Because of the S-bikes, the contact options must be improved. Helmets are always missing and then what? Drive anyway? It can also not be the case that a registered user is guided through a long menu before asking a question / describing a problem. So you don't get any feedback and that is important in order to be able to react to customer inquiries promptly and without losing customers. Why does the S-Bikes say that you should take a photo of the QR code under the handlebars to unlock one? There is nothing. Driving is still fun and you roll well in city traffic.
