Good service.. the Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't work unless you ask for it..

Buses have been in good condition.
USB charging point as really handy.
Generally polite staff.
Timetable is consistently optimistic though. Will generally run 20 minutes to half an hour late on a normal run sydney/canberra.
It looks like times are posted to make it look faster than the train, which it isn't necessarily.
(Partially depends if you're aiming to get to Canberra cbd, or just Canberra)

Easy way to get to Sydney airport. Definitely travel with them again.

Thank you for always being on time, and always being super easy to book online (even at the last minute!!)! If you book a flexible bus fare (worth it!), I've found the staff to always be very accommodating if changes are needed! Just call them up and state your reservation number. The buses are clean and as far as buses go, there is sufficient space. I love that they have a charging port for each seat, so you can charge up your mobile while you sleep :) ...It would be even better if they had WIFI onboard like Greyhound buses do!

On 3 separate occasions I've had my bookings mismanaged, and the most recent one was the last straw. The drivers are always lovely, but I'm very tired of wasting money with this company. They won't even give refunds when the problem is caused by them. I've never had any issues with Greyhound and their rewards program is also incredible value for money! Won't be using Murray's again.

It was great and flexible. When I went ado eons took my bag by accident and Murrays was so helpful and paicent and the next day I got my bag back! Also really easy to get to and from

You don't want to spend much time there, it's boring. It's expensive and not too comfortable. But if there for a short time, it's got everything you need before and/or after travel. Parking is pretty bad/rare out front, just double park and annoy people oh, don't forget to honk if you're picking someone up

I prefer Greyhound for its comfortable seats, charging and free wifi. Most Murray's coaches lack this.

Free WiFi a plus. Most passengers respectful & keep noise to minimum. Toilet on board.

Bought a ticket, could not travel on the day. Called the ticket service, in a short time they just transferred my ticket as a flexible any time visit ticket within 6 month.

Book early especially on holidays.
I prefer getting the Flexible. I can reschedule anytime, as long as there are seats available.
Always save the confirmation code when you book. Makes it easier to check online.

Efficient turnaround of buses. Get in early and get out early

The Driver was very profesional, helpful and informative. Made the journey very smooth and relaxing.

Way better than taking the public train and it costs the same. Comfortable seats, USB charging port, wide windows for viewing made this the quickest three and a half hour trip I've taken.
