Good greasy burger. I had mine with cheese, bacon, mayo, lettuce, pickle and avocado. Did not really care for the toasted bun. The onion rings were very good.

Pretty disappointed in the staff at this location. I m a local to the neighborhood so I try to support the company frequently but my recent visit is making think differently. I normally overlook & am understanding of mishaps like the phone being down or the staff always playing music ridiculous loud & really crazy EDM but this visit was just too much. I m prone to headaches so I call ahead to try avoid the noise. Well I called ahead today, arrived on time & paid for my meal. I waited for 10 minutes just for the staff to realize it was already made and no one handed it to me. The staff was completely unapologetic. Normally I m very understanding but i left with a headache from the blaring music and cold food. Both could have been avoided, I understand mistakes but a simple I m sorry or our apologies goes a long way. I wouldn t have writen a review if the staff showed some understanding.

Also they forgot the guac that I was charged for.

Since I m already writing a review it should be noted this location does not have a handicap parking space. It does have a slight entrance ramp but no arm rail for the entrance. The bathroom is inaccessible if you can t use stairs. This location is not very disability friendly to wheelchair users or people with sensory issues.

Edit: I see multiple people have complained about the music, well here s an update: nothing s been done about it it s still just as bad if not worst then before. Seems like if they turned the music down a bit the staff could focus on their communication instead.

Edit: snarf burger commented & emailed me trying to make things right by saying they would send me a gift card that they never sent.

Good burgers and not too expensive, very popular in the late afternoon though took a while to get food

Today was my wife and I , first Snarf experience. The food gets up
I had the Double Bacon cheeseburger and I tried the fried bologna sandwich ( ) yep mind blowing. My wife had the Single Cheeseburger with the fringes (Onion rings and fries) mixed. I would definitely go back. Cant wait till the new locations open up. A must try

Was quoted 20-25 minutes as I walked up to the counter with a a staggering group of people behind me. And the outside seating area was already packed with people having to stand around tables. But this was still early in the morning a little before lunch so I decided to commit to the wait because having saint patty s day on an empty stomach wasn t an option. After I watched groups and groups of people come and go I started to get eager especially aar the 25 minute mark. However I didn t want to distract the seemingingly already understaffed operation. I waited close AN HOUR AND A HALF ON A SINGLE BURGER AND FRIES . My order was lost in a mess of a kitchen and once the staff were notified they did seemingly NOTHING. I was not comped, was not reimbursed but seriously wanted to pester them for a refund because THATS WHAT YOU DO. UNDERSTAFFED, UNDERTRAINED, MISINFORMED and overall A LOOSE SHIP SH!* SHOW. And as an ending note my main commitment to all of this was because the puny burger and infants handful of fries were TEN DOLLARS ! With no drink I might add ... Now if a burger joint were to CORRECTLY quote you over an hour of waiting time then who their right mind is gonna persist on eating there at that point... if I d have gotten an actual accurate quote they wouldn t have gotten my business AND TIP. and possibly this review but ... thought I should share considering it totally threw a wrench in a whole day I had planned out. And this is all coming from a backroung in restaurants and service so I speak within full reason I believe... I also waited a majority of this time with ANOTHER gentlman who s been there about as long as I was that had gotten his order misplaced as well... at first we joked of our misery and misfortune for awhile maybe around 30 minutes but this was assuming it was almost at an end... it wasn t until another 45 minutes past that until we actually left and by that time there was no humor and pure frustration...

Convenient place to stop for lunch after a hike. We had burgers and shakes, both excellent, and the onions rings were hand battered deliciousness.

My patties came out a little burnt on my burger because one of the staff tried to make too many burgers at once. Everything else was delicious though. I'll definitely come back, mistakes happen.

I'm from NYC and I know how frickin condescending this sounds... but I'm constantly disappointed by the quality of basically all the food in Boulder. Snarfburger, on the other hand, is top of their class-- one of the best burgs I've eaten-- so nummy!
Fries are average (thin, light, crispy, not oily or salty enough for me) and shakes are ight. Custard itself was solid.
But goodness, their burgers ...
GET THE DOUBLE

Rowdy place. Fun, messy food. If you're having the burger, make it a double. The single drowns a bit in the fun mess. Best to walk, parking is very limited.

I visited on April 16th around 430 and the 2 working were very friendly and worked fast to get everyone's burgers out. VERY TASTY. Had a burger with no tomato or hot sauce and added bacon with a side of fries.

Yummy onion rings. Burgers were delicious. Employees are great thanks will visit again for dead and company!

