It was a mixed bag. The room I got was basically open to anyone looking in, but I got it moved. However, the new room had inferior tech. When there's really not much to do on site (the gym is rather inferior) and things close early, it can be a bit boring. Good beds, mostly friendly staff, and a nice view, though.

This hotel is amazing. Its location is central, its staff are polite caring and calm, the place is clean and smells lovely. The rooms are well presented and have little touches that show they have thought of their guests. Something I have not come across before is filter coffee bags as well as coffee sachets, the extra touch was the nespresso machine and capsules. Our room had a veranda which overlooked the fountain and pond. With outside table and chairs. The view was lovely looking up towards the golf course through the trees. The bed was comfortable with beautiful linen, and huge. The spa was warm clean and quiet and whilst I never used it there was an outside hot tub. The venue did allow children to swim but at set times, so there was adult only times. The restaurant, bar and room service was exceptional, and the prices ensured you wanted to stay and enjoy. The breakfast was everything from cereal, fruits yoghurts croissants and muffins to the traditional full English. I believe kippers were also on the menu, well worth a lazy morning event to ensure to sampled everything.... well until you are full. Will definitely return to this little gem
Large bedrooms, friendly staff, referbished spa, picturesque grounds and great food. A clean hotel with enough car parking for all, situated in an ideal location on the edge of St. Peters Port. I could live in this hotel, and thoroughly recommend a stay.
This is the worse place I have ever been to in my life. I've been there twice, and the first time was horrific. I went there again to give it a second try to see if they had an off night, but I am so livid right now I can't begin to state how upset I am. Rude, disgusting, and unapologetic.
DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE, IT DOES NOT DESERVE TO EXIST!!
Very friendly staff. Good selection of food at reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and lovely and clean. Very good gym and swimming pool. Can't wait to go back
Lovely Hotel, with friendly staff, enjoyed a weekend in this hotel with a friend as perfect if you want to see the beautiful sights of Guernsey but have a relaxing time with Spa Treatments within your stay.
Went for Sunday lunch, not a good experience. The upstairs Victor Hugo restaurant has closed and the St Pierre Park have taken back the Pavillion restaurant. So it was raining and there's no cloakroom so everyone had to have their wet coats on the back of the chairs. Service was terrible No bread with the starter asked if we wanted the desert now, when we had not even been served the main. Had to search for someone to get the horseradish and mustard and being told the chef doesn't think that goes with roast beef and Yorkshire pudding so they don't put it out . The food we did get was ok Would of liked a glass of port with my cheese, I'm still waiting. Would we go again, no
