Quality of the meal was good, but when they charged me five times for two rolls, and I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix the issue, insisting I wait a month to try to get reimbursed. Two rolls, $68, when we should've had a $18.56 charge, plus $3 tip.

Following up, my card company doesn't charge pre-authorization, but yours does. Still didn't explain why my card still had five transactions to your one restaurant. Today, there's a new pending charge of $21.56, so that's even more fun, as there's still two pending $18.56 charges, one pending credit in that amount, one posted $21.56...
