Really bad customer service. You only pay for night and the pool because they don t give you breakfast. All the restaurants close early. Really bad service room. I was there for 4 night and it was a nightmare. My first and last time on this place.

Three stars. The casino was fun. We decided to eat while we were there. The buffet banner read "voted #1 buffet" so we gave it a shot. It must have been opposite day. The food was terrible. The soups we're very salty and I like salt. The main dishes all had some strange seasoning. The salad bar was good but not a large selection of items. I will go back to casino but would go to Guy's place if I got hungry.

For the first time ever we stayed at the hotel. Omg it's amazing. The suite is crazy. The shower will fit 2 people with no problem. I would rather spend a little more be able to indulge and know I'm safe. The service is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to everyone

A great way to spend a couple of hours with family!

Ehhh. Not enough cocktail waitress on the floor bringing drinks. And went to bar to get served, took over 5 minutes. There were 4 bartenders and maybe 9 customers (myself included). This place sucks compared to what it once was!

Spent the night at the casino gambling it was clean staff was prompt courteous

I was on a roll! I probably would have stayed longer if you get get a cocktail while gambling. No Waitress service. I will go back to AC.

Fun. Exciting. Clean. Actually not scared to walk outside alone here. Just wish they had more drink selections.

Have been going to this casino for years. Rarely win! Crowd is less than desirable. Sorry, but I always struggle to find a reason to go and when we do it's always disappointing...this most recent trip was no exception.

They had a very nice dinner spread for New Year's. And a great friendly staff.

Very nice place, the buffet is great! But tha customer service needs major Wrk!, it seems like tha workers there hav major attitude issues, & are reluctant 2 help, for the Money u spend they should be more compassionate to the guest needs, & even more so when they mess up..

The atmosphere is ok. Too much smoking, not enough liquor in the free drinks. At least bar drinks are reasonably priced.

Mount Airy is great! They have great drinks and plenty of options to eat. They have a great variety of slot machines that are constantly rotating so you always get to try the new ones while still playing your old favorites. If you stay over, there rooms are very clean and conveniently located. Valet parking is great. You very rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to get your car. They offer great giveaways. We have plenty of cookware thanks to Mount Airy. The only problem is we wish they would pay out more, LOL!!

I saw a concert with Phillip Phillips and Gavin Degraw at the outdoor summer stage. Only payed $65 and was in the 5th row! Best concert I've been at in awhile. Would definitely recommend any concert at this stage!

This 4 star establishment has great customer service. I always feel safe with the security constantly walking around. The food choices are great. The decor on the casino floor is nice (for being from the 80s) but the rooms are immaculately kept. However there is NOTHING for people under 21 years of age.

Very nice place, good staff, only thing I hate is they allow smoking in the casino

Like the hotel and casino, very friendly staff and courteous service, rooms are very luxurious, food and service prices are nominal for such a big place. Only issues is with the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways leading to the rooms, lobby and casino. The smoke smell is bad. I would highly recommend the hotel management to do something about it especially if they want more families and kids to stay

Boring... nothing else to do when you want to stop gambling

Mount Airy Lodge the best place to go to relax to play casino the place is clean the food is awesome security is great I love it we try to go there at least twice a month to stay is awesome

Review is for golf course only.
NO driving range. We're chased off of putting warm-up by pro so he could give lessons. First hole is #1hardest. What a way to start! Forced to pair up, won't allow twosomes out.
NEVER GOING BACK

spend a fortune if you want to win a fortune. nice n cheap casino. blackjack and other games usually $10-$15

This casino is great. They offer the customers alot of great bonuses. They also had the best fireworks spectacular in town on the 4th of July!

It puts Pocono Sun and Mohegan Sun to shame! And they give you $40 free slot play not a pathetic $5 or $15 free slot play. On the 2nd visit they gave us a free room. Then the wife won a huge payout and a few weeks later they gave us a free Norwegian Cruise Line vacation! The craps table is fun. You don't see so many 7-outs. The slots aren't as tight as the other places, in particular, Mohegan Sun. I have had a great time everytime I go to Mt Airy.

I would give this resort 3.5 stars. The casino floor gets kinda Smokey and the weekday night scene is pretty non existent. Beautiful pool area, but the water was not heated while we were there (mid Sept) so a bit chilly. Spa was very nice, enjoyed the ambiance, steam room and sauna and massage. Rooms very nice and bed was comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay, but room for improvement.

Went out to gamble a little bit and have some drinks. It was fun but someone stole my friends chips while he was playing and the casino did nothing about it. Other than that it was a good night

It's a very nice place to get away to where you can relax and enjoy playing the slot machine and having a bite to eat.i enjoy my self every time I go there.

Casino is very nice. Beautiful venue and scenic mountain hotel. Staff seemed uninterested and definitely lacking hospitality. Only inviting person I interacted with was the shuttle driver. Did not catch her name but she was very polite and extremely friendly. Did not stay in a room, but they have to be nice... It's a beautiful place.

Had reservation got stuck in a trade fair show, arrived at 8:00 pm. They said it's policey to cancel the reservation at 6:00 pm. No room for you we told.

Not A Big gambler, but a good place to go for a drink and maybe some food.

Casino was slightly small but we'll maintained. All of the machines work smoothly and most table games were available on a Tuesday night

On the boring side at night (not susprising it is the poconos) but great casino!

Casino had garbage & empty cups left all over. Could not get a soda or water to save my life. And the slot machines do not pay out.

Really nice casino, with a ton of new touchscreen machines and really nice staff 5/5 would return again soon!

Only problem is the lack of service from T-Mobile around the area. Good food around the casino and the local area.

Great place to spend a few hours. Joined the players club and earned and extra $10 to play in the slots. If smoke bothers you this may not be your spot defiantly smells like smoke most places in the casino.
