwards to get a refund for the accident journey, but their view is that the driver still drove you X kilometers so you should still pay for the ride, even though it was an incomplete ride and I had to get another taxi afterwards.

Wow. Talk about bad customer service!

I do not know about the app but as an employer, I have just learned, any IT manager in the company (who has already relegated from his position) will conduct interviews for a successor.

He makes sure that no one is employed and certainly not someone who knows the subject.

First, The facts: I use free now for few month, every month i paid them more than 150 euro. Now, Before two weeks ago i order free now and ask to pay in cash. The trip was 10.70 euro I give the driver 12 euro. After few days i saw in my credit card statement that they charge me. Now, I tried for a week to speak with the customer service with no success Basically, they don t care about the customers at all. Don t use this platform!

He wanted to overtake and for whatever reason did not see the oncoming car. In the last second he slowed down and avoided. I screamed and told him to stop, but he did not. Apparently this is normal in his village, not here. It was not until my husband told him to stop that he did so and stopped. I was very shocked, I was feeling sick.
