Great rooms. Great service. You will really like this place

There is supposed to be a no smoking area but the whole casino is smoky.

Me and my fiance went this past weekend for her birthday and we both had a wonderful time the service was wonderful the staff was very nice plus it was a beautiful atmosphere I have no complaints besides maybe the buffet food wasn't very good but the other restaurants was great we're most definitely coming back we absolutely loved it!!!

Security was rude and racist. Not welcomed if you're Asian.

Went to Guy Fieri's reasturant for my brother in law's 30th, went ok food was good service was a little slow and our reservation was pushed back.

My in laws brought us to the buffet for Thanksgiving. It was nice because there were a lot of choices. The staff was pleasant.

Overall nice experience. We were greeted quickly and were able to get into our room early. We felt safe with all the extra precautions due to Covid-19.

The valet team was excellent, very helpful. Covid prevention included plastic on the car seats and wiping down all surfaces after they got out.



The next night we ate at the noodle/sushi restaurant with no problems or complaints. At that time managers came around twice to check and make sure everything was okay. The food was good and enjoyable.

The other thing we were surprised at was all restaurants, except Guy Fieris, opened at 12PM and closed by 9PM on a weekend.

The rooms were nice, and the bed very comfortable.

Clean concert area, easy parking, concert drinks from the liquor bars were excellent, food was bad

Small but lively environment. Well kept facilities.

Better than some other local Casinos. They don't have as much bus traffic. Another Casino has alot of bus people sitting at machines without playing.

Golf was good for the weather we had. The condition of the course could be better.

Clean Resort and a blast for the whole family( kid friendly )

I was there on Thursday and I could not believe how the machines were not sanitized. At Dover Downs they had someone constantly wiping down machines a card would go in machine telling the customers it was clean. There were hardly any wipes to clean them yourself.

I HAVENT EVER SEEN A CASINO THE ONLY HAD 1 FLOOR TO GAMBLE.

The worst Casino I ever experienced. Mohegan Sun is way better by far.

Very nice casino. Ate at Guy's restaurant and the food and service was outstanding! Loved it and would definitely go back.

This is a place to visit when on vacation. This place is large, but not too large, and the hospitality is fantastic. They give first timers a reason to come back. I'm looking forward to coming back real soon.

Much better casinos in the area and table games are horrible compared to other places also comps as well coming from someone who plays and gets everything comped in most casinos in NJ and pa

This is by far the best casino in Pennsylvania!! Great restaurants including a very nice Buffet! The staff is the friendliest. We really enjoyed the pool.

It's ok never had good luck at this casino. Starbucks here doesn't accept coupons or gifts. It out of the way too.

Stopped there on a long drive for a break. Got $10 free slots so that was cool.

It was nice. Unfortunately I was there during the pandemic, so there were restrictions. I didn't like that there is no refrigerator or microwave in our room. That was really strange because I thought that was pretty much a standard thing now. But overall it was a nice stay and I enjoyed the casino.

Nice Casino, get your membership card before you start playing so you van get some free drinks. Haha!!

As far as casinos go, this place can compete with the best of them.

Great local casino by local owner. 5 different choices to eat, amazing Spa with many different options. Ample parking indoor and outdoor pool along with steam room sauna. Wide variety of places to eat from fine dining to Quick bites breakfast choices at this very Contemporary Hotel or good rooms are very spacious and very modern definitely a four Diamond Hotel

Offer you comps for a two night free room stay but they OVERBOOK...NO ROOMS ! WHY OFFE

Been goin here for yrs,up until my husband passed and never,and I mean never. have I seen them wipe machines down.NEVER and it shows when you look at them

Tried the buffet. Nothing was very good. It seemed like the kind of food you would get at an airport terminal. Institutional grade food. You're better off eating before you get there.

Play here on minor weekdays only. On the weekends, some table game dealers will win consistently more than you do after 2am. Also the slots will give you heavy losses as well after 2am.

