Long wait time. They said that I have to go back to the truck and wait for somebody that will come to tell you which dock is going to be yours. I ve been waiting more than 2 hours for somebody . My appointment was at 4PM I came 3:30PM. After I called my dispatch and he email them they found a available dock .

Worker staff ale truly rude.. especially women (around 40) with tattoos. I cannot believe that people can be like that to others.

Worked here as quality the training was horrible there was no official way of doing any one thing everyone had there opinions on the "correct" way of doing things. Also constant harassment from some of the men there . Got so bad one time took it to HR they gave the guy a slap on the wrist after multiple women reporting him.

I deliver at Areofil once a week. They treat me with respect and always unload me BEFORE my appointment time. Usually takes less than 30 mins. You drivers must show respect to get respect. Especially you Bosnians and Russians. You guys are SO rude and dis-respectful. SLOW DOWN.

Receiving is by appointment only. Unloading time around 30-40 minutes. there is NO overnight parking, but Flyin J is right around the corner.

Drivers, this place sucks for picking up a load. Expect to wait 5+ hours. Extremely disorganized, over booked shipping department. I will not be back.

This is the worst place to try and load freight out of. I've pissed a whole day away sitting here waiting to be loaded arrived at 8:30 am backed to the dock at 2:00 pm and its 5:30 pm and there is still little or no action at this place my advice to anyone and everyone is to totally avoid this place
The people that work here grew up where the street signs said slow children playing and have carried that into their adult life

Worked there 26 years and thanks to little Hitler Chris Reiner I got demoted for no reason and my life has went to hell. Dangerous job would not recommend.

ATI has so much to offer. They take customers needs to heart and truly strive to please.

They are truly on the ball at this place. I showed up 30 min early to my apt and was quickly loaded. Office ladies very friendly and easy to deal with. No complaints. What ever happened in the past with loading issues is over. Cant wait to load here again. Restroom on site and overall great experience

i work at ATI and i absolutely love the place. they really do care about their people, rather they are employees or customers.

If your not a local expect to be blown off and ignored, not touched till after your 2 hrs after being turned away wile the local drivers at this location come and go as they please. They get loaded first as well.

Friendly staff and porta potty outside in the dammmmm. Cold .. Trucker we love you...

This place is horrible to unload at. Be prepared to sit for 3 to 5 hours. Never again!

Appt - Midnight
Arrived - 3pm
Empty - 11pm

Showed up several hours early testing my luck but they were busy so they allowed me to rest on the street until it got close to my appt time. Nice guy came out before my appt and lead me to the dock up the road where he was going to unload. Bumped the dock and he was done in 30min. Once empty they allowed me to finish my break on the street

I don't believe anyone at this place made it pass 3rd grade I honestly believe that!!

Receiving closed Friday night 10pm to Sunday night 10pm.
Portas for restrooms. Street parking. Truck stop same exit. Empty in 1 hr once docked. Overall ok place.

The second shift shipping Dept lady needs a vacation, I've never seen such unprofessionalism outside of Connecticut or New Jersey before in my life I almost had to call the broker and refuse this load due to being ignored and they screaming shipping lady. I don't get paid to listen to people cry moan and scream. Also i could have done without the eye roll, when i spelled my company's name.

I m waiting for a dock 5 hours and still no buddy came to me

It took them more than 2 hours to place me to the dock even they had few open. People were rude. After my dispatch email them and complained that because of them I m gonna be late for other appts, they gave me a dock and unloaded in 20 min.
My appointment there was at 16:00. I checked in at 15:30

The worst place I have ever been to load tremendous garbage

I, personally had a great experience at this shipper, very fast even if I was 1 hour late an my appointment, in & out 1 hour.

Today, everybody is free to leave a review based on a personal experience, but, almost 90% of reviews people leave only bad review. Where are those good reviews, WHY such a big company where ships and receives hundreds of loads per month has only a few reviews and those are bad.. WHY, when you have a nice experience usually you don't have time to write a good review.
Be honest, or be patient.

When the new owners took over last year. they fired 100 people some people that's been there 20 years. And I got fired by a Jason Carter he was fired 2 days before me lol, and they lied so I couldn't get unemployment. This is the worst company I ever worked for all they care about is themselves.
