Great facilities and very clean, comfortable rooms. Conference room and meals were perfect for our event. Staff was phenomenal in all aspects. Very friendly and helpful.

This location is perfect for a Fiesta Texas trip. Very close to the park, on-site shuttle and great rooms at an affordable rate. Everyone has been extremely friendly and accommodating.

Good room size for the price, friendly employees, and excellent breakfast service.

Conveniently located and usually competitively priced in this Hotel Market.

Amazing for business, my meeting was next door, so can't compete really. Got a nice suite upgrade for my platinum status. Restaurant is only open 5-10pm, which was not always good.

Our room was very clean, the front desk help was top notch. I have stayed at this hotel because it is close to everything. The food here in the restaurant is always good. Love this place. Will be back soon

Van broken into. 400$ stolen. Vehicle vandalized. Beds are super stiff. AC/heater has Tourette's. Elevator stuck open and wouldn't work properly. No complimentary anything. Very limited television viewing options. Staff was amazing, the only good thing about my stay.

New or at least just renovated.The layout in the room is really nice , reading lights are convenient. They have a small sitting area inside the room really comfortable.

I have always had a good experience here! The front office staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and neat with plants of room to move around. The bar is ok but a bit slow.... the kitchen has great food! Advice, get a top floor room.... the floors tend to be squeaky above you

Hotel is nice and for the most part its clean. Found hairs on the pillows. At check in was told breakfast would cost per person. Wasn't happy about having to pay for breakfast at 10 dollar for what you would normally get free at any other hotel. Or 3 dollars for a drink from the items they sell. Staff didnt seem too friendly. I do a lot of traveling And for the money there are better places in the area that are a lot better.

Every thing one could want but a heated pool and we saved one hundred bucks!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was better than I expected: very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A free shuttle operates for places less than five miles away. I would definitely say this worth the price especially for it being close to major highways connecting the metro area.

all of the employees were very nice. they had an issue processing my credit card, but were able to resolve it eventually and stayed polite the whole time. there was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby that was interesting.

Loved the service in this hotel, got upgraded to a better room and to complete the night Michael the bartender made my night.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for four days just for the weekend. The staff was extremely helpful in giving us good local food recommendations and they were also super nice. The room was nice and clean with no previous smells. We weren't in the room much, but when we were we had no problems.

Really nice hotel and the room was perfect. Checked in quite late but the front desk was accommodating as far as parking and extra towels. AC worked great and got the room down in temperature extremely fast. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of outlets in the walls! Would love to stay again.

I chose this hotel for my Wedding block a few weeks ago and all my guests told me how great and helpful the hotel staff were! Thank you to Yolanda for your constant and swift correspondence throughout all the changing details and for setting up my guests with the best service. When I dropped off the first couple guests to the hotel the weekend of the wedding, the front desk employees were very friendly and smiling.
One of my guests ended up having a seizure the day after my wedding and the weekend coordinator made sure they got the ambulance and comforted all the family while he went to hospital. They made arrangements to stay at the hotel longer until he was discharged. Great service in the midst of emergencies and challenges. The shuttle greatly helped transport my out-of-state guests the entire weekend and was a huge help to them all!

It was nice the rooms and the beds and the food were very good and I used the pool it was nice the price was good too and the best hotel ilI ever been too.

Stayed here for the weekend, was not expecting for it to be really nice and clean. Very comfortable beds over all would recommend.

from the moment my fiancee and i walked in the front door on 03-15-2020 we felt very welcomed, Candice at the front desk made our stay very comfortable and she was very hospitable, my fiancee and i walked in as an engage couple and left the hotel a married couple. Your staff is amazing. our room was very clean and spacious. our breakfast was delicious and was brought out in a quick timely manner which we had asked the server which name i forgot but was very accommodating, if it was possible is she can ask the chef to make it happen for us since we were in a bit of a rush. Your morning front desk clerk Cynthia was very sweet and hospitable as well. great job on hiring such a great staff.we will defiantly be visiting again.

Its worth the money , Everything looks nice and clean

Pretty good place. It's close to highway and restaurants. Only down side us that bar closes at 10pm and the pillows were a little firm.

