I'm updating my review because I was able to get in touch with someone. Ashley is amazing. It just took me a while to get in touch with human, BUT she was kind and helped me with everything I needed!

Is this company a scam? I have attempted to get in touch with a person TEN TIMES through phone, chat, email, and through the "contact us" portion on the website. Every time I call (Three times), I get down to the first one in the queue, and the call disconnects. The two chats I initiated were ended by the representative without any communication. My emails were blocked or "queued", and the website contact page gives me an error. I can see the basic responses from representatives on the bad ratings.... "Due to patient privacy we cannot disclose information..." Blah blah blah. Explain to me how we're supposed to get in touch with you? I'm not going to blindly give you money when I can't even get an explanation on what I've received.
I'll be contacting Piedmont, my credit agencies and the BBB to dispute anything going against my credit.
