By far the best sushi in town. Amazing food, good prices and great staff. We come on our anniversary every year and are never disappointed.

I wasn t expecting much but good food for a restaurant which is at the town like Rolla which is basically middle of nowhere.

Quality of the meal was good, but when they charged me five times for two rolls, and I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix the issue, insisting I wait a month to try to get reimbursed. Two rolls, $68, when we should've had a $18.56 charge, plus $3 tip.

Following up, my card company doesn't charge pre-authorization, but yours does. Still didn't explain why my card still had five transactions to your one restaurant. Today, there's a new pending charge of $21.56, so that's even more fun, as there's still two pending $18.56 charges, one pending credit in that amount, one posted $21.56...

Excellent quality sushi! Perfect amount of rice in the cut rolls, can't say that about many places. Creative combinations, fast friendly service. I highly recommend the mermaid roll.

Mottomo is honestly one of the best sushi places you ll find in Rolla. The food was great and they have a wide variety from Ramen to Bento Box s to sushi. I ve tried all at some point and have enjoyed every bit of it. If you re looking for a good place to eat, I would recommend this place. However, one thing it does lack is space, it feels cramped with the amount of seats squished in this area. With what they lack in space, they make up for with taste. Great place to eat!

The place was really nice inside! I didn't enjoy the food, but it was because I tried something new and it didn't fit my taste. My friends fully enjoyed their food though. Customer service was the best I've had in a while.

Rolls we're great. Good portion of fish and other ingredients, not all rice. Service excellent with a quiet decor.

Food was amazing. I sat at the counter, the kind gentleman making the food enjoyed the conversation at the same time of making our sushi rolls. 100% best sushi in rolla, you won't find any better here.

Very dark for the middle of the day, our food was so hot we had to wait several minutes to eat it. On a good note, it was fresh! Server was cordial.

Our trip to Mottomo was fantastic! I highly recommend the chicken katsu and the spicy crab roll! Also, their green tea is made from matcha with is a rare, but delicious find! Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and service was quick!

Fast friendly service, good food, particularly enjoyed the crab rangoon.
Quiet unhurried atmosphere no rush for you to leave. All had the B-3 lunch special, and surprise everyone enjoyed it. Kinda a first for this family.

Gorgeous food, a bit pricey but worth it. I recommend going at the lunch time, and getting a bento box! ~9 bucks for a good amount of food! Also the best miso soup I've ever had

The food was so delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and was very good about refilling drinks before I even noticed that it needed more. The sushi was very reasonably priced. It is priced about the same as Koi in Rolla, but it tased better. Portion sizes are very generous. The eggroll had glass noodles in it, which is something I've never had but I loved. I will definitely go back.

Given that Rolla is a small town in a landlocked state, I was not expecting much. This restaurant had changed that. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish and the presentation. And the variety was really good. Service was very good, also. Definitely worth coming back to.
