Myler was awesome. All ways staying in touch with me
My lawyer that was assigned to me made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions. I recommend Myler highly.

I would never recommend this law firm to anybody. We found with SSI in Philadelphia for almost 5 years with Myler. The lawyer that was assigned to us never called or kept us updated. When we went to court the judge kept asking our lawyer question and instead of the lawyer knowing the answer already he just stared at us to answer them. So exactly why did we pay them for. We found out ourselves that the judge ruled in our favor and now two weeks later I get a letter from them telling us what we already know and have done. So if your from Philadelphia and are looking for a law firm please be careful and be prepared to be on your own.

Myler Disability was the right choice I've made in getting the help I needed. They keeped in touch at all times giving me feed back on my case. At the end I did win. I give 5 stars cause that's all I could give, But would give them a 10 over all.. Thank You Myler Disability for a job well done...

I got my disability aprove.but why is social security seing I ain't getting my back pay? I am confused? I apply in feb 2015.the Attorney said i was getting that back pay back? My attorney wont call me black. Little upsad

I was able to apply November 8th 2019, and I received my benefits in late March 2020...

This was the first time I've ever had to file for disability and with the help of Myler Disability they coached me all the way through it and I won my case which was much needed. I don't know who called who the most but they kept me up dated on everything. I even qualify for medicare therefore they are still working with me. God Is Good!!!! I worked with this firm since second half of 2013. I have all kind s of physical impairments over the years. I finally got disability for carpal tunnel in my left hand in 2016. That was one of the least of my problems. I appealed in 2019 to see if I could receive back benefits and was denied. I have diabetes and full renal failure and a plethora of other things. I now am still owing $500 for medical records.

Myler Disability was a God send for me. I had no hope in the very beginning of my application process. They stayed in contact with me by phone, mail and e-mail about information I needed from my doctors. Just prior to me hearing I received a call from my representative and he went over the process with me about the judge and what I should expect. The day of my hearing my lawyer again went over with me what to expect as far as how I should present myself to the judge. I went into the courtroom with confidence not just because I believed God would give me favor but because I was well represented. I applied in March, 2020. I was denied in June, 2020. Myler filed my reconsideration and I was approved in September, 2020. Aside from filling out a lot of paperwork the entire process was flawless. Myler associates were always there whenever I needed to speak to someone directly. Only once was I not able to speak to someone , but I left a voice mail. They returned my call about an hour later. The persons that i spoke with were informative and courteous. I was not eligible to receive any back pay, as my claim was settled within 5 months. So I have to pay Myler out of my own pocket. Which is no big deal as I'm grateful for everything they have done for me. I would recommend Myler to anyone seeking social security disability. Great experience.

As a current client i would say DO NOT USE MYLER. My case has been purposely dragged out just to pad their pockets. Even the judge advocates office inquired into why i used them. Now i wish i had not. I still dont know if my case will ever be resolved . The longer they darg it out the more they get meanwhile we are the ones suffering . I believe these good reviews are fake. Be aware!

The reason you dont show ME in your records is because I have/ n had at the time, Power of Attorney of someone who was a client of Myler Disability. Unfortunately in my experience with Myler Disability their representation was LESS than up to Par in the Social Security Disability claim process. This Review is only my experience with Myler Disability.
In all area where legal counsel is needed I recommend doing research on the company you hire.

Always prompt on call backs with my questions answered and no hassles or problems. Attorney was great. She helped me thru my hearing with my anxiety levels not going out of control! Myler was a HUGE disappointment to me for several reasons. I was never given an opportunity to meet with my lawyer until the DAY OF my hearing. He didn't really know what was in my file, as he had skimmed through it just that morning. Some of my records were missing, even though I had informed them of dr. appointments. Some of these records were crucial to my case, and the hearing had to be postponed (6 months!!) The person who was working on my case (NOT an attorney) was continuously changed so no one ever got to know MY case. In October, at my original hearing it was determined that my application would also include an application for SSI. I don't believe that was ever done. I've been in the dark most of the process, and unable to get answers. My case was ultimately denied. My doctors information was disregarded as part of the case. At this point I am trying to find out if an SSI application was done, as they told me it would be, and now they won't even talk to me so I can find out what the history of this application is!! So frustrating. They said they would do things that they didn't, but were continually requesting duplicate records from doctors at $30 dollars each. I now owe them over $300 for those records (that were disregarded at the trial), I'm on the phone with Social Security now. They report that the SSI application was not done as part of the disability claim, so all that time is water under the bridge. Myler will not talk with me, even though they have records that would indicate that an SSI application was supposed to be part of my disability hearing. It was even discussed at the hearing, so why no application? Who knows. I can only attribute it to them being so busy with other things that it wasn't attended to. My advice to you if you want to hire an attorney for your disability case? Run from Mylar as quickly as you can. Sincerely, Wendy

Was great they always keep me informed of what was going on with my case

Don't trust the fake reviews. These people are complete worthless frauds. They lack the competence to send the correct information to SSI and will have you fill out the same paperwork multiple times. Please find somebody better who is legit.

Well i was just finding something to do 1 day because i was disabled and just finding something 2 do i was reallybdown and out then i just came upon myler disability and everthing changed it is very stressful and timetaking waiting for ananswer to disability claims but myler came through for me i didnt think it would happen so fast me recieving my ssi benefits if it wasnt for myler disability i dont know where id b rigjt now i thank god for leading me to you guys you are the greatest keep up the good work have a great day sincerely j. They did ok with my case. When I called after getting a letter from social security I did not understand I called them. The lady said she had no information for me and they would be calling for an update from social security the next week. I got no call from them to explain everything to me. They messed up setting it up to receive their payment from social security. I will need to pay it from my back pay. I will do that but not one time have they called to explain anything to me. My first husband who died in a accident was not listed on my application. I know I told I had been married twice. So part of my back pay is SSI. and part is widows benefits. I should be receiving widow benefits for all of it. If the lady at social security had not caught the error I would be receiving almost $500.00 less per month.

I'm impressed!!! Less than 48 hrs I knew the name of the person working my case and received a response to my email within 12 - 13 hrs.