I only have beef a few times a year and it's always at Snarf's. So so good.

Best burgers in Boulder. And that's about all you need to know. Well I guess their fries are delicious and onion rings are stupendous. Oh and don't get me started on the shakes and concretes. It's a tiny little shack with a couple of employees who are always super nice. There is seating outside with umbrellas in the summer

I enjoyed my first foray with the new offshoot from Snarf's Sandwiches, Snarfburger. The selection is interesting and not near as extensive as the parent company but fit the bill for today. I chose a double burger, which turned out to be way bigger than I anticipated but was still very tasty. Got the F-rings, which were crispy perfect. And NEXT TIME, I'll get a malt or a "Concrete"...Snarfburger's equivalent of DQ's Blizzard!! Delicious all around!!

Passable grub. Limited menu. Skip the hot dogs (served on dry, uninspired toast). Decent burgers, fries and onion rings. Didn't try the milkshakes but they looked okay. Only a few seats inside. Reasonably clean, but a very persistent fly made it hard to enjoy the food. The staff like their music loud. Nice walk on a cool evening, but there are better food options in the area.

This place had one of the best burgers I have ever tasted in my entire life. You can tell by the small scale of it and by the unprofessional vibe of the workers that they own the place, and they have passion for what they do. They can be clumsy with the order a bit, but the meal itself was so mind-blowing that they deserve 5 stars.

Just awesome! For us, just the BEST BURGERS IN BOULDER + their custard/concrete is a good stuff too.

The music was blaring when I called my order in- as a result my order was incorrect. My burger was burnt and cold. Usually love Snarfs, but honestly disappointed with the quality lately.

Great french fries. Hamburger is good too but not great. Love the vibe...

Very good! I had the fried bologna but I will be going back for a burger! It was very fast and it's a nice little spot for burgers.

I was in Boulder for a few hours to spare before my trip back to Los Angeles and needed a quick bite. This place was great. Loved the food and was not disappointed. Though the only thing I would suggest is an upgrade from frozen to fresh fries. It would up the quality of food and would potentially bring in more customers.

If you plan to visit, then either carpool, take the bus, bike, or walk to the place, because parking is severely limited. The dining area is also on the small side. Any more than a handful of patrons and it gets pretty crowded.

As far as non-chain burger joints in and around Denver, this is about as good as it gets. And the burgers are pretty good, but maybe not mind-blowing. The desserts are very good, too.

The beef burgers were good (so my husband and son said) but my veggie burger was burnt and soaked with grease. Won t order a veggie burger here again but my husband and son will get their burgers here again. Kind of disappointed. :(

Yikes. Fifteen bucks and 30+ minute wait for this? Should change the name from Hot Pastrami to Lettuce & Tomato with One Slice of Pastrami...

Best burger joint in town! Awesome prices too! I come here all the time, they're really better than any other burger joint in their price tier. They're finally opening more of these shacks in other locations. Took em long enough. Their special burgers are what you need to get. Go with the hatch burger

Oh my goodness, best burger, best fries, best onion rings! The entire family loved it! My six year old asked if we could eat at Snarfburger everyday for the rest of her life!

It was fine - pork sandwich was a little dry and had so much lettuce it was ridiculous. My companions burger was good, nothing great but fast and cheap.

Don't come here for the burgers. Come here for the custard and frings. You get a few topping on the custard and the fries/ onion rings are perfect.

I used to go to the Lafayette location frequently for lunch, but since they've closed I now make the one hour journey to get my Snarfburger in Boulder. It's still worth it and I think it shows just how good the food is! The only thing I don't like about this location is the parking situation, which doesn't look easy to improve.

Worst Burger I ve ever had !! Pictures look really good when I checked it out on Grubhub. Tried it for the first time and I m actually gargling my mouth as we speak with water. Bread was stale. Messy I don t mind as long as it s good but NO!! They must have poured the entire bottle of salt on the burger. The fries are just as salty and I love salt ! The taste won t get out of my mouth!!! Helpppppppp!!!! Please don t go eat here unless you love to eat bottles of salt. Burger King or McDonald s is 100 times better.

The food was decent. Place is disgusting, you have to wave off a crowd of flies to even order, and the girl taking my order didn't remove her gloves to give me my change, half of which she dropped on the counter without picking up. Won't be going back.

Jude was so amazing to us! We came hangry looking for something quick and delicious and every thing we ordered was out in less than five minutes and still soooo fresh and sooooo amazingly good! Thanks Jude for being a sweetheart with everything! Times are tough and your positive spirit brings light!
