This is one of the most helpful trick centers I've ever known. The service people were very knowledgeable and willing to help me repair my truck. Two of them went outside with me look at my issue and to show me where certain components were located. One of them even crawled under my truck with me. Neither of them were dressed like mechanics, but I could tell they had hands on experience.

Had a coolant line replaced today excellent service . One hour in and out even though they looked busy

These guys dont care about your stuff in your truck! They unplugged my fridge even though the cord could reach the top bunk...spoiled all my food...also my brakes failed within a hour of leaving that shop! Be careful of that shop!

I had an AC fault in the computer which was under warranty and they fixed it as soon as they got me in their bay. A common "issue" with an easy and under warranty fix. Top notch.

Had a transmission seal replaced. Open 24 hours, clean and organized shop and didnt feel like I had been ripped off like Rush (peterbilt) Trucks..

Friendly staff got the truck back in a timely manner hopefully it'll stay together for a while

EXCELLENT work! They've replaced a fender twice for me. Paint matched great, everything replaced lined up right. Ken the shop manager is great to deal with. From what I've heard from other drivers about other places in town, I wouldn't go anywhere but Kenworth.

Jeremy was extremely friendly and very helpful. We will definitely buy another truck from him.

I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this place , especially from a sales person with name David Hess , he act so nice but the guy is complete jerk so his Boss too Joe Robichaud , they asked for a 5800 dollars down payment on a truck and they were not able to provide financing for the truck and now they won't returne my down payment of 5800 dollars , now I have to go back home and sue them . Do not do Bussines with this crooks you'll get burned .

have seen people that have been on lunch over 30 minutes and yet I get fired for it.Iseen people get out of their work vehicles and go smoke a cigarette while waiting on a train they didn't get fired. There's no pay raises there's no advancements and I was forced to work the latest hours. They did not pay me on time as informed. Times I would not get lunch, and yet when I got to go to get lunch, they consider it unauthorized.I believe mr. Murphy should investigate this more thoroughly I was wrongfully removed and falsely accused by the upper management of Springfield, Mo.management and the Springfield officei s not the owners

Slow, but typical for a truck repair shop. Wasn't kept notified of status of truck. Sat in parking lot for over 6 hours before going to a motel.

Friendly an curtious staff. Helped answer all my questions. Very much worth my drive from Mississippi to do business with Cowboy an the crew. They definitely have my business from here on out . Thanks again Cowboy an all the staff at MHC Springfield

It's just makes no sense to have someone working on your truck then they pull the mechanics off to do another job Bull crap

To be honest I was mad over something that happened where my salespersons Larry didn't have control of but, he make it up to me and helped me a lot, besides him there was other people who were above and beyond starting with second shift supervisor Rayn, Zach and last but not least Tristen whom helped me transfering all my equipment to my new unit.

You know if you go to this place in person they're really nice over the phone they're just kind of weird.. However it's a love-hate with this dealership sometimes their spot on and sometimes their prices are just extremely overpriced I have a good experience on this go around

Dropped off a part due to failure the parts counter employees were nothing but rude unfriendly individuals I've ever had to deal with. They want your money when your buying but don't want to help when your trying to return an item. Wouldn't ever purchase parts from this location. Peterbilt has a much more friendly staff by far. Will see how the warrenty cks out if they stand behind it or not.

Over the years there hasn't been the best of service, usually within a day or two all my fault codes would be back, had a Cummins a while back and the fuel pump went out, i told them when i took the truck in what it was doing and i was pretty sure it was the fuel pump (warranty is 250,000.. and i had 253,000) and i went to the motel. The next day thet said it was ready and told me it was a leaking high pressure line, i never saw no leaks and there were no wrench marks on the lines. I left and got to st.Louis area and it fell on its face again. I got back thru Springfield and put it in again and went to motel and again told them it's the fuel pump. And again they said the next day it was fixed and said it was fuel regulator. And again the truck- fell on its face. So back i went and again told them fuel pump and went to motel.. and again they said it's ready and told me it was the fuel pickups I n the tanks that they were cracked.. and again i left and the truck fell on its face. So back i went.. and when i returned this time i again told them it's the fuel pump and vented some of my frustration to which i was told it was Cummins who had to authorize the work and they could only do what Cummins said. The next day when i returned they told me they replaced the fuel pump and the truck never had another issue... Cummins was not going to honor the warranty because by the time they replaced the pump i was at about 257,000 miles. Prime eventually got them to cover 75 percent of it. Also while at this dealership ...if you go out to smoke and the mechanics are out there taking a break i would often hear them complaining about their bosses and cursing the place out , which often made me think how much could they care about fixing my truck right?

