FRAUD , company will steal your money. 3 months later this company has stolen and won't return money for a double payment. Bank is working on retriving. Careful with these guysEJ the owner charged us 1500 to store product for 30 days. We initiated payment via ACH. Had to move the product out in 3 days as it was sold, ACH had not cleared. EJ said product would not move until he was paid in full. We paid in full via cash. He said ACH would be cancelled/returned. It went through. He has not spoken to me in 2 weeks and we have a fraud case opened with our bank to get the funds back. Overall I would rate EJ as a 0. his buiness was competent enough, 1 star average.

I own a startup apparel company. We enlisted Jet Distribution Services (aka Trenery Industries, aka Jet Warehouse) to be our 3PL "partner" during our 2nd season of business from Jan 2017 to Sep 2017. Unfortunately, I have to use the word "partner" very loosely. Being our first warehouse partnership, we quickly found after we began that Jet's standard warehousing agreement provides zero protection for the customer. Jet failed to meet same day performance guidelines. Jet failed to even communicate when they were unable to fill stock due to missing merchandise, leaving open order to languish for weeks. And of course, because their standard agreement assumed no liability for lost or damaged product in their warehouse (shame on us for not catching this), they assumed no responsibility for the loss. We also quickly discovered discovered were were getting over-billed each month for package fees. The company simply wouldn't respond to requests for correction, then would hold up shipments until a payment was wired. At the end, it felt like we were being held hostage. When we closed out our account, they delayed packing and shipping our remaining units for several weeks without communicating, causing us to lose several thousand dollars in cancelled sales. We also discovered multiple units with poly bag tears and mold damage, which, again, Jet would take no responsibility for. Overall, the experience was a nightmare. We've since moved to another 3PL and the difference in business practices is night and day. Brands beware this company.
