This place in reality should be 1 star rating. Don't be recieved by the other 5 star ratings - they are fake or written by their own employees and should be removed.

This place seems like they are running a scam and I have no idea why reputable healthcare institutions would work with these immoral people. I received a bill 14 months after my procedure for items my insurance already paid out. Even after calling multiple times, I am absolutely unable to get into contact with anyone. Please join me in reporting to BBB and PA attorney general.

We have a billing issue with this company for over a month now. They charged our credit card twice when I paid a bill and after a couple of phone calls and half dozen e-mails our money still hasn't been returned! Their employee Agnes Rodriguez has been zero help! If I could post a zero I would

3.8 stars is an unfairly high rating for this company. I just "had it out" with a medical office, who, due to the unscrupulous practices of their third-party billling vendor, MSN, gets an AVERAGE 1 Star Rating on Yelp and Google, as well as a multitude of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. MSN's clients take the heat for incorrect/late/duplicate/missing invoices, through no fault of their own, except they chose THIS company to collect on their services.

When I attempted to resolve the issue through the 800 number, it disconnected my call just as I finally got to "number one" in the queue (after about ten minutes on hold). Fortunately, I was able to glean the website address in their hold music message. There, they have an online chat, and I was amazed at how intensely they illustrate the "NO customer service" adage.

The gist, without personal information:

MSN: "We sent two invoices and a collections letter before referring your account to collections."

Me: "Never received one."

MSN: "Well, we sent them."

Me: "I have no doubt, but they never arrived."

MSN: "Well, you need to update your address."

Me: "I just TOLD you my address."

MSN: "No, you need to file a forwarding order with the post office."

Me: "From what?"

MSN: "From your old address."

Me: "Why? I've lived here for over a decade. Your doctor's office hasn't even been around that long, and I used THIS current address for that appointment. Anyway, USPS forwarding orders only last twelve months."

MSN: "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Me: "Anything ELSE?????"

MSN: "abc123 has left the chat."

I was so upset when I received this bill. I did not understand WHY I was being billed when I already paid the Hospital for this. I was sure this was a scam but I called the # on the bill and ended up speaking with a Stephanie. She explained to me (about 3 times) that radiologists bill separately from the hospital! Who knew?! She was so patient with me and I know I was being difficult so she deserves a raise and promotion!!!

One of the worst billing agencies I have ever experienced. My healthcare provider should be embarrassed for contracting billing to this firm.

MSN sends billing phone communication to a call center in Asia. This call center handles multiple accounts and the agent you call has no idea how to resolve any issues.

You can call the office in Columbus , GA and you will get into contact with a billing agent who is just as clueless as the agent in Asia.

I have been in communication with MSN in Columbus for over 120 days in an attempt to have documentation sent to my house. They verbally agree and then neglect to send the mail. Or they are totally incompetent. However negligence over a sustained period of time is a symptom of incompetence.

I am going to contact MSN and make them aware that is this bill goes to collections, I will seek legal action. I have documented and recorded all communication and will submit that to the my attorney and the attorney general in the state of FLA.

If this company ever contacts you will a bill, go to your attorney first and save hours of unpaid time trying to persuade them to act in a professional manner.

08/10/2021 Edit. They responded on this review and asked me to reach out to them. However I have been dealing with them for over 120 days. The template response from a reputation management service is not a solution to incompetent employees and a bad system. If this company ever reaches out to you, cut to the chase and contact your attorney.

The only reason MSN is receiving a 5 star is due to one employee named Sherri who I had connected with on my 3rd phone call. I had called and spoken to two incompetent women, that were nasty, impatient and unable to help me. The first time I called I requested to speak with the supervisor, I was told that would take a long time and was not possible?? However I was told a billing specialist would contact me within 24 hours. No one called. (Big surprise). The next day I tried again and was connected with someone else she assured me there would be a internal investigation on why my recurring payment was not occurring monthly, and that the investigation would take 7-10 days and that I would need to call back to check the status of the Investigation. After waiting 11 days from the previous phone call, I called and was extremely lucky Sherri answered. She did tell me there was no note of any request for a internal investigation or for my bill to be pulled from collections. She assured me she would speak with her supervisor to see what she could do for me, and that she would be in touch with me the following day. She followed up with a email and contacted me the next day and was able to actually help me. Sherri was thorough, compassionate and patient. My initial experience with this company was horrible and if it weren t for Sherri rectifying things I would be leaving a 1 star review for customer service.

I'm updating my review because I was able to get in touch with someone. Ashley is amazing. It just took me a while to get in touch with human, BUT she was kind and helped me with everything I needed!

Is this company a scam? I have attempted to get in touch with a person TEN TIMES through phone, chat, email, and through the "contact us" portion on the website. Every time I call (Three times), I get down to the first one in the queue, and the call disconnects. The two chats I initiated were ended by the representative without any communication. My emails were blocked or "queued", and the website contact page gives me an error. I can see the basic responses from representatives on the bad ratings.... "Due to patient privacy we cannot disclose information..." Blah blah blah. Explain to me how we're supposed to get in touch with you? I'm not going to blindly give you money when I can't even get an explanation on what I've received.
I'll be contacting Piedmont, my credit agencies and the BBB to dispute anything going against my credit.
