Call this place a dozen times for 3 days straight get a call back finally on third day guy rushes me off line and brushes me off immediately try to call back to ask a question no response call a company 7 times and no one answers what kind of company is this?
We have called in ref to a property to the agent with no call back. Emailed him with no response. Apparently this guy doesn't want to make a sale. Went to the main office which was no help. The woman behind the desk handed me a card and said call the agent. When I told hwr we did she said try again. A shame they could answer any questions. I was looking at multiple liatings and ready to buy. Guess I will have to go somewhere else.
Horrible company. Can't get a hold of them, never answer the phone. company comes and does work/snow removal after 10 PM and makes SO much noise, and doesn't care. Crappy houses for too much money. Go elsewhere for housing.
Just stop and don't even think about renting from this company. They will take advantage of any situation to charge extra and screw you in the end. There staff is a revolving door. Disaster of a company. BBB is aware.
Horrible customer service. Went into the main location to see if they had any two bedroom apartments available & the lady at the front desk told me to go on the website & look. Then contact them to complete an application. Within an hour I contacted her about a listing on their website & she told me she doesn't see that listing available. She asked me repeatedly if I found that on their website in which I replied "yes" then she proceed to question me about the listing. She then told me she has no idea why that's on there and she will forward my call to an agents voicemail & I can ask the agent about it. I left a voicemail for the agent & have never heard back. This place really makes it hard for you to give them your business .
Difficult to get ahold of their agents. Had to call their main office several times to get the agent to return my calls. The agent was more than ten minutes late for the appointment that we scheduled at his convenience. They charge a ridiculously high application fee. Equinox spams craigslists which the same listings everyday. Their listings seem to be available forever, which isn't surprising, since it's impossible to get ahold of them. I noticed they stopped listing the name of their agency on their ads, probably because nobody wants to deal with them anymore.
Rude staff members still waiting on my security deposit I was told my security deposit would be returned to me before deployment... dishonest all the way around
Just freaking horrible!!! They filled out my Section8 voucher I took it to section8 n a month later Jenn no good self tells me that someone else rented it out. If I would ve never went to the office personally I would ve never found out. They never pick up the phones. Then she says she ll get me another house n I said Nah I m good!!!!
