My experience at New Company is and has been outstanding, both the Salon and the Hairdresser, Lianne Hanaford!! I left my former hairdresser after 25 years and will not be back to her after being with Ms. Hanaford for just three months. She is totally knowledgeable and very detailed when it comes to dealing my hair cut! I will be with her for the next 20 years, as I'm extremely satisfied!!0

I mail ordered a product I was familiar with and I wasn t disappointed. The ordering process was simple and straightforward. Delivery arrived as expected. I am happy and my hair is perfect.
The only way for this store to get 5 stars is if a friend of the store posts it. The sales staff is not friendly and follows customers so closely around the store, just as they did when this was NY Beauty store. Not a comfortable shopping experience.

They offer to many products I never know were to start! My sister, mom and I get our hair treated and cut here. Every time they do amazing! Friendly staff as well. Only warning I'd give is never enter with a credit card because you will splurge!

Anita and Ami are quite the duo! Talent and passion hand in hand to deliver awesome results. I went in with a mess-I came out a new woman. They use great hair products (Alfa Parf). My highlights had become brassy and unrefined. So, Anita changed my base and did a full head of highlights, which completely corrected the color issues and addressed hair texture issues. I have been going to salons in downtown coral gables for over 20 years. For a little less pretentiousness and inflated prices, ladies can have top notch hair at a decent price and with amazing people just down the street! Thank you!

I ordered online a tween time roux color auburn crayon like it shows in the picture when i ordered. What i received was correct product but touch up stick. I wanted the crayon on the order not the touch up stick. Sended me wrong item.

Walked in to purchase an OPI Gel Color and apparently because I am not of white complexion, a Cuban employee followed me around the entire time. Very sad especially because I am also Cuban.
I was very surprised that I could find what I wanted and it was delivered in a very, very short period of time. I was kept in the loop from the purchase to delivery and were spot on with the timeframe, etc. I will be doing business with them again.
My worst experience I ask for 3 things, nail polish change color, nail stickers and growth nail and the don't have it. The thing is the don't sell it, is the attitude of the staff.
I will never ever return to this store. The customer service is just awful. Yesterday I purchased about $40 worth of products. A young sales associate took care of me and she was actually nice. I told her I needed microwaveable hard wax (this was my first time buying the product) and asked which brand to get. She showed me the section and showed the right type of wax and continued helping me with other products. I got home and open the seal so I can read the instructions. As I read, I realize this is NOT microwaveable wax and it requires a warmer like the ones at the salon, which I obviously don t have and that s why I needed microwaveable wax. Despite the annoyance of having to go back, I go today and explain the issue and say I don t want to return it...just want to exchange it for the right product. The lady who takes care of me immediately says no and I explained again that I got assistance and that I m not an expert and relied on the sales associate and that s what she gave me. She walks over to the manager at the register who never bothered to even talk to me and simply said the same thing in less than a minute. The associate comes back repeats the message. As I tell her this is an unreasonable policy and I relied on the store s staff to guide me to the right product and this is not what I need. She gets upset and tells me that if she was the one who sold it to me she would be accountable but it wasn t her. So there is no actual exchange policy? It s all up to the sales associate admitting they made a mistake. I could not believe this!!!! I simply left because it seemed pointless at that stage and she made it seem like no one there was in charge and there was nothing I could do. This is a really poor attitude towards customers. If you have staff and your staff leads a customer to the wrong product, the least the store could is let the customer exchange for the right product. I understand mistakes can happen and I didn t even want money back. Now I am stuck with a $16 can of hard wax that I can t use. Very, very disappointing!
