After being denied several times of doing it on my own, I decided to file through Myler. I was denied from the initial application, and the reconsideration. Finally, they filed for a hearing with the ALJ (Administrative Law Judge). During the 3 years, the intake caseworkers called and were very thorough about everything. I have enjoyed being a client. They ALWAYS called, and if I wasn't available, they left voicemails and returned every phone call. My advice is to keep your doctor's appointment. They will get records from the doctor visits and make sure you let them know when you have new medical evidence. I was wondering if if they had attorneys in Texas that were affiliated with this firm from Utah. They do. They are the best to use. Thank you Jeff Sullivan, my Attorney.