Had an air leak problem, tech actually found 2 problems and fixed them. I was in and out in about 4 hours. Great experience! When tech was completed, he actually backed the tractor in and hooked up the trailer too, all I had to do was pick up the paperwork and roll.

Very Dishonest Service Writer!!!

We came here because the truck is low on power.
We checked in at 22:45 and the truck was took over from me by the technician around 8:45 in the morning, two hours later the truck was pulled out from the shop and parked where it was took over from me, at 11:05 we walked into service writer counter office, and we're told to wait 10 more minutes to finalize the bill. After I paid the bill I realized they charged me 3 hours labor which is $156.75 ph = $470.25 total. IM NOT COMPLAINING THE HOURLY RATE, BUT THE WORKED TIME THEY CHARGED WAS VERY DISHONEST.

Had a lot of front body work done on hood, bumper and light, plus repainting. Did a great job and looked like it never happened. They were fast and helpful. Very professional. (Body shop)

Shop took my truck here after some swift driver backed into me. They fixed my baby up all shiny and new! Friendly and quick service, definately reccomend.

Best and fastest service I ever had in my entire life.
I hit a deer and they replace the bumper and deer guard in 4 hours. You can t ask for better service than that.

I bought a T700 from a salesman in nc.... but the truck was located at mhc-Springfield MO... when leaving with the truck I had a few minor problems with it. Kenny, DW, Michael, kenny( mechanic) and especially Casey (used truck manager) these guys are great... Casey goes above and beyond helping in anyway he can. He helped on his off day, not many salesman do that, if your looking for a truck stop by mhc or call Cassey T.... I m very satisfied with my experience

I have bought 2016 KW T680, from this place like month and half ago they took the mattres out when I asked the sales guy he refused to put new mattres main issue was that when i went to pick up the truck and drove back truck's air bag bolts loosen and dropped and passenger side rear axle bolts loosen too when I took to the shop they found out spring leaf bolts were loosen too and right side tire rod was bad and replaced.
It was almost cost my life but grace of God nothing happened.
I spent almost $3000/- on that truck right after they sold it to me. DOT inspection was not done on that truck from MHC Kenworth Springfield MO. I will never recommend this place to buy truck from them.

Called the parts department out of desperation looking for parts on a PeterBuilt. Person I spoke on the phone with was extremely helpful, went out of his way to help me, and even called back with the part number I needed.

Made apt for next day after I called. I said they can have it 2 days to fix no power to bright lights. 5 days later still not done. Went in to see what was going on. Charged me 3.8 hrs at $160 per hr. Nothing was fixed. They said they didn't have the tool to check the control mod for the lights. I will never go back for repairs. I know more about this stuff they they do. $760 and 5 days sitting. Still have same problem???

These folks do their best, hard to be perfect when one has to rely on a computer for everything. They do try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

For a Kenworth dealership it was an awesome experience. In and out in two hrs, repairs done professionally and quick. Great customer service.

My Truck is a Kenworth t680. It was fully loaded on a hot run from KY to CA. My guys had only 3 hours avaiable to have an air leak fixed. Now being a person who has had MANY bad experiences with Shops, I was OVER THE MOON with how well I was treated there. Sam in Service was ON POINT with exactly what needed to be done, and Dave in Parts was so fast that I was ready to check out in no time. There were no hick-ups no "well we replaced the wrong thing, now you need this" nonsence. I was In and out in no time. Thank You so much you both for being there when I needed you last night. You both have a Happy Holiday!^_^

Had 3 codes was told they had the parts would take about 4 hrs. to fix been 6 days. Diagnosis professionals or shady tree mechanic which do you think I am wondering they are at this point.

