i experience the worse end of customer care ...the bus driver was so rude an disrespectful .......

I caught this bus in Conyers Ga and the driver Omar Skinner was so rude. I'm handicapped and I have the right to sit in the front seats. But he claimed that he didn't want no one sitting there. I just stood there and he made room but I could hear him grumble under his breath.

Nothin really to say other than they got nice buses.

We used Southeastern stages for a trip to harrahs casino a couple weeks ago had a safe trip got there and back on time, Mr. Larry was a great driver and we had a wonderful time will book again

Experienced the worst trip of my life between this company and greyhound. They need to be shut down. Southeastern stages has the worst drivers with attitudes and very unprofessional. Not worth the money riding with bad drivers, nasty bus stations, people on drugs or just got out of prison. I tried to call and file a complaint and no one would call me back and even the operator had an attitude.

Bought ticket to travel on this bus from Charleston SC to Atlanta GA. On the morning of travel I was asked if I could get off the bus at Conyers as that is closer to my destination. Upon my arrival at the bus station I approached the ticket sales person and make queries with regard to taking the stop at Conyers. Please note I was told that the bus does not stop at Conyers.
That was not true, the bus did pass through Conyers and I was so mad as o could have easily made that arrangement to get off there and be picked up instead of going downtown Atlanta.
Please educate your staff so they can guide passengers correctly, not everyone knows this.