I checked in around 4pm today, only one person at the desk and more than one person in line, wait. I checked back a couple hours ago, still only one staff person, wait. Now, its 9pm and STILL only one person to check me, this SUCKS! Staff is Arisse? She is super polite and professional so i wont leave a bad review...she's the only reason, she is great so you got that right Holiday Inn. I commend an org that invests in their staff, and obviously you have the right staff. That makes all the difference. And she explained things, like breakfast isnt complimentary (I really appreciate this as I got very upset with Holiday Inn for staff saying they served breakfast but didn't explain it wasn't the free continental breakfast I'm used to).

Nice updated rooms. Bar/lounge staff in restaurant was also excellent. I got a plastic cup when i requested to enter the pool area and was delighted that beer was allowed. Heads up to travelers, get your shower cap and extra decaf at the check in counter. And also, no tv guide included with tv interface (must use internet and printed directory provided in room). Aside from that, excellent location. And within walking distance to Wal-Mart in case you've forgotten to pack anything (I forgot to pack a phone charger, glad it was a quick walk to WM). Nice desk space, great staff. Excellent choice for anyone traveling for for job related business. Overall, very happy.

Our daughter goes to UTSA and we stay at this Holiday Inn Express every visit! Always clean, love the bar, hot breakfast in the morning and the staff is so friendly and courteous!

Rooms way too small for a modern hotel. If you're bringing a family of 4 you may want to find somewhere else. We'll likely not come back. Breakfast was expensive as well. But overall the hotel is nice but was blown away by the small rooms.

We loved staying here!! The rooms was clean & modern. The staff was so friendly and helpful through our stay & all the guests seem to be nice families enjoying vacation Just like we were. & the pillows were the best!! We also really loved it because of the location, close to 6flags and there were several resting options right there as well as a sams and Walmart right there which was very convenient! We will definitely stay here when we go back to San Antonio.

I'd like to share my experience at this hotel last weekend when my whole family and I went on vacation...I'd like to say the front desk service was bad and rude. We thought the hotel had free breakfast as they didn't tell us that we had to purchase it. Well my brother and his family got 3 free breakfast tickets so I called the front office in the morning to ask how my brother got free breakfast and the rude girl in the front said "oh i gave them to him" so I asked why and she said "because" i said "so can I get some!?" And she said "yeah, you have to purchase tickets for $9.95" then I told her "so u only give them to people u like!?" She rudely replied with a "YES!!"
So we just decided to check out early from the room to go have some breakfast as my dad has to have dialysis and is diabetic he had to have some breakfast asap! Oh and my bed had a big sunk in spot that I slept horribly in, but they did nothing about it! Thank you so much for ruining our rest of the day, so much for a good stay at the famous Holiday Inn!!! I've always stayed at Hampton inn as they have great service so I thought the holiday inn would be the same since I did pay $126 for the night!!
Never again! Very disappointed...watch out people!

Checked in on a Tuesday for a 2 day stay, prompt service at desk received room keys for room 229 which was by the elevators, room was clean and had two queen sized beds very comfortable..no noise was heard from elevators very quiet. Very clean rooms with ample amount of towels and the room had a coffee maker and a refrigerator, so take some extra water and ketchup if you like : ) No trouble whatsoever from the air conditioning turn it down to 73 and it got cold at 73. There was good water pressure and very clean restrooms, housekeeping came by each day at around 10 am. Overall no faults at all in the room. There was a good breakfast which you had to buy unless you got the added meal room price, it was $10 and had bacon sausage and pancakes eggs etc.. and was refilled all the way till 10 am when they shut it down, waitress brought us a carafe of coffee and refilled our drinks. The pool had a jacuzzi and about a 12 ft long pool 5ft deep great for kids closed at 10pm. There was a nice bar with great service a pina colada with top shelf was $7. The hotel is 3 years old as of 8/2015 and seemed well maintained no missing lights no worn decor, there is great parking not to say you are very close to the riverwalk or seaworld drive times to each are about 20 minutes. too far for a shuttle but this is a great place in a safe neighborhood no bums no shady characters, theres a walmart a sams a ci ci pizza a heb everything that you could need is bam right there, if you like to go to the gym theres a ridiculous amount of GoldsGyms near by..I mean there was literally one on either side of the highway facing each other. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. I only saw the lobby and adjacent meeting rooms and from what i could tell the hotel was well maintained and clean. The location was good, it was right next to i10 and in close proximity to places of interest. From my limited time there i noticed that it wasn't loud even though it was close to the i10

Loved this hotel. From the clean rooms,business and fitness center we were able to continue our fitness regimen while enjoying the amenities of the city. Staff was very professional and MS. GLORIA was just a sweetheart. ( very helpful).....She had a beautiful and welcoming smile that made us feel right at home. Thanks Holiday Inn for an exceptional customer service experience !!!!!

