Very clean everyone is so nice the food from the restaurant was so fresh and good me and my husband will be back again this was our first time visiting for our anniversary

Super rude and inadequate manager! Sent us to get the hell out of the place due to not having proper passport since we are visitors form Israel! Shame on you!

Excellent hotel, very beautiful. The heated pool is the best.

I play there often I think the machine should pay out a little bit better I hear it's better for them to pay a fine then to pay out what it should be

The food in the buffet was the worst food I ever had like a third world country they can do better .management must eat in the buffet to see what's happening .

nice casino resort with a nice variety of restaurant options on site. the inside outside pool area is cool too.
if u become a member the giveaways are awesome. they already gave us a free cruise and are giving away another one at the end of this month.

Very classy and clean. Everyone was dressed to impress. I love feeling like I was stepping back in time when I was playing the slot machines. I only went to the casino part so I don't know anything about the hotel. This place is huge I had to asked the staff witch way I came in as I was lost and couldn't remember where I parked my car luckily these two men remembered witch way we came and pointed us to the right direction. I love how beautiful everything was.

Casino is fine. Smoking should be banned in the public area.

The people in the front desk don't smile or greet nicely the way one encounters in other nice casino hotels. The bell boy was rude and prevented us in taking the luggage cart by ourselves to the room. The same guy was very rude and started acting up when he saw us with the luggage cart when we were departing the hotel. I mean come on it is a luggage cart! Also did not like the fact that the room did not have a refrigerator.

Just went there to do some gambling, live nearby so don't stay at the resort.

Upon arrival we saw a nice "new"hotel, efficient valet parking free for guests. Reception was easy and the bellhop helped with our bags smartly and professionally. We did not come to gamble but enjoy playing the penny slots on occasion. The room was lovely, new and clean . Upon unpacking wr decided to walk around the casino to check out the resturants, clubs and slots. We were greater with enough smoke in the air to choke a 3 pack a day smoker. 2/3 of the casino is smoking and in the non smoking area it was only marginally better. Smoke seems to be everywhere even in the room we were in 2 floors above. Biggest dissapointent was the resturants. Very overpriced and place to get a slice of pizza or a hot dog or BLT. Guy Fire's was a decent meal although the waitress was hard to find and kept forgetting our drinks even though the place was almost empty. No atmosphere at all was dissapointing also. We thought we would get to see a show or a good band in the bar, only to find entertainment is quit speratic. Not wanting to get a $17 fried rice app or a $40-50 steak we struggled to fid any decent resturants in this area. Stroudsburg has good dining but it was too far to drive. After 2 days of suckling in 2nd hand smoke we cut our trip short and came home. BTW..all the staff was wonderful.

We had fun, a good 2 hours of playing the slots. My first time ever in a casino and I'm almost 50. I can now check off "gambling" from my bucket list.

I give 5 stars to this casino for its rooms the people that work there good places to eat very clean here coming here 10 years one problem the slot machines are the worst I've ever played you talk to people and workers there they say the same thing

My hubby and I spent the weekend there and I must say, we had a wonderful experience and a great time. The room was very clean and lived up to my expectations. The valet staffs, bellman and front desk staffs were very welcoming and answered all our questions. I will definitely be back for another weekend getaway. We ate at Guy's restaurant both days and the food was very tasty. For those of you who love to shop, the crossings premium outlet is 10 mins down the street, which was a big plus for me....The overall experience was great.

Very nice place. Ate at Guy Fieris. Really like the food. It seems understaffed. But the people who worked there were great. And of course the food is a trip to flavor town.

Wasn't that impressed by the casino, the food at the Market wasn't the best.

My fiance and I stayed overnight. The games were so tight . It wasn't even fun, never had enough to replay. Lost 2000.00 in about 5 hours. Worst Casino I've ever visited

Mount Airy has a great casino and its location if beautiful.

Few .25 and .50 cent machines. Mostly penny and dollar. Won't go again.

Everyone was so friendly and the place was very clean and bright excellent atmosphere.

