Did the Canberra/Batemans Bay run for the first time and was very impressed. I'd imagined a large bus crawling up the Clyde Mountain and inching its way down the other side but I got a mid-sized coach and it went like the clappers. Only suggestion is Murrays might consider canvassing regulars about a 5 min loo stop at Braidwood as it might reduce "range anxiety" ( most folk, I'd imagine, preferring a normal toilet to the one on the bus).

The staff at the Jolimont centre in Canberra were so very attentive and supportive of my father who is elderly and has a habit of misplacing his personal items. The care and concern displayed was greatly appreciated. This company must have a strong set of values.

Easy to buy tickets, easy to board and staff are friendly. Most buses have USB charging for your devices which was a pleasant surprise. Busses also have curtains to block out sun and have a smooth route.

I can think of about 50 ways to stop the last half of the bus feeling like they are sitting in a filthy toilet bowl. They put a man on the moon, figure it out! I am never catching a bus to Sydney again that was disgusting. Train is much more clean and comfortable.

Great service, always on time!
The busses are totally worth paying the fees and the trip is surprisingly very comfortable. Some of the busses have very good internet connection through almost all trip. Normally driver says the password during the introductory speech, if not just ask him. The connection allows you to keep being productive during trip. Or maybe some Netflix.
If you are in the coach with leather seats, the USB entrance is under your sit (in between them) marked with a blue light. If you can t find it, walk around the buss you will easily see the other seat s usb port. When in the black buss, it s just in front of you.
Regarding the departure point: if you buss leaves too late, you have to go around and take the street from the back. As the busses always leave on time, consider some extra minutes in case it s a late buss. Murrays always leaves from the first two lanes.

Bus was clean and on time. We arrived 30 minutes before the bus was due to leave, and when we boarded EVERY window seat was taken and NO aisle seats where taken. I had booked the bus to go away for my partners birthday, so spending 3 hours sitting in different parts of the bus was a terrible start. For the price you pay, it's not good enough. Next time we will take the train.

Comfortable coaches and friendly service, with working usb ports in every seat. Greyhound has free WiFi, but Murray's is cheaper, more frequent, and a lot easier to deal with. Queue up early to get a good seat, as seating is not allocated, and it can get busy.

As im a tall person, my experience on the bus wasn't great, Next to no leg room.

Some seats recline and some don't. Uncomfortable for long trips.

Bus did have an on board toilet and wifi/charger plug.
