Rip off had been charged for 4 lawyers just to read a statement of clam to check that it was ok if the lawyer that wrote it can't check it themself you should not expect the Clint to pay for the rest of them to check it over. Then they wanted over $8000 just to lodge my case with the court and on top of this the lawyer who was helping me really did not care and just seemed like she wanted her money. Went to a different lawyer who then told me that everything they had done was wrong as a result made my case take a lot longer

Logie-smith unreasonably refuses to reimburse me fees they charged that were caused by their own miscommunication. The error is in print. Extremely unethical and poor practice that highlights profit comes first.
Logie-Smith Lanyon (Tegan Rudolph) assisted us with legal review of documentation of a renewal of a secured commercial debt of a Property Trust in which DDH Graham Limited (DDH) was the Trustee. The security was held by an independent custodian which added another layer of complexity to the transaction.
Tegan was outstanding. Given the urgency involved Tegan put in the long hours, understood DDH's requirements in providing advice on the documents and her professional dealings with all parties involved resulted in DDH meeting the settlement timetable and more importantly documentation that satisfied DDH as trustee and the custodian (and the bank).
From DDH's point of view a very rewarding experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Logi-Smith Lanyon for any commercial legal appointments.
