I will never ever return to this store. The customer service is just awful. Yesterday I purchased about $40 worth of products. A young sales associate took care of me and she was actually nice. I told her I needed microwaveable hard wax (this was my first time buying the product) and asked which brand to get. She showed me the section and showed the right type of wax and continued helping me with other products. I got home and open the seal so I can read the instructions. As I read, I realize this is NOT microwaveable wax and it requires a warmer like the ones at the salon, which I obviously don t have and that s why I needed microwaveable wax. Despite the annoyance of having to go back, I go today and explain the issue and say I don t want to return it...just want to exchange it for the right product. The lady who takes care of me immediately says no and I explained again that I got assistance and that I m not an expert and relied on the sales associate and that s what she gave me. She walks over to the manager at the register who never bothered to even talk to me and simply said the same thing in less than a minute. The associate comes back repeats the message. As I tell her this is an unreasonable policy and I relied on the store s staff to guide me to the right product and this is not what I need. She gets upset and tells me that if she was the one who sold it to me she would be accountable but it wasn t her. So there is no actual exchange policy? It s all up to the sales associate admitting they made a mistake. I could not believe this!!!! I simply left because it seemed pointless at that stage and she made it seem like no one there was in charge and there was nothing I could do. This is a really poor attitude towards customers. If you have staff and your staff leads a customer to the wrong product, the least the store could is let the customer exchange for the right product. I understand mistakes can happen and I didn t even want money back. Now I am stuck with a $16 can of hard wax that I can t use. Very, very disappointing!
