They are not that great .took me 6 years to win my disability case and they didn t win it for me then.another disability firm won it for me.and because myler won,t file for their fee they are delaying me getting my back.long story short I do not recommend them.

Miler disability is not a good firm they will not answer your calls they want to fight for you they will take most your money when I kept comes time to go to court they will switch lawyers on you several different times they will not talk to you before your court date I would recommend not hiring this law firm they are not here to help you they are only out for themselves
Addendum: Friends Myler Disability is and elaborate scam! It took five hours of research, including reading reviews of prior disgruntled employees who explain Mylers malpractice. Basically Myler gets you to sign documents agreeing to pay them a percentage of your backpay. They drag out your case doing nothing, but use the time spent waiting to appear legitimate! Then they suddenly drop your case with no explanation! Then they wait until you go get a real Lawyer (Myler is not a law firm they are a claim advocacy group, your case is represented by a person who has zero law experience and is paid little more than minimum wage) who wins your case! Then Myler files a garnishment of wages suit against you and take a large percentage of your backpay. You have no choice but to pay them monthly! That is why they never allow you to talk to your lawyer! As for their BBB reviews Myler simply pays a large fee and responds to each complaint and say the problem is resolved which ups their star number! Myler has people post false positive reviews as well! Again it is a elaborate scheme, once they finally get caught they file Chapter 11!!! Myler is in the business of ruining lives! Don't fall for like I did! Get a local lawyer! And make sure the lawyer is real! Myler your days are numbered! And you will be brought to justice!!!!

They helped me win my case that I myself did not expect to win. Why? Simply because Fibromyalgia cases are known as very difficult. I am a 54 year old woman who suffers with Fibromyalgia, went to the primary doctor and specialist regularly, lost her job because of the disease and applied for disability. This firm is so amazing!! They REALLY do work hard for you. I'm so happy that they're apart of my life!! Just one thing. When you call to speak with a representative about your case, you get voicemail prompting that they will return the call within 24 to 48 hours and to only leave 1 message. It's an inconvenience when they're not aware that you cannot wait for them to call back. We may ongoing commitments that we are engaging in. I still admire and appreciate your help.

Many of my Family members and friends were telling me it would take years to get my Disability approved, But The attorneys at myler disability had my claim approved within a matter of months, They always answered all of my questions, They always return my calls in a timely manner and help me understand the full process. Attorneys never answer your calls. They seldom return calls after leaving messages until you pester them. They do not give you any preparation before going before the Judge, then you get blindsided by tons of trick questions by the judge. The attorneys showed up to court and met me for the very first time only 10 minutes before the hearing and spent five minutes with me to ask me of I had any questions. WTF? How am I supposed to know now what questions I have when I was blindsided by the judges million questions? WYH? Then while already in front of the judge, I find out that my attorney didnt even have any of my 8 months of medical records for my treatments, or from my Chiropractor, or from my psychologist, or from my Sociologist, or from my Physical Therapist, or from the 15 years of medical records from my prison term. This Firm wasted 2 of my limited opportunities to show the court judge that I am exactly what I claim to be. I am physically and mentally messed up and this Firm is never going to put in the work required to win your case unless it's a slam dunk.

Myler Disability was great!! They were always on top of everything, and when I had questions they answered them without any problems. The answer the phone when you call and if they don't they call back right away they make it really easy to figure out what's going on with your case! I'm so glad that I called them! I was denied the first time I file for disability, I called Myler Disability they appealed the decision and then I was approved. If I could put zero stars I would...started out good...started in 2014. I finally have a hearing in less then a month and they back out...now I am scrambling to find help. Was told I would not win because I have not seen a doctor consistently in the past year. I have been homeless with no money living in my truck or tent. They have had doctor letters saying I can NOT work and a letter stating I live in my truck from a doctor. I have not been able to see a doctor and cant get help where I am because I don't have children. I have been unable to see my doctor as I need to because I am homeless because I can't work without getting very sick. They waited till less then a month to back out. You should really find a different law firm to help you. I am so hurt and disappointed and flat out mad as hell at the way I was treated at the end. The lawyers they found for me was so disrespectful. She had no people skills at all. Very harsh and hateful. I could not believe what I was hearing. Myler Disability did not help me...they made it harder on me by far.

Helpful and polite is my first response. I was very sick and weak when I first needed help with starting a Disability Claim, and you were there. I don't know what else to say. Your Staff helped me with no fuss, made filling out the forms easy, but was helpful and concise when needed. I especially liked how your Staff reduced a mountain of forms into a pleasant chat. Which was then turned into completed forms, for me to review, sign, and send off. In closing I would like to say two things. First is to state the obvious. I was not sure of who Myler was they came from my insurance company but they did everything for me took care of me the only thing was they kept changing my case worker an at times it was hard to get in touch with them but I would recommend them to anyone who would need them
Helped me step by step throughout the entire process. Was denied twice, but finally awarded benefits when approved after seeing a judge, & having my Myler lawyer at my side. My only complaint is that now that I've started receiving my disability, I can't seem to get a response or receipt on weither or not Myler has received they're fee off the top yet for having won my claim. ?????
