While in grants pass on a motorcycle trip, my friend stopped in to get a tire- they were too busy to mount it so we had to do it ourselves. The dealership employee would not let me in the store unless I was interested in buying a motorcycle- I was not. I was looking for some gear and chain lube, and he replied "we don't have what your looking for"- he had no idea what I needed. I had face covering due to covid. He saw we were from California and was completely rude. For being a Suzuki dealership I expected a staff staff that was not errgant and rude.
