2nd defect in just over half a year on TV 43PUS733...
2nd defect in just over half a year on TV 43PUS7334 / 12. 2nd defect found at home approximately immediately after repair of 1st defect, although I was assured in the store that the TV was 100% in order. Philips does not want to reimburse me for the transport costs that I have already incurred, I only have to drive the TV for an hour (one way) each time to bring it to the store or to collect it. I would prefer to cancel the purchase agreement and buy another brand of TV.
Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.
