I hired Myler 2 years ago and they've yet to do anything for me. I've been doing all the paperwork for SSA since day one. Getting medical records for SSA. They've yet to contact my new PCP and gastrologist at U of U. They have not done what they was hired for. Would not think about referring them. Very disappointed with them.

Detail concerning my signing my rights to privacy n my info; they had to have me personally go n do work theyre gunna be paid for especially when I acknowledge them n my disclising them with all my medical info containing my several diagnoses and medications,this took alot a time w no phone with data at time or internet w computer to do the application n fill in the info stuff for myler dysibility n the team assigned my case asking me to do some work n sign sent papers yadda yadda yadda,but w that said they did what I need git me my disability they opened the doors to rest of my life I owe the team my everything I'm having a son in two months and I'm finally gunna have child n be able to afford him,my only dream n best interests inquiring the team for my disability rights. It was a medical claim i know the team don't handle them but hey I handled that by answering the phone one day s.s. Called n put app in for me for medical ss,it went thru like five months later. In 2002 and 2003 I applied for disability after being diagnosed with cancer only to be denied. When I became unemployed and without insurance I had to stop treatment for my immune system. With the help of Myler disability I was granted disability.

Great firm to have working for you, only one area I believe needs more attention, when you call and get a voicemail and it says they will get back with you in 24 hours and days go by for example I received a form to sign for payment almost a week ago I call left 2 message and still haven't received a call back. I will send forms in when I get a call back. Otherwise a great firm, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a disability lawyer.

I had a really hard time getting my Social Security benefits from the government and so I came across my disability it will be partly in this whole process will be helpful communication was great I would I would recommend them to almost anybody if you have any trouble with your disability claims

I give Myler Disability five stars they are definitely top of the group with the law firms it was a long hard fight but Myler hung in there and in the end provided me with everything I need to win my disability case the laws definitely in my opinion against people like me to win disability even know all of my doctors and Specialists told me I cannot work anymore after 2 hearings my lawyers never gave up they kept fighting and in the end we ended up winning and they got me 4 years back pay I would highly recommend Myler Disability if you're serious about your disability .Thank you again Myler Disability and the lawyers that represent them five stars.

These lawyers are the worst I have ever worked with. My husband and I both needed to file for disability. He filed first and still has another year to wait. I have completed the same process in less than 18 months with a different lawyer in the same area. All they have done is lied and used double talk to extend his claim so that they may receive more money. They lied and told us that they had filed paperwork and we went to the social security office and we're told nothing had ever been filed. Now we can't change lawyers without them filing a lean on his claim. I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. My advice: find someone else to help you. These guys are liars and thieves.

I had gone through someone else and it was 2 years into the process and I was still in the same situation as when I started.
Then I was referred to Myler Disability from my family and it was a blessing ! Right from the start the staff made me feel very welcomed. Really great. Lots of people had told me that you have to apply for a disability several times before you get it approved. I was notified in month 5 of my first six months of disability that I got it. Got it first time around thanks to the folks at Myler.

My Exsperience With Myler Disability Has Been Nothing But Great!

If I could give no stars, I would have. Very poor, no communication. They don't return calls. After 3 appeals.... They drop you. You don't even speak to a lawyer, the only time you speak to a lawyer is the day of your hearing. They are like a big box stores..... Big box law firm.

Everything was great and call back times was great until they assigned me some so called attorney name makayla p. I can't get a call back there gas even been a decision made and can't get a damn answer from anyone. I wouldn't recommend her or this office until she is gone.

Stay away from this company get a local lawyer. Waisted 4 years. It's a numbers game. They do not care about the clients. Very apathetic. Don't let these guys ruin your life.

Myler was awesome. Their paperwork was not bad at all. I called them around June/July after being turned down from when I applied in Feb of that same year. I had a check at the first of December of that same year. So, what I thought would be years was only a few months after I called. They were very nice. I love being pleasantly surprised!!!

Worst place I've ever worked. I was discriminated against for my religion... For not being of a certain denomination. They asked me during my interview if I was LDS. That's illegal. I should have filed a lawsuit right then and there. I will be contacting the justice dept. I have never been treated more poorly by an employer in my life. Absolutely horrible place to work. I m considering filing a lawsuit. Terrible, dehumanizing place to work.

I had a very bad situation with them they tricked me into signing my rights away so list whole case then tried to charge for records my husband got and sent to them. Then they had different amounts never sent me anything by mail but put something on credit report I have nothing else on my credit report. Be careful you do all the work then they want all the credit. They don't meet with you and really know your case well enough I my eyes.

Hi i give myler five star's in my book, my hearing was on 16 October 2018. Now i must give all the staff and attorney's there credit.
Thay did there best and thats all we can ask for right?. We must all be proactive in our case's. We need to make every effort to make Dr's aptoiments and taking meds. And doing all we can to have a successful outcome.
Thay are not miracle workers thay are a law/ advocacy group. I wont go into my case yet i do beleave that everyone did there best, from my case worker to my lawyer at the hearing. Thay all did there best. One cannot sit around and bash another because thay did not get there way. I learned this in the marine Corps.
If you put someone or something in charge of somthing so sensitive and you don't like the results, you only have yourself to blame, rember you could have always done it yourself.
It dont help when you bash another person for trying. I dont know know how my case will work out yet i leave it in God's hands not mine.
I will always recemend mylerdisability to anny of my friend's because everyone tryed and in life thats all we can do is try.

I had to call them they never called me hell i had 2 call them and let them know my ssi finally come in they said they would get 24months back pay never happened six months is all i got they sent me a letter telling me we should get word from ssi soon so i called them that day and had 2 tell them ive already have my back pay plus my 1st ssi monthly ck in the bank it had been done 4 two months how did u guys do lol bad very bad but thx i guess ive sent you guys 2 people already bye

Do not hire these people they are horrible took me almost 7 years to win.they told me lie after lie so many I can,t list them all they will tell you anything to try to get you to sign on with them .and then they turned my case over to the olinksky law group .the won my case.not myler but myler is getting the money or most of it anyways.if you want to be lied to these people are the ones.

I found information regarding Myler Disabilty on the web after directly contacting two attorneys. The attorneys were not interested in my case unless I completed all necessary forms myself, submitted them and receive a determination from SSDI. Myler assisted with every step of the submission process and my disability claim was approved on the first submission (which is very uncommon). My only complaint is that I was unable to reach or speak with my assigned case manager. Thankfully, other people I spoke to were able to assist me and keep me informed.

After being denied several times of doing it on my own, I decided to file through Myler. I was denied from the initial application, and the reconsideration. Finally, they filed for a hearing with the ALJ (Administrative Law Judge). During the 3 years, the intake caseworkers called and were very thorough about everything. I have enjoyed being a client. They ALWAYS called, and if I wasn't available, they left voicemails and returned every phone call. My advice is to keep your doctor's appointment. They will get records from the doctor visits and make sure you let them know when you have new medical evidence. I was wondering if if they had attorneys in Texas that were affiliated with this firm from Utah. They do. They are the best to use. Thank you Jeff Sullivan, my Attorney. Yes, I would recommend Mylar to people I know. It did take several years but I won my case. My monthly benefits started quickly. The only negative, they really should follow through with the whole process. I still have not received my back pay but they have been paid
