Rooms are beautiful...very classy. Fun casino. I didn't like the buffet

Service was slow was there two hours and only saw one server on the whole floor.

Great time. Great food. Lots of activities and excursions in the area!
Great weekend or quick getaway.
Suggestion: more restaurant variety and more than one swimming pool.

We all had a very good tyme and the food at the buffet was great as always

only went for the casino and buffet but that buffet is amazing, very affordable ($16.99), and the food is surprisingly flavorful. loved the desserts too.

Great casino with a lot of games, though the table limits go up pretty early.

Signs say the only casino that is % smoke free. Where? Practically everyone there was smoking everywhere. Disgusting.

Serves it's purpose. Can do without the cigarette smoke. Could never win on the slots but always had luck with table games

Went here to try the buffet. At $20 a person there wasn't much food to choose from. Food was good, but I won't be spending $20 for the buffet again.

I would have given it 5 stars. I took away 3/4 of a star because the food in The Market restaraunt was not good. I guess that's why you are given a $25 voucher. I took the other 1/4 away due to the the casino being way too crowded during Covid times. I don't gamble but that is the same floor as the restaraunts. Other than that, the staff was very very inviting, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are beautiful and updated. Will definitely come again!

Entire place is smoking accessible...tough to breath in there

This is one of our favorite places. The pool area is above and beyond. Service is always great with attentive individuals taking care of business. The casino is well laid out and for us our go to location.

Casino has worse payouts of any we have played at. Casino I would rate 2 stars. Hotel is very nice and recommend that. Always clean and employees very nice. Hotel I rate 4 stars. They use to run good deals for hotel/casino combo and great deals for returning customers but they stopped that so we have not stayed overnight in several years.

The golf course could use some major repairs greens we're not acceptable in some of the fairways are very hard and a lot of run off to the sides cuz no grass

Amazing over night stay! Free valet! Free upgrade from standard double room to KING SUITE!! Decent size casino. I won $50. The pool was beautiful. The buffet was good, $50 for two people. I wish I could've stayed longer. The staff was amazing.

They did not have enough tables open to accommodate the never of people in the casino

First visit - several restaurants - had fun but in general too smokey overall for my taste and comfort even when near non-smoking areas

You never win at the craps tables when it gets hot it cools off quick and when it's cold it's a seven blizzard sometimes all night long. If you try the dont's you still get crushed. I would love to get those Dice checked.

Couldn't breathe for the cigarette smoke. Just disgusting and all I did was walk through half of the perimeter of the gaming floor. No shopping except a gift shop and candy store.
Pocono Downs Mohegan Sun even vents the smoke better and at least has interesting shops.
Don't see any reason to head to My. Airy in the future although the golf course looked appealing.

Working in the area (very close to SP) and staying at the hotel, to get to the hotel area you MUST walk through the gambling floor (smell of smoke). I believe it was designed that way. Guy Fieri restaurant is open 24 hours, off the gambling floor area. Rooms are beautiful (do not smell of smoke). New and modern. All staff encountered we're friendly and courteous. Would stay here again.

This review is in regards to the Security Staff . Their staff was very unprofessional and rude towards my entire family. Now before I begin explaining myself I do understand that there are rules and regulations that they must apply in order for them to complete their everyday tasks.

When we first arrive we were told that on the casino floor you must be 21 and older. If you are not, you need to have a wristband and be escorted to the destination you are heading to. Problem with that is EVERYTHING is on the casino floor such as food places, elevators, shops, and restrooms. Which is why I don t understand why you have all these things on the same floor knowing that families are going to be in and out, but have to be escorted as if they re going to cause a scene or whatever. Families are going to want to be in and out of places and not wasting time.

