Low quality food control. Always missing an item or items are prepared incorrectly. Hospitality is also lacking. There are 5 Sonics in this city and not one has a properly trained crew.

A bit slow at times & fried food tends to be very greasy

I ordered a burger for breakfast
Its was old . They replaced it. But i had to go back. Drink was good.

I just ordered a Super Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger with tots and ordered an additional Large Onion Ring. The tots were cold and the onion rings breading were like completely broken apart. And it seemed like a small amount.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was quite tasty!

This was absolutely awful. Waited 15+ minutes for two large drinks and a small cheddar bite. Other (much larger) orders were constantly going out. The drinks were not mixed AT ALL. The frozen strawberry limeade tastes like poison. All of the lime flavor is at the bottom and the frozen blue raspberry lemonade hardly has any flavor at all. I uploaded a picture of the strawberry limeade. Very upset.

Drinks were great. Kids love the blessing raspberry. Please fix the restrooms.

They don't care if you order a drink with easy or no ice, you get it crammed full. Same with burgers. Say no pickles, guess what, you get pickles. Happens just about every time. Go to Kickapoo instead!

One of their better locations, they were swamped with people there for 50 cent corndogs and happy hour and were still very fast and very nice

2?? Yes, because I enjoy their drinks. The food??? Not such a healthy choice...

Sonic was pretty good I got a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries and the food and drinks came out fast didn't take long.

I picked 1 star because you can't pick ZERO! Rudest people ever work at this Sonic. The girl taking orders needs to be FIRED! She was rude AND hateful! Last time we stop at this Sonic.

Good comfort food. Juicy triple cheese with mustard and cheese chilli tots.

I like to stop on my way to work in the morning to grab a $.99 drink, but they are very inconsistent about when they open. I think the morning crew just get there late everyday.

I don't know why I keep going to this Sonic on North Harrison. The food is subpar in comparison to other local Sonics. The service is terribly slow. Several minutes go by after the service button is activated before anyone takes an order. I have driven away a few times because no one took my order. I have sent my food order back a few time because the order was wrong.

We went there yesterday to treat ourselves to their half priced drinks and a snack. Sadly we were extremely embarrassed when our card was declined, even though we had the funds. Who we can only assume to be the manager helped us out. We were very thankful for the hand and wanted to make it clear that we feel bad and will be tipping much more generously our next visit there. Keep up your great service!!!

Food was what I expected but they did not include even one napkin for a 3 persons meals.

This sonic had very good customer service and the wait time was awsome and food was great!!

This sonic is my favorite one out of the five in Shawnee, though Sonic food isn't my forte I love their drinks and ice cream and this one on a good day is prompt with your order.

I loved their food there is one in mcloud ,okla. That I will never eat at again. This one is great.but shawnee,okla and harrah,okla. Have great sonics.

It was packed! I have frequented this Sonic at different times of the day since it opened and the food/drink is consistently tasty.

Hit or miss on food quality. I like to buy their ice by the bag.

So glad that the idea and creation of Sonic Drive In's was an Oklahoman.

Not impressed! We were the only car on the lot, and had a simple order. Took forever and got the order wrong!

Everything I ordered was messed up, including the condiments I didn't get. My ticket was very clear of what I ordered, but somebody wasn't doing their job! I wasn't even hungry anymore by the time I got some of my order....and then the condiments I ordered.i was bummed, I wasted $10 bucks!!

Good burgers, great drinks. Could stand to change the fry oil.

Slow as slow can get , do you really need 10 minutes to examine the money it's just a 5 and some change jeeze.

Ordered the Ultimate Chicken sandwich. Tots were cold, Brioche bun was burnt, chicken fried completely dry. Also asked for no tomatoes, sandwich loaded down with tomatoes. Also took over 20 minutes to get my order.

Busy!! A little hard to get into the parking lot. Food was good and hot. My order was correct. Super carhop!

I hate this Sonic. All the other Sonics in Shawnee are good. Staff are rude, whoever is on the speaker today was totally obnoxious. 2/21/2014 Food is usually cold or messed up in some way. Just go to a different Sonic. It hasn't changed.

Hey, it was Somic! ok? Nothing to get excited about. It was fast & and friendly service.

If you don t go through the drive-thru you will have to wait until there aren t any cars in the drive-thru.

Had the number one they're really stingy with the lettuce the one thing on the hamburger that would be good for you and they won't put anything on it.

It was okay. Had to ask for more cherry in my cherry limeade because they put less than a drop, but the car carhop was nice.

The service is fast and the food is good but dont order too many things at once like a family meal because they usually get something wrong but they definitely always fix it with no problems. The service is very friendly

I always love sonic! It's a great place to go for a sweet treat our a quick lunch! This place is always my top spot!

We were told to hold for a few minutes and waited for 15 minutes and then never got to make an order and the screen reset. In that 15 minute wait 2 cars that arrived after us got their food just as we decided to go to a different Sonic down the road a few miles. After we got ignored.

Used to be better flavored food, drinks at times the cream is either watered down or tastes spoiled. I feel like the employees should make it a more fun environment also. We had ice fights and told jokes, gave out candy, different things to involve our community with our store and i believe it did bring us more business!!
