The dealers and cocktail waitresses were very friendly. The pit bosses were very nice and friendly. BUT their very cheap with their give-aways. There 9hrs playing and I didn't even get lunch. And that was 2 times in 4 days!!!!

Great people. They really try hard. Being an ex employee I know how hard they try to keep customers happy. They will go above and beyond within there allowed limit to make every guest happy. Slots are some of the loosest in PA. Buffett is amazing. I have been to Mohegan Sun's Buffet and payed a huge amount of money to eat the same boring stuff. Hand it to Mt. Airy for keeping it fresh. Great Job guys and gals.

Paid for the NYE package which includes the choice of one entertainment and we choose the MASE show...complete disappointment...we waited over 2 hours for him to show up and when he arrived...he was on stage for 15 mins...after complaining the hotel nor entertainment did nothing to fix the issue...our package included the brunch the day of check out...but it's not until noon...so we have to check out and have the bellboy hold our luggage just to have brunch. The spa was the only thing I enjoyed...I stayed there half the day and took advantage of everything...oh and the free Wi-Fi sucks also. The rooms are nice but not worth 4 stars ...if I knew my NYE entertainment was gonna be like this I would of never booked this expensive trip...live and learn.

Lost my money but had a good time. Buffet is good, tons of different things to eat. Wish entire casino was smoke free but there are nonsmokong sections and upstairs but feel a bit isolated there. Although have not been up there in a few years so may have been updated. There is a game where it is part video and real roulette. This is nice as you dont have to spend tons of money. Last year when I was there you were able to bet only 50 cents on any area of field with a minimum $5 bet. Now you can only bet 50 cents on numbers 00 to 36 still need $5 mimimum, all other bets are the minimum $5 for example odd, even, red, black. Think they changed this as we won consistently last time we played but that has changed.

I ate lunch at Guy Fieri's restaurant in Mount Airy Casino Resort. All of our food was very good and the service was friendly timely and efficient. I spent the rest of the early afternoon with some light gambling and felt the same.

Fast and easy check in. Everything in one place! Beautiful spa and I truly enjoyed my massage from Hubert! I also appreciated that I got a discount for being in uniform "nurse"! Its nice to be appreciated during this pandemic! Plus, it was a discount for ANYONE that wears a uniform, not just health care workers! Pool area was... not strict with covid compliance and slow service although it appeared to be fully staffed. Water was warm and I loved that I could swim through to go outside! Watch your head! Ask for a high floor so you can enjoy the view! My room was a lake view and well... see pictures! Overall it was great to get away and I got some good sleep!

Mount Airy Lodge Casino so very good place for people who want to go and just have a little fun for the first time there plenty of machines their tables for for plane and they also places to eat and the hotel is selfish excellent then on Wednesdays is the nights for the older people and that's a lot of fun. You must come and see the place in order to give it the ratings that you think is good.

Horrible experience. We were just married and decided to stay local for our honey moon. Wanted to stay one week there but we changed our mine after one night. I couldnt use the refrigerator because you have to pay $25 per day. For a changing bed had to pay $20 ??? No vender machines ANYWHERE near the rooms or lobby. Locals shops were close by 8pm. We were force to buy water from them at very high price. We paid almost $600 for two nights and I still dont see the benefits of it. This hotel is called "resort" to start theres no jacuzzi, or sauna, no night entertainment or food included like a real resort. The pool was cold. The bed was uncomfortable that I left with a back pain.

This is the first time I've ever written a review like this. This place is completely overpriced. It's a nice hotel, but it's in the Poconos -- not Las Vegas or NYC. The entire place smells like smoke, presumably from the casino. And they do not want your kids there: the facility's circulation requires you to go through the casino to get almost anywhere, and so they require an escort for even the youngest children to get to all of the restaurants. The wait for the place we were eating was 45 minutes: the absurd procedure was for one adult to wait in the restaurant (they told us we couldn't wait in the restaurant) while the other adult stayed one floor down in the lobby (where there is not enough seating).

Further, and this is specific to our particular stay but reflects on their level of service: we arrived a day after a big snowstorm, and they didn't have the staff to adequately run the hotel. The parking was a nightmare, with a valet line a quarter-mile down the road. They were putting folks on a waitlist to get rooms, even after check-in, as they didn't have the housekeeping staff to get rooms clean. Several of the restaurants were closed, and the ones that were open could not handle the guests -- with 45-60 minute waits to be seated and then similar wait times for food. The attitude was: so sad, too bad -- we can't control the weather, this is just how it is. Understood, they can't control the weather. But, what they can control is their response to their inability to provide the service they were charging for. Can't check people in even after check-in time? Offer them a voucher for a drink or two while they wait. Not running your hotel at full-steam? Perhaps charge people the rate for a Wednesday and not for the insane $475 Saturday night rate. You offer a service, and at that price ostensibly a high-end one: when you can't provide that service in the way you'd promised, it's your job to make it right -- not shrug your shoulders. The more I think about it, the more I'm not entirely sure what on Earth we were paying for.

Pretty good casino. Minimum bets were only $10 on most tables Saturday evening, but went up to $15 as the night went on. Good selection of tables, decent beers and cocktails for about $5.

Very nice Casino rooms are very nice pool area and Spa area is very nice poker scene is improving but still needs to get better. Valet parking is free unlike other area casinos such as the Sands in Bethlehem there is several restaurants including a good noodle bar and also a 24-hour Burger Joint. Also a club and live shows

Overall it was a nice clean hotel. If you're not going to gamble theres really nothing there for you to do except the swimming pool. Also they are charging you now to use the refrigerator which is insane.

Room prices are efing crazy. $269 per night....love the casino though. Stay in a local hotel and gamble savings.....Reading some reviews here and it seems no body knows about the small smoke free casino upstairs. Free coffee and soda machines for gamblers. Those machines upstairs might be outdated but the air is real nice.

Really beautiful place but they have to do something about the smoking. We had to get out of there, it smelled awful and the smell stuck right on us. Yuck, it ruined our experience. Got a Starbucks coffee & left. 2 stars because of how beautiful the grounds were & the design.

Overcrowded on weekends, especially when they have special events. Convoluted parking where people often park in no parking zones and ignore the pedestrian crosswalks. A Starbucks in the entrance that opens late and closes early. Be prepared to wait in a long line on weekends just to get into gaming floor while inept security guards scan your id. Also long lines for the players club desk, gypsies night club, prize giveaway desk, and the mediocre buffet. Once you get past security, you're forced to walk through the smoking section to get to the non-smoking section. People often smoke in the non-smoking area anyway, because it is poorly enforced. The complimentary drinks are cheap, warm, and flat. They also expect one server to cover a large area, so be prepared to wait a while for a beverage.

I am a poker player used to action in the poker room 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Stayed here Saturday thru Monday. Sunday night at midnight there was only 1 full table. Called it a night and decided to try the room first thing in the morning. Arrived at the poker room at 8am Monday morning and it was empty. Security at the elevator said the floor will not see it's first players until 10 or 11am. Also, my wife and I were buying drinks at the glass bar in the center of the casino floorand only by asking for a water did we find out alcoholic drinks were free on the floor! Would have been nice to know before spending $100s for drinks at the bar for 2 days/nights! Great rooms, but at the end of the day I think it is too far off the beaten path for real action