Anyways, my family only had one minor and he was 19 years old. We were escorted to the buffet with no problem and he was given a wristband to be identified as a minor. After the buffet my brother, cousin and I wanted to go back to the room to chill. We walked out and once we were walking towards the exit of the casino we were stopped by this lady asking us where s our escort. She immediately pulled aside and told us don t move as if we stole something. She called her boss and the state security guard as well. They approached us and rudely told us what we re we doing and where s our escort. We told them we were only escorted to the buffet but didn t know we needed one back. They yelled at us and gave us so much attitude as if we knew that from the beginning. We gave them our ID s and there was no problem identifying who we were. The boss came up to us saying in the lines of we have policies and you need to follow or else you ll be fine and kicked out the hotel. Oh in addition blamed me and my cousin because apparently we broke the law by walking around with a minor on the casino floor, but didn t step foot on the casino floor. We told them we weren t aware with this and he responded Now you do . Then pointed at my younger brother saying it was his fault and he was causing all this drama and problems. He said that they have security guards all over but where were they when we were walking towards the room that took us 10 minutes to walk there?!? We were literally just going back to the room. They threatened us about them losing their jobs because of us and it was just pathetic. On top of that it was our first time and our last.

Besides the hotel staff you guys were amazing but the security staff needs to freaking know how to talk to people. If they were just to let us know what the rules were instead of accusing us and blaming us, maybe we d know what to do if we knew the god damn procedures. Never going back and hope no one gets treated the way we did.

PS- I also didn t know guards are allowed to grab a 2 year old child with force and pull them to the side

All you have to bring is your love of everything.... smelling like cigarette smoke. The smell of the smoke is everywhere. Lobby, Spa, Casino/ non-smoking Casino ares, and restaraunts all have the odor of smoke. Only escape is your room or the pool area. Our trip and my wife's birthday was ruined. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was great. They even let us check out right away and not charge us any penalties which we appreciated. But now here we are 4 hours from home on our phones looking for something to do for my wife's birthday. They should be upfront on booking that this place is not for people who can't be around smoke. Its almost 2020 who allows smoking inside anymore? ??

AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM THE SECOND YOU ARRIVE THE HOSPITALITY IS SURREAL AND THE LOCATION IS UNBELIEVABLE WITH BREATH TAKING VIEWS !!! THE CASINO & ADDED AMMENTIES IS PRICELESS AND I WILL FOREVER BE GREATFUL FOR THE MEMORIES AND THE EXPERIENCE IN ITSELF I WILL TREASURE FOREVER!!!

For the most part it was a decent place. Not as much smoke as others have said. We played at the roulette wheel and had to have security review a bet we made that the dealer tried to take. We were in the right and were paid what we won.
Other than that it was a decent time.

I'm not a huge casino fan, but this one was pretty nice. The rooms are gorgeous. There is a smoke-free casino on the 3rd floor, but it's only slots.

A real Casino with a real casinos ambiance. The gaming was very good and professional food was tasty but a little on the overpriced side. Room was great comfortable clean. Good getaway during these cold winter days with someone who is special to you. Price reasonable check for online deals.

Love Mt Airy. Staff is helpful and nice. Place is clean. 4 stars because we don't care for the beds, too firm for our taste.

This place is great, they are top notch clean and professional. Very attentive and polite. The beds are comfortable and you cant get excess to the hotel rooms from the elevator without a key. You will need it for the elevator to move. The pool was nice and big with options to go outside or stay inside. The only thing is there is no hot tub which is what I was looking for. They have about 4 restaurants onsite and a casino all in the same location. We went to the buffet which h coat about 16.99 a person. Food and desert was really good. Drinks are included in that price. They have a guys burger which was really good.we got to the hotel early and there no hesitation to allow us to have our room early. It was cleaned amd ready. They dont really have a walking trail which is what I was looking for giving the location and the beautiful views here. This hotel has high glass decorations all over bery detailed amd beautiful I really enjoyed. They had a bar are at the pool which is were you would get your towels. Like I said the food was good the rooms were very nice. I got a glass stand up shower. The toilet has it's own door for extra privacy. You will not regret coming here I would say a 5 star hotel for sure.

Friendly, one of few.casinos i been into this one is the Best by far in there area..But you know folks casinos doesnt.have windows i hope they prohibit smoking in.entire casino one day just.leave a smoking section those who does, its similar to.most casinos floor plan table games in.center high limit room normal floor design, nice for.quick trip. But i liked this one especially for.friendly very helpfull smiley faced staff working. Thanks Mount Airy we will visit again.

Eww, little luck but more yuck! I left this place smelling like an ash tray. You can win money in this place but you have to do it quick and then GET OUT. Half hour, tops!

