I've been to this MTN shop a couple of times and every time I was met with good customer services and staff who knew what they were doing. They are always very helpfull. They sell phones, wifi connections, sim cards and accessories. Just remember to ask them about internet access when you buy a sim card. You will have to have your phone there with you at the shop to help you set it up.

this place is like one stop centre, Once in the building there is a Germany supermarket , Laundries , Pharmacies , Hand craft exhibition , Coffee bar , restaurants, and many other more businesses

MTN is located in a modern,well secured building. The build meets minimum required security standards. If you need to hire a room/office please don't hesitate.

They will take care of your case, the waiting can be elastic, there is sit for just 4 people, not very convenient (it's the headquarters, there should be more sits, plus more professional employees (they were all watching their phones from time to time when they have a client in front of them ridiculous but they will surely take care of your query

Everyone knows this place but there is really not that much to do anymore in that center. You can change your money and buy stuff at the German shop but other than that the place does not offer that much.

There is a supermarket, expensive. Cash machine, support for UnionPay. MTN Service Center, you can buy a phone card and recharge. There are cafes and restaurants upstairs. The place is not big, but it can meet the daily needs

A store with MTN can do a SIM card. There is a German supermarket that can buy all kinds of daily necessities.
