MVP is an AMAZING security firm. We worked with them and they are the definition of Security. They did such great job securing my team and our clients that we only plan on call them for our future events. Not to mention they are just good kind people, and I say that because one of my team members misplaced her wallet. Not only did MVP find it but they shipped it back to us. Professional, proficient, quality and honest. Thanks guys for everything.

Awesome company to work with. I am the senior production manager for 2 major concerts, and 2 festivals in the Washington, D.C. area. The team at MVP are at the top of the food chain when it comes to security services. Mr. Key, came to us by referral but we did our due diligence and reviewed his track record to ensure that we had the right fit for the size and type of events that we put on. In vetting Mr. Key, we checked his website, social media pages and LinkedIn profile. What we found were credentials and experience that exceeded our expectations. Ever since, our security operations have been like night and day from our previous security contractors.

I highly recommend MVP Protective Services, you can't go wrong in hiring them if you want to put on a safe event.

NOT a reputable company. Doesn't pay employees or contractors as agreed and uses unlicensed personnel. Buyer beware. There are better (more trustworthy and competent) alternatives. Horrible workplace environment for employees. Toxic leadership at the very top (Reginald Carswell & Melvin Key).

Very unorganized. It s almost like they don t even care. Definitely not worth paying for.

I tried to contact these people MANY times for a show, I spoke to them one time told them exactly what I needed and they asked if they could call me back. After two days that never happened so I called them and they never answered the phone again would not recommend Very unprofessional.

I give this place less than a star if I could.
As a former employee MVP is very unorganized, makes false promises to there employees, and does not pay what they owe.Wasting 2 months of my life working here i am still behind on and am waiting for 2 pay checks and plan on contacting the labor division. This is not the company to work for or to hire for your event.

The class room instructor. ( The lady) she was cool and she kept it real. The light skin teacher with the ball head. Im sorry but he dont need to be a teacher. I have one problem is. When i try to call the the class room number thats on file. I leave a message and i dont get no reply back. Regarding my DC SPO License that im still waiting for. All i ask is can someone call me or send me a email. I talked to S.O.M.B. they already told me that they already sent my license to the company. Can someone please call me or email back. Thank you.

I attended class in January. I don't like doing this. But this is the only way i will get in contact with someone .

Failure to respond back, I ve contacted you all multiple times. I Was informed by the receptionist that I would receive a call within 1-2 days That s was a 2 weeks ago.False statements or promises should not be told to future or past employees. I do not recommend these services to no one, very unprofessional.

I absolutely LOVE this job. Honestly one of the best things that's happened to me, completely life changing. I cant place a number amount on the experience or the networking opportunities I've gained just from working here.

Working for an amazing owner (African American) that really cares about his people and really wants to help you become a better you, is a completely different environment than what I've come across in the past. I really feel like I cant grow and evolve in an environment like this and I know only great things can come from being apart of a team like this.

Super professional! I love the mariculture nature of small companies that can provide efficient and proper customer service. Not only to the clients and even the employees!!! Their prices are fair and you can t beat a company that make sure you re taken care of even beyond what you pay for! Didnt pay me my last security event i did and i called up there for 3 months for my check eventually I gave up cause they had no idea. Where my check was what day i worked and acted like the couldnt help me. Dont get robb for free work like i did.

MVP came to us by way of referral for residential security. I must say this company is outstanding! Everything from the initial security assessment/walk through of our estate (perimeter, interior, points of access, cctv s, controlled visitor access, potential hazards etc.) to actual guard placement was professionalism at it s BEST! Commander Bishop and Lt. Murphy really impressed us with ther customer service and communication. They were consistent with keeping us in the loop. Their management and guard supervision deserve a 5 star rating alone! MVP s attention to detail and laser focus on safety gave us a piece of mind. I would definitely recommend MVP to anyone seeking security services.

This is a great company to work for. I will not lie, like any other company out here there were bumps in the road and things that needed improvement. I've been working here as a supervisor for almost 2 years and when I first started I saw that improvement was needed. I requested a meeting with Mr. Key and and voiced what I thought needed improvement. Mr. Key Listened to my concerns and asked what do you need from me. I said Mr. Key it's too much of a hassle to pick up pay checks. First thing I asked for was direct deposit and guess what we got it. From that moment on the improvements were one after another. He cares about the employees and have reached in his own pocket on several occasions to help the employees out whether it was personal or work needs. It's not to many owners that would do that. Mr. Key continues to make changes within the company for the better of the client and employees. Mr. Key we truly appreciate you and I'm glad to be a part of your team :-)

This agency is layered with highly trained retired military and police officers. Their work expands from guard services to IT. We are very pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail and protection suggestions. I highly recommend this agency for your security needs.

First I want to thank Mr. Key and Mr. Carswell for leading by example and being so dedicated not just to my organization as a client, but more so for being as dedicated to their employees as we saw reflected. MVP came to us as a reference and a high reference no less. They lived up to the accolades given by a associate firm of ours and they lived up to every bit of it.

The professionalism and extreme neat physical appearance was the perfect compliment to our event and guest. It s not often a company and fulfill a 30 guard request covering 5 work days and not one single hiccup occur. However, when you see a security company like this being lead from the top down with direct involvement from the executive level... great results happen and MVP Protective Services proved that. I highly recommended them to anyone who is in need of their many services.

Lastly, I was over joyed when I found out that MVP is in 7 states. Our organization will certainly be using them in FL for Super Bowl and in Charlotte for next years general election run. Thanks you all so much MVP, and best wishes.
