Did the Canberra/Batemans Bay run for the first time and was very impressed. I'd imagined a large bus crawling up the Clyde Mountain and inching its way down the other side but I got a mid-sized coach and it went like the clappers. Only suggestion is Murrays might consider canvassing regulars about a 5 min loo stop at Braidwood as it might reduce "range anxiety" ( most folk, I'd imagine, preferring a normal toilet to the one on the bus).
The staff at the Jolimont centre in Canberra were so very attentive and supportive of my father who is elderly and has a habit of misplacing his personal items. The care and concern displayed was greatly appreciated. This company must have a strong set of values.
Can't thank them enough. The drivers are fantastic!!
Always a great way of getting to and from Canberra to the international terminal at Sydney airport. Murrays have never cancelled a service unlike Qantas or Virgin.
Comfortable and quick ride with reclining seats, USB charging points and wifi. Make an early booking to get a better deal.
Easiest way to get to Sydney for a reasonable price. Onya Murray!
Easy to buy tickets, easy to board and staff are friendly. Most buses have USB charging for your devices which was a pleasant surprise. Busses also have curtains to block out sun and have a smooth route.
Price seems to creep up making the train a viable option. No wifi like Greyhound, every now and then there is a grumpy driver, which I guess can be expected at times.
Best way to get to and from Sydney. Become a member and get a free ride. So convenient and such a good price. Never had an issue ever and staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Friendly staff. On time. Regular service. Competitive prices
Goes when it says, and arrives on time, and driver's are friendly and very helpful
Professional and reliable coach service at OK prices and with a loyalty scheme
Good Service, pulled in a little earlier than expected which was good.
Quick an easy way to get by road to center of Sydney Airport or Central Rail Station. Just sit back an relax, also have WIFI and USB connention on board.
I was just waiting for the bus. When i asked the driver he said after 10 min..I was waiting. But later they they went without announcing.. I was right there. damn i need to wait 1 hr and reach at 10..
One of the best bus experience I've had from Canberra to Sydney airport. Didn't miss my flight!! Thanks Murrays.
A good service with professional drivers. It is better to buy flexible ticket because in case you change the time, you are able to get it manageable.
I use to get from Sydney airport to Canberra. Good bus service at great price.
Gets you between Sydney and Canberra for a decent price. Though not as comfortable as driving myself.
3 hours 18' from Canberra to Sydney Airport. At these prices, clearly the best way to go.
great bus service, on time always. Wi-Fi, USB chargers... really good.
Very comfortable and convenient. Reached Sydney on time.. great way to travel between Canberra and Sydney
I love Murrays. I have been using their services for more than 10 years and I have never had any problems. Reliable, polite and comfortable - are the words to describe my opinion.
Bus driver was awesome made the trip that bit more fun then anyone one else would of
This service is second to none. Very convenient to get to the Sydney Airport from Canberra.
Friendly drivers, frequent express services and miles cheaper than rail / air / car.
Clean buses, reliable for short trips to Sydney for me.
Murrays Coaches are available for children and staff and teachers to choose from.
The lady was so rude when I called general inquiry number for membership account inquiries. Could've tell me nicely to call other number instead of being so rude.
A great bus company with a really convenient schedule and friendly staff. I guess its no fault of theirs that the bus seats are so narrow. Every bus company is the same I'm sure.
Always enjoy my trips with Murrays! All facilities met my expectations
I can think of about 50 ways to stop the last half of the bus feeling like they are sitting in a filthy toilet bowl. They put a man on the moon, figure it out! I am never catching a bus to Sydney again that was disgusting. Train is much more clean and comfortable.
Outstanding service, quality buses, excellent drivers, just a very positive experience for me.
Really disappointed that they are proudly announcing their free WiFi service when there is no sign of it onboard. False advertising at its best.
Great service, always on time! The busses are totally worth paying the fees and the trip is surprisingly very comfortable. Some of the busses have very good internet connection through almost all trip. Normally driver says the password during the introductory speech, if not just ask him. The connection allows you to keep being productive during trip. Or maybe some Netflix. If you are in the coach with leather seats, the USB entrance is under your sit (in between them) marked with a blue light. If you can t find it, walk around the buss you will easily see the other seat s usb port. When in the black buss, it s just in front of you. Regarding the departure point: if you buss leaves too late, you have to go around and take the street from the back. As the busses always leave on time, consider some extra minutes in case it s a late buss. Murrays always leaves from the first two lanes.
Everything worked out very well. Very organized staff! I can only recommend!
The best ride from Canberra to Sydney. The best.... Thanks guys
Quality bus trip on a recently upgraded coach. Clean and quiet, much nicer than the drive up the Hume by yourself.
Does it matter what I rate this? Still better than greyhound
New long-distance buses with good service and bodywork make the journey comfortable and calm.
Very good professionals in dealing with the public and excellent drivers with extensive experience in handling the units that Murrays Express owns.
Good service. Cheaper alternative to plane or train and reliable.
A deluxe service. Travelled from Canberra to Sydney and I loved it. I'm booking with Murray's again.
Why bother to fly or drive to Sydney, bus is the best, sleep on the way there , have fun, then sleep on the way back.
Bus was clean and on time. We arrived 30 minutes before the bus was due to leave, and when we boarded EVERY window seat was taken and NO aisle seats where taken. I had booked the bus to go away for my partners birthday, so spending 3 hours sitting in different parts of the bus was a terrible start. For the price you pay, it's not good enough. Next time we will take the train.
I recommend Murray's Coaches for the express between Sydney and Canberra. Friendly service, a smooth ride and always on time.
Comfortable coaches and friendly service, with working usb ports in every seat. Greyhound has free WiFi, but Murray's is cheaper, more frequent, and a lot easier to deal with. Queue up early to get a good seat, as seating is not allocated, and it can get busy.
Convenient and reliable. Usually the bus has usb charge ports.
As im a tall person, my experience on the bus wasn't great, Next to no leg room. Some seats recline and some don't. Uncomfortable for long trips. Bus did have an on board toilet and wifi/charger plug.
Comfortable, clean bus service with professional drivers. Excellent option to go from Sydney to Canberra.
Greyhound Australia coaches much more comfortable
Never disappointed. Comfortable seat. Great drivers. And never delayed.
Best mode of transport between Canberra and Sydney for sure. Reasonably priced, and regular services make this a great option. It's a lot faster than catching the train.
They time schedule is well organized. They bus is comfortable to sit for long periods of time
The toilet in the coach was a bit smelly and the door wasn't closing. However, the seats were comfortable.
Reliable services. Cheapest means of transportation from cbr to sydney
Very easy. Not too expensive. Air conditioning is always set too cold.
when you think the telephone operators can't be more useless, they find a way
Excellent service nice and helpful staff highly recommended.
Great friendly service, fast direct route from Jollimont to Sydney. Be great if they had a service put of Goulburn or even stopped through Goulburn
