I worked with this firm since second half of 2013....

I worked with this firm since second half of 2013. I have all kind s of physical impairments over the years. I finally got disability for carpal tunnel in my left hand in 2016. That was one of the least of my problems. I appealed in 2019 to see if I could receive back benefits and was denied. I have diabetes and full renal failure and a plethora of other things. I now am still owing $500 for medical records.