We decided to try somewhere new and give AC a break. Big mistake! After packing our things I ended up forgetting My ID. Ok that's on me, fine. So by the time I noticed we were already in the parking lot of mt airy so we decided to make the best of it. Plus My days of being carded are kind of over. First thing I didn't like....we park the car and walk in. You have to walk through the casino to get to the front desk from the parking lot. So since I had my baby with us we had to be escorted through the casino. Ok fine, that's how the building was constructed, no big deal. Check in was smooth and our suite was nice. So I decided to go down and check out the hotel while my daughter and husband took a nap. You have to walk through the casino to go to everything. (annoying) Anyway so I'm walking through the casino and I decide to stop and play a few games. I'm 31 and look at least 28 so of course it should be no big deal. Apparently it was. After playing the slots (for about 2 hours mind you) a security guard (Robert) comes over to me asks me for my ID. I told him I didn't have it so he told me I couldn't play. Ok no problem. To be honest I didn't mind leaving the casino floor since I had already been playing a while and was cashing out soon anyway. So I said no problem, grabbed my voucher and proceeded to the machine to cash out. The machine is near the elevators to my room so it's already near the exit of the casino. So while I'm standing waiting to use the machine I feel someone standing right on my heels. So I'm thinking ok someone in line to use the machine too. I turn around and it's the security guard. So I'm like ok whatever. Maybe he just wants to make sure I leave the floor. Fine. So the women in front of me finishes and I proceed to move up and then he moves up now standing at the machine with me. Close enough that he could read the amount I was cashing out. Ok now this is harassment. I'm doing everything you asked me to do and you feel the need to stand in my personal space? I asked him if he can back up a bit and he didn't move. He was acting as if I was a criminal. And I hate using the race card but let me add that I am African Amer. and he was Caucasian so take it as you see fit. So I take my money and I'm walking towards the elevator and he's walking with me (right beside me) so I said Sir there's no need for all of this. You can watch me leave the floor but there's no need for you to be right on top of me. This is harassment. So he says do you want me to call my manager for you. So I said sure. But I'm thinking to myself, he was way too willing to get his manager and I didn't even ask. Well I found out why. His manager was his buddy. So Abdullah (the manager) comes over & I explained what happened and right from the door he took the security guards side. So i didn't want to waste anymore time as the conversation was going no where. I go to my room to get my Family so we can eat. But of course we have to go through the casino again to eat. Smh. So we come downstairs and there's a guard there who saw the incident prior so I knew to ask him to escort us as I didn't want any problems. So he said I need to put a band on you. So I said that's fine (the band says under 21 which I haven't been 21 in 10 years) but whatever it was cool. So he escorts us to the buffet and the guard from earlier runs across the casino floor when he sees me and goes up to the waitress and says she is under 21 (pointing to me) which the guard that we were with had already let them know. Ok, now this is harassment. And if I didn't live almost 2 hours away I would've drove home to get my ID because now I feel totally disrespected and the harassment is getting worse. I didn't argue I just sat and ate. Food was horrible, service was great. So it's time to leave and they call security to escort us back. Guess who comes with a grin? Robert! I said please send anyone else. His manager came and walked us. When I told him what Robert did at the buffet he was shocked and no longer could defend him. He knew that was harassment! We won't be back.

Never win anything. Tightest slots I've ever seen anywhere.

Nice place however very sad beer selection availble to players. I don't mind doing losing money while gambling, but darn it the beer has to be better than that.

This was the worst hotel I have been to in my travelling years. If I could give it zero stars I would. Management does not even know what they doing. We found blood stain sheets in bed called front desk they could not even say sorry for the trouble, asked for the manger they said no manager works at 11pm next day asked for the manger no manger till later in the evening, all the resturants in the hotel are located in the casino floor, we not could even go to eat as my wife only had a green card on her said we need a goverment ID, I kept telling them its a federal ID they said its not we had to eat out of the hotel for there stupidity.. I even told the front desk they said it hotel policy I ask them to show me they say its not written.. the amount of money they charge not worth the troubles.. there are plenty of places to stay at I would not even recommend it to any one.

The casino was fun and the dealers and wait staff were attentive

Very nice facility, however the drink service was sub-par. They only came around to the people playing craps and blackjack.

Went to a concert at the Summer Stage. Seats were comfortable and it was roomy enough not to stand if someone needed to get out. Sound could be a bit better but it was good.

Great show. Great restaurant. Helpful staff. Tight parking.