This Hotel doesn't have free breakfast like Holiday Inn express. Despite costing more. A/C didn't cool well, carpet dirty, cracked tile, tub drained slowly. Staff not very responsive. Maybe better to choose another option.

There is nothing special about the hotel. I'm a member of IHG and showed my card like normally upon checking in. Even if I was there with a group and not using my points, I still should have been greeted as a gold elite member. There was confusion with check in. Some of the staff was unfriendly and didn't want to answer questions. The person who cared for my room the four nights was wonderful. The suite was a little under expectations in size but great in mattress comfort. Pool was very small. It became noisy, which was not their fault as a high school group as well as ours was there at the same time. The location of this hotel is wonderful as you do not have to get on the highway for Walmart or many eating establishments. The breakfast had great little waffles for me and bacon for my daughter. There were other items for breakfast also.

A very nice location for a night's sleep. Service is great, rooms are fresh and modern, and beds are very comfortable. They have plenty of meeting rooms and a solid bar to lounge around in the evening if you don't want to make a drive. Give it a shot!

This is the BEST Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The restaurant has great food and every single staff member went out of their way for me. There was one gentleman in particular I want to thank. Really wish I got his name but he helped jumpstart my car. He was busy and he really did not have to do that but he did anyways and was very friendly. Thank y all so much!!!

Dang. Remember when Camp Bullis was way out in the country? This Holiday Inn is directly on par with the Holiday Inn Express Airport property. If you need access to all the latest in shopping or rollercoaster thrills, this hotel is for you. Full disclosure. This property is situated in the middle of some of the worst traffic jams the SA has to offer. Luckily, plenty of backroads if you know the city. The pool is on the correct side of hotel. Rooms are streamlined and uncluttered n Fire stick ready. Only issue was the unsolicited plate etiquette advice provided by the breakfast staff..

never returning here this place is very unclean the room I was given had hairs and the housekeeper didnt even speak Spanish I asked her for a towel and was too busy on her phone never coming here again ridiculous they should have people that speak english at least... they probably have people here working that arent American citizen who knows

NO CONCEALED CARRY!!!!!!!!!!No 24 hour security officer?
I am a Spire member and have stayed at IHG locations in Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah mostly for work. This location does not allow law abiding Americans with concealed weapon permits to enter the hotel property.
I asked if they had 24 hour security, and was told that the employees have an emergency folder that tells them how to handle bad situations. Really!!!!! Do you know how silly that sounds to a Marine?
So you have a choice to leave your handgun in your vehicle. Not a responsible choice, that's how criminals get guns.
They also said they provide lock boxes, but you would be breaking the law as soon as you entered the building, per Texas Penal Code 30.06. So please don't tell people that they can lock up there guns on your property. You are actually making them break the law.
I understand not wanting open carry, but just post the 30.7 signs and allow responsible concealed gun owners to travel safely to and from your location.
If your comfortable sleeping in a place where every criminal knows where the easy prey is, and no professional 24 hour armed security officer is close by, then this is your place. I stayed at a Marriott location, and I guess I'll just stay at their locations. They have rewards also. BTW, I actually stayed here before the signs went up, and it really is just a glorified HIExpress. Nothing special.

Room was clean. Had a magic chef microwave, a kurig coffeemaker, a mini fridge, and bath and body works shampoos and lotions. The sheets and towels smell amazing. The beds were very comfortable. I love that they were two queens with lots of pillows. Yes we had a pillow fight.

The concierge was very accommodating. We forgot a toothbrush, and needed an extra towel. They were quick to help and it was very easy. It is right next door to lots of drive through restaurants and a Walmart which is very convenient when you have kids.

I wish I knew what laundry soap and softener they used because it is fabulous. The clean and soft towels really made my day after a smelly, long, and soiled trip to a theme park. We would stay again.
