Mount Airy Casino Resort Reviews

Parking on a Wednesday night was pretty easy. The casino seemed clean and the staff was friendly enough. I only spent a short time here but the atmosphere and games were OK. I would come back.

I stayed here a month ago. I have nothing but praise for this place! From the casino staff to the room service staff and the housekeeping staff are ALL so accommodating and helpful. Everyone is pleasant. This was the 1sr time I've been back here since Covid and I felt safe. I was a little uneasy with people being allowed to smoke in casino but now it is banned. I'm going back this weekend and I can't wait!!

This was my first time there and we are planning for the next stay. The rooms was clean & nice. The casino was a fun time,but smoking was the only thing, yet that's the norm. Thank goodness the rooms are non smoking.

Ate at Guy Fieri's restaurant, what else could you possibly ask for

Very nice stay! I wish there was an actual hot tub as I thought they advertised.

Only $5 comp for a first timer but we got free lunches that were okay. Games weren't too generous.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to mount airy...the employees are extremely rude and they are completely cluesless on how to run a casino...management is a joke...Gary, the manager of Guy Fieri's resturaunt should be fired for being the rudest and most incompetent manager I have ever met...it's clear why this place is losing money daily...go anywhere but here, what a joke!

Small casino. Never seem to able to find a waitress here ?? Rather go to Mohegan...

All facilities were clean and casino area was very bright and energizing! Food was fresh and workers genuinely seemed happy to help. Only gripe was security taking questions about policy as cause to interrogate guests and try to make them feel like they were doing something wrong. Probably a slow day. Issue was solved by a concierge that overhead. Otherwise, great time!

The casino has a lot of different slots and table games. The hotel rooms are gorgeous!

When for gaming. Place was smaller than I expected, but staff over all was very nice.

Great fireworks show. First time there for the show, it was spectacular. Thank you Mt Airy for a great show!

We went for the buffet. It was good. Lots of different type of food.

Very stingy with the drinks. Played for 2 hours at the craps table on a Saturday night and not 1 waitress stopped by asking for drinks.

It was girls night out this Friday.
A few of the girls from work went out to dinner and play a few game.we had a great time.

The hotel is very nice but, some of the staff should work on their customer service skills.

Bad experience never ever win anything on slots not even a bonus , this will be the last time i ever go there

I love this place clean friendly atmosphere the best place to go in the poconos.

They are continually working to make the casino and resort better, with a new outdoor music venue, new slots, food options, etc. Overall a great experience not far from the NJ/NYC area.

I ordered food from Guy Ferrari, it was my 29th birthday. I have never been there before, but it was a super long walk from the car. I wasn't gambling so I didn't bring my ID, I was not aware the restaurant was on the gambling floor. The short balding man at the counter was practically screaming at me that I couldn't go in. I WAS ASKING SUPER NICELY if I could please be escorted to get my food, it was my birthday, and I just wanted my food. He called his supervisor after I demanded it.. (mile walk to car) supervisor told me to call the restaurant and have it brought out. Called the restaurant about 5 times before they answered, but they brought it out. Mind you, I could see the restaurant from where I was standing. The ID checker was an unreasonable Jerk!!

Went for a day visit. It is sorta in the middle of nowhere, but the good news is that they seem to have everything you could want under one roof! The buffet was very good with a large selection. Good table games. We went on a Monday afternoon and they seemed to have at least 2 of each type of table have available. There was also an electronic game for roulette and blackjack with a live dealer! All of the staff and security guards were very nice. They were also accepting of service animals!

Spacious! Didn't seem to be as full. Lot of choices machine wise. Got some small hits.

The food at the buffet was fantastic, the drinks at the bar were pretty good too.

Actually dated now but it's fine for what it is and if it's the closest casino to you I would still go there vs somewhere farther.

Lots to do here, two good clubs, several good restaurants and a pretty good poker room

We go for some quick, low-profile slots and roulette and to smoke cigars. We try to go during slow times during the day.

You can't win they will take your money it's like every time I go there I come out a loser

I am not a casino person, but would give the restaurants four stars. One of the better and more affordable places to eat in the area

It has everything. Rooms are always clean and even the smoking sections of casino are consistently kept clean

The casino and hotel are nice, but make sure there's no cigarette butts in the room or theyll charge you 250 dollars even if they weren't smoked in the room.

Go there all the time but never win the slots are tight

It is a beautiful place. The rooms and other areas are decorated so nicely.

Except for the restrictions (like no alcohol on the casino floor) because of C19. This is a GREAT plce

Slots are very tight. Heavy smoke, even in the " non" smoking area! No table games in non smoking floor.

Great casino...nice slot choices and lots of winners (that I witnessed & myself included)...clean rooms with very comfortable beds and modern design. Room service food was great but had a horrible experience at the buffet (dirty plates & tasteless food). Customer service reached out promptly after I reviewed on FB...asked for my number to discuss but never called. Overall I'd definitely go back...I mean comp rooms so why not, plus the other restaurants were good.

Wish the game floor was bigger but its an great place to go out with friends and have some fun!

Beautiful rooms overlooking the golf course and pond, great gaming selection and fun atmosphere.

If I could rate this a -5 I would. At 23 years old I need an adult to escort me to a restroom and or restaurant. My license recently expired and I ve yet to have a problem with it. Two check points to eat with my family at a restaurant. The staff is extremely rude and intrusive. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Horrible customer service ! Daughter and I were yelled at because we were about to get on the employee elevator by accident. There was no sign that indicated that first off but the way this employee spoke to us was rude. I decided to leave right away due to his rudeness and the way he raised his voice to us.

I went to play in the casino and all the workers were very polite and very helpful I would go back and I will tell my friends and family to go there

A great night. Drinks, blackjack and I made $275. The casino was busy, but easy to navigate. Overall, I loved my visit

The resort is large and very well kept. The concert area was clean and easy to find. The entire evening was lovely the event staff were kind and helpful. The only reason why it loses a star was the overpriced refreshments being served. $6.00 for a pretzel really!

Place is very nice. Rooms are all updated and very clean. Would have given it 5 stars but....

Took forever to get our rooms.

Food selections are very limited. Food staff seems very disorganized and it takes a long time to get served even when it is empty. But food was very good once it arrived, a half hour later.

No live music or bar/entertainment venues. Not like the Hard Rock Casinos. It is basically just a Casino.

Pool is very crowded and open to outside guests, non-hotel guests, therefore they take all the seats and nothing is left for hotel guests. Very strange policy, and they yell at you if you sit in the coach area. What are you to do when there are no other seats available. Very odd.

Hotel itself is very nice and helpful.

Nobody was winning money, I'll never go back again.

Nice place but hey guys, you re a casino hotel maybe don t close everything at 7,8 pm.

Late arrivals can expect to enjoy nearly none of the hotels amenities.

Wifi is red not garbage.

No comps and less winning Mount Airy is twenty times better with comps and winning machines! Worth the ride.

The fire alarm went off @ 4:45 in the morning, we were forced to evacuate only to be told it was a malfunction of the system. Drink service was pathetic. Overall mood of the resort was angry and standoffish. Would not go back again
