The only reason MSN is receiving a 5 star is due to one employee named Sherri who I had connected with on my 3rd phone call. I had called and spoken to two incompetent women, that were nasty, impatient and unable to help me. The first time I called I requested to speak with the supervisor, I was told that would take a long time and was not possible?? However I was told a billing specialist would contact me within 24 hours. No one called. (Big surprise). The next day I tried again and was connected with someone else she assured me there would be a internal investigation on why my recurring payment was not occurring monthly, and that the investigation would take 7-10 days and that I would need to call back to check the status of the Investigation. After waiting 11 days from the previous phone call, I called and was extremely lucky Sherri answered. She did tell me there was no note of any request for a internal investigation or for my bill to be pulled from collections. She assured me she would speak with her supervisor to see what she could do for me, and that she would be in touch with me the following day. She followed up with a email and contacted me the next day and was able to actually help me. Sherri was thorough, compassionate and patient. My initial experience with this company was horrible and if it weren t for Sherri rectifying things I would be leaving a 1 star review for customer service.