First time I have been there. The guy's are very friendly. My feed truck started missing and I know nothing about what the problem might be. They are open 27-7. They know that I am in a bind to have it repaired. They said they would do there best to get a look at it this weekend and diagnose what the problem might be. Thank you to MHC Kenworth. I will definitely do more business with them.

Mechanics are very slow. Had five things on the list but seeing how long it was going to take took one off. Appointment was at 6am, got into the shop around 8. By 4pm they only figured out the check engine and fixed the fuel leak. By 10 they had installed the light and put in new tie rods for the front end. Come back in the morning to do the alignment. Can't b.c. we apparently also need new bushings & spring pins and wheel seal which is something they should have caught the day before. Paid the bill and took it to a different shop. I won't be back.

Very bad service !! Disrespectful....very expensive 170$ Per hour plus throwing extra fees .....mechanic took 5 brakes every hour .....stay away please

Bought a truck back in november. My sales rep is in Springfield but bought it in Des Moines. I can tell it was never looked over with check engine lights on and had air leaks. Still had to get air leaks fixed at freightliner and speed governor taken off since they didnt have the software to do it. My sales rep Troy said he would reimburse me, sent him the receipt never saw a dime of it. Imagine that
Lesson learned if you gonna buy a freightliner buy it from a freightliner dealership. The sales manager I had to deal with in Des Moines didnt give crao since he wasnt getting commission. Pretty disappointing in mhc. But yet they are glad they got their money

Brought truck in to have two exhaust elbow clamps put on, which I provided parts. Was going to have a promoter installed and a steering wheel installed which I already had. Truck was pulled into shop at around noon, at 630 I stopped by to check progress and all that had been done was one elbow clamp that wasn't even finished. They for some reason decided to remove the flex pipe under the cab so they could add an extra piece to the down pipe, nothing else had been done. Told them to just finish putting the clamps on the exhaust and button everything back up. Picked the truck up this morning to find that I was charged nearly 1000$ to have to elbow clamps put on, and for them to reuse the old flex pipe and 5"band clamps. Will not be using this shop and will not recommend it to anyone else I come across

Great group of folks working here. Came in with an issue Friday late evening, Sam at the counter told me it would be mid morning the next day (Saturday) before they could even get it in. He had a great and positive attitude, reassuring me that they would get to it as quick as possible. I told them I was gonna go lay down in the truck (at 8pm) to knock whenever they needed to get it the next day. Well 2 hours later they were knocking at my door bc they had some time open up and went ahead and brought it in. They had it repaired by midnight. Not sure what the techs name was, younger guy, but great customer service from him as well. Fantastic team here!

I just want to leave this here and to say that it's been a pleasure very pleasant to work with the guy that I got my truck through his name is Jeremy Nelson he's a very down-to-earth guy he helped me with everything I needed and everything that I need to get my truck on the road he helped me through it walking through it if not we will work together to find a solution where to get it or how to get it ..but just wants to say again thank you ..Jeremy Nelson ..!! for all your help if it.. was up to me I will give you a raise thank you again Jeremy Nelson...

Went in for an a/c compressor, engine light, and to see if we cou get some more power out of the computer. Fixed the a/c and codes, but they didn't seem interested in even trying to get some power out of this gutless Paccar engine, even after the owner of the truck put me on the phone and said to tell them what I want. I give the work they did good marks, but they lose a couple for basically disregarding a simple request to possibly change some engine parameters.

Still waiting for them to correct their mistake on the tow company truck that I normally use. They've had the truck more than the tow company. I still haven't got it to run over 5 miles an hour. Not real pleased

Great personal at parts department, huge showroom, don't know about service, but people very friendly and helpful out here.