Casino was clean. Staff friendly. Drink lady was hard to find and came by infrequently.

This was the worst experience ever. We get there and the room is dirty. We spent the extra money on a suite because we don t get to go away very often and it was disappointing. The floors were dirty and looked like it wasn t ever vacuumed and the bathroom floors were also dirty. In the shower the person who was there before left a bottle of shampoo and it was never cleaned. With covid you would expect them to clean a little better. The sinks were overflowing every time we used them and when maintenance came he told us there was nothing he can do and this is what we get for getting a suite. Which is extremely rude. The lights were blown out in our room and thankfully they came to change it. There was no fridge or microwave but you were allowed to rent one which is insane because we already spent enough money. On top of all that the mini bar was missing most of the stuff inside and they tried to charge us for it when it was missing when we got into the room. We are extremely disappointed and when we asked for some type compensation for all of this they said they would and we haven t received anything. I will never step foot back in this hotel.

I dont like to get I'd every two minutes and most of the staff where rude sit at a gamble table and it takes an hour to get a drink also they had a jacuzzi but the water is cold smfh

If casinos are your thing you'll love it! I'm just not casino person but please by all means everyone should go there at least once!

I love Mount Airy Casino! We always have a good time.

This place is horrible now, came here to play 3 card poker, only 1 table open for a Friday night and limited to 3 people at a table. There slot machines are not fun, they rarely hit bonuses to keep you entertained, there is no fun sitting a slot machine especially if you can't have a drink and a good cigar. The restaurants are running at 25% capacity but the staff is running like it 100%
full. The valet had 1 person working at night and there was a 45 minute wait to get our car. Just because you have to run at half capacity doesn't give you the right to run with no staff. I will never return to this place, it was not a fun night. One of the worst times I have had.

Clean facility and newer gambling machines and multiple dining choice

The hotel and casino were great. Clean and comfortable. The buffet for Friday nite seafood. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes in line before we could get to the registers. 2 lines. one for bronze, silver and one for gold, onyx player cards. NO line or consideration for handicap. We had to wait in the extremely long line. Both of us are handicap. (at one point a staff member went thru offering bottled water)

Ate at Guy's place for brunch and the price was a little more than I liked, but for a casino it's reasonable. The French Toast was possibly the best ever. So that was good. The place is absolutely lovely, didn't stay overnight, but will consider it in the future.

Its a good place. Got lucky n won a couple but some of the managers n pit bosses are ignorant

Stayed at the casino for two week nights for a mini getaway with my husband and another couple. We had a great time. Nice casino, but warning if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke there is a smokey smell throughout the entire casino and even in the hotel. The Bistecca restaurant was wonderful! Excellent service and food. The Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi restaurant was also excellent! Guy Fieri's restaurant was less impressive and, not surprisingly, over priced but the staff was lovely. The pool was a nice treat and I had an excellent Swedish massage at the spa.

Seen Jim Norton in the Gypsy night club. Was a great event. overall they crammed as many people as they could into a little area. The seating was a little tight and the a/c was on and off. But a great event and the hostesses/hostess were fantastic.

The casino has a strong smell of smoke. The suites are nice and room service was good. I wouldn't go back because of the smoke.

My stay at the Mount Airy resort was terrible! I'm not hard to please at all. Day 1 was no problem, Day 2 no problem. Day 3 there was a drunk woman screaming outside my room door. Security never came up to handle the situation . It was very hard for my mother & I to sleep. The following night , there was A STRONG ODOR of marijuana coming thru the vents . After calling to speak with the floor manager, nothing was done to correct the problem. This morning, same thing strong marijuana scent , spoke to another floor manager . Our room couldn't even be changed . My experience was horrible here. I wouldn't recommend friends or family to come stay at this resort.

I went to Guy Fieri's restaurant for drinks and a quick snack, and the service I recieved from David was the best I've had in a long time.
