we booked a bungalow.. but maintenance and cleanliness was not there.

Lovely place.. room was amazing.. there was power outage quite a few times. Besides that, everything was great.. also the Room service were very helpful. So overall it was a very nice and relaxed experience

This place is 3-4 km away from igatpuri station. It has got villas which are good for a group of 8 to 10 people. Also you could visit nearby places like camel valley, Myanmar gate etc. It's a cool holiday destination.

A very well managed property by manas. The place is well laid out with swimming poll, in a corner. The games room has enough options of TT, chess, ludo, snooker, trampoline, carrom along with a basic gym. Cycle on rent basis are available. There is a magic show and dj on weekends but prior confirmation should be taken before booking.
The spa is well managed and has good discounts.
The staff is super friendly and ever ready to help. They ordered a delicious birthday cake when requested for late night. The food is good especially the starters. The rooms are huge with a living room attached. Though the rooms on the 1st and 2nd flr may not have tubs. During monsoon best to avoid gr.flr rooms due to insects.

We were staying here for 2 nights. Resort entry is in bad shape. There is no proper road to enter and you should have a 4 x 4 vehicle. Suite room which was blocked was good. Clean and tidy resort overall. No people around may be because we were there on Monday. Food is good. To call room service there was only one phone and we had go everytime to bedroom to order something from the living area. Breakfast is included but when you go there they ask you to take alcarte and they give very limited options.

- Rooms not maintained, dusty, has moss due tot leakage, not painted for ages, pan stains on stairs
- Wifi not working
- No hot water in all rooms
- Deluxe suit room linen in Hall unclean
- No service , hot water complaint attended but not resolved, no intimation as well
- No feedback taken upon check out

First of all it's very accessible nxt to Mumbai Agra highway, sufficient parking if you're planning something big with great spacious lawn, service is good, section for kids to play and also spa which is pocket friendly.Its an peaceful place and also serve good food.Business meetings n gathering can be arranged at this place.

This resort located on the Mumbai Nashik highway is a Very high value for money place.
The rooms are large enough to easily accommodate a family of four. Even a basic room is of 540 sq feet. The rooms are luxurious and all amenities and toiletries are provided.

Food packages are very good, on weekends there is a buffet for package customers. On other days a la carte is provided for all, package of not. The food was tasty.

There are two pools, one which has some basic water slides for kids.
Staff is helpful and friendly.

Will definitely recommend this resort in Igatpuri.

Cons: The gulab jamun in dessert were packaged ones and not fresh at all. Breakfast starts at 8.30 which is too late if you plan on leaving early.

Indeed a great resort. Great location, well maintained with good food at reasonable rates. Maintenance of Swimming pool can be better by cleaning it on hourly basis. Great recommendation for a group outing.

Mystic Valley Spa Resort is just amazing. The rooms are so well furnished, the staff provides good hospitality and the beds and sofa give a luxurious feel. The restaurant has amazing dishes to eat. I will definitely say that Mystic Valley has really given me a great stay experience. I will visit again in my future trip.

One of the best resort in Igatpuri. Worth for money.

Ok ok experience about management but location is great to visit in monsoon. Don't go for spa in hotel .They just need money. Lady massage therapist is pathetic and lazy.and so the condition of spa.

Grt place to stay and its better in monsoons...with fog all round....absolutely magical in early morning....food is decent but room service is slow....needs improvent...Rooms are big enough nd quite good..

Bad service... Unkept hotel and no restaurant services available for food. There is a number provided for calling for food from outside. So basically whatever u order for it comes cold.

Nice place Also let me be honest don't visit in summers nothing to do. Good with friends and family. Rooms are superb other than resort there is nothing here.

Great location!!! The condition of the rooms are not upto the mark of a three star hotel but the view and atmosphere nearby more than makes up for it. The food was also suprisingly very good especially the paneer parathas and chicken biryani.

Natural beauty location but resort HK service in not good

We had amazing stay this first week of January. Rooms were spacious, Food was delicious, plenty of open space available for couples and kids to play. View from rooms and from any corner of this big resort is superb with big and clear swimming pool and spa

Very good location, but needs to be refurbished as maintenance is not good at all.

Good rooms, friendly staff, great room service. Easily accessible by car and parking also available. Would totally suggest you guys to visit this place. Overall a great experience

Activities wise I would rate only 1 Star it has simple play area for kids not much as it was projected but yes for food and room I would rate them with four stars and their staff are very polite and helpful.