Please keep in mind that this two star rating is specifically for their free complimentary fireworks to the public . We have not visited Mount Airy Casino and this review does not reflect the level or ratings of the resort or lodge. We decided to check out this free offer from Mount Airy Resort on Tuesday 7/3.... and it was just ok .... basically the norm/ average for the area and comparable places. The disastrous part is their traffic management. Simply horrible. They need to provide some form of training to individuals who will be given the task of dealing with large amounts of traffic and parking. The workers handling the high volume of traffic were completely clueless. Your best bet if you want to view the free fireworks is to find parking outside, away from the resort, then simply walk over. Be alert and careful as there could be traffic and the lack of proper sidewalks or walking paths.

Always a wonderful experience win or lose. Employees from the casino to the restaurants are very pleasant. Dining is exceptional, but I wish they would bring back Betty s Diner also for a lighter food choice and less cholesterol than Guy Fiero s. The The pool area is beautiful as is the spa. Joe Lanzerotti is the BEST host!!!

We stayed here 2 nights. It was great! Everything was clean and there were sanitizing stations everywhere.

Went for the buffet. Selection was great, with many wonderful options. All the food was great. Went in hungry and left feeling quite full fantastic food.

It was ok, soooooo smokey and a lot of very old slot machines. I never have won the multiple times I've been there. I think I will stick to the Sands.

Lovely resort. However the cigarette smell inside the casino is unbearable if you are sensitive to smells, you most likely won't enjoy it.gets in your hair & clothing. Concert venue is nice with no smoking.
Phone staff not at all helpful, rather rude . When asking about nightly rates they said " it depends " . Hung up not finding out a thing . Asked for the box office, "I can't transfer you there, they don't take calls "

Nice rooms. Pool filled with kids, 4 were throwing football making it unrelaxing, got hit with the ball once. Ask staff to talk to the kids. Kids went outside for maybe 5 min then back to throwing the football the length of the pool again.

Casino is nice just visiting for the day, my only problem is this casino only for people to gamble, I go to Mohegan sun casino near Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania they have 3 areas where people or musical groups perform like a lounge area for the non-gambler

Beautiful place just don't take your kids there with you thinking there's a place for them (I get it's a Casino but an arcade for kids would help singly moms with no family )

Clean. People were chill. Not a bad experience at all.

We have been going there for years and do 10-14 hours of quality gambling and always get a comp room for 1 night. We did not go for over 6 months and now were told that all comp has been terminated because we have not come more then 6 months.
Can you believe the rationale behind this policy? Now they lost good business forever. All AC and Conn casinos go overboard to get you back if you don't go for awhile and these amateurs tell you to go to hell and do not come back. The guy who answered could not care less and seemed to enjoy it when telling me the bad news. Terrible attitude and a great place to avoid. Once my car at valet stood running for more then 30 minutes with the AC on when I saw it from my room I told them and they moved it. Buffet is prison food. Pancakes over $9.00.

Was up there for July 4th, didn t stay at the hotel that trip, just gambled. They mailed me offers immediately , free rooms, slot play, 60 dollar dining credit. I go to AC a lot , but they are really good here with their offers. I do love this place and the rooms . I only gave the room 3 stars because they don t have a fridge, we usually bring tons of water if staying a few nights. They have a mini bar, but in my opinion, I d rather a fridge. AC used to have mini bars and did away with them, nobody wants to pay those prices. You can ask for a fridge and they charge you 25 dollars, I ve never been in a hotel without a mini fridge. That would be the only thing I have anything bad to say about, we loved everything else The food, the peaceful atmosphere , the quietness at night is amazing, we heard nothing from our room .

Great atmosphere. Casino has smoking areas. Gaming tables reasonably priced on a Friday night. Lots of slots. Drinks are free but small.

We live in Mt.Pocono went to see earth wind and fire at the outdoor theatre I have eaten at Guy Fieires 24 hours restaurant and the buffet. Been to gypsies lounge and pool area

Me and my husband went they on New Jersey to see Sinbad and then again to see Mike Epps we enjoyed the show the place was very nice I even got a chance to take a selfie with Sinbad

I'm not a gambler, but my wife is. We stopped here for about an hour. Nice place, lots of bells and whistles, but exactly what I expect from a casino: you give them your $ and the slot machines give you nothing in return,
