I feel cheated.

I have been a client of this company for almost 3 years, I never complained and I always met the company's payments with them, but when installing several new gps in the rest of the fleet, it was when I realized several important things for the that I should never have contracted with them.
1-The contract is abusive if you do not get to be 3 years with them they penalize you to pay 450 or pay the 3 years by force, even if they do not give you the results.
2-if the device breaks down or is stolen you will be without it already paying month by month without having service and they do not give a solution.
3-the devices when the vehicles are inside my ship or in some others these lose the signal and disappear from the map, with which there is no peace of mind that if they steal it you will know where they are.
4-the gps are very late with respect to where the vehicle is actually located, sometimes up to 15 minutes and thus the delivery routes cannot be controlled.
5-In the case you have to hire rental or renting vehicles for the high season for a few months, they do not give you service for these, since if you hire it you already eat the 3 years paying (this has happened to me with two vehicles in my company)
6-if the devices are for rent because you can not unsubscribe in at least 6 months or a maximum year and return these and stop paying for the services since the word indicates (rent) I have not bought it financed and for I have to be there for 3 years.
7-I had not previously spoken with other companies, but as a result of these problems I have had contacts with others and I was really wrong when choosing Movildata.

Lastly, please ask them if they are going to hire a service, read the fine print carefully, because if not sooner or later they will regret it.

You try to do it and you can't. You talk to them, they don't understand where the problem is because the data is. They refer you to the commercial. Actually they are not 12, they are 3, if you want the 12 you have to pay an extra. You pay for it. You try to download all the workers, it gives error (very descriptive error: Object, object). You call, you have to go one by one. The download is very slow, between 20-30 minutes per report (with dedicated 1Gb fiber). It is not your problem, if we have a lot of data, it is ours. They do not have a batch download service of the data like other companies, nor by paying. Thus, downloading the data of the workers supposes a day of a monthly person since it is impossible to leave a computer doing it because the program fails. I do not recommend it.
