I worked there for three years. You're never good enough, even if you're a seasoned Premium agent taking Cadillac calls. They'll wear you out and down and then ask you why you don't love working there.

While this job opportunity did give me a boost into the world at a young age, the management seems to be an issue. Maybe not necessarily in the Saginaw location, but other locations..
I work here and I love my job. Most of the business done out of my building is call center work. You deal with a scope of people, from grateful for the help to (mostly justifiably) angry, like most other customer service jobs. My management is great and while there are some issues, overall they really seem to care. I will admit that not everyone has had the same experience as me though.
I used to work here for about 1 year and 2 months in the roadside department. It's coming up to 9 months from when I was let go due to medical problems. The actual job I had, taking roadside calls, generally sucked but the people I worked with were awesome. They do need to work on some employee comforts, though. Having people crammed together side-by-side only 3 feet apart gets very loud, and that impacts both customer experience and the employee's ability to do their job to the high standards they want. To someone with light sensitive eyes like myself, it was also very bright with all the florescent lighting. If you get migraines due to light very easily, steer clear unless you have a pain medicine that 100% works for you.
They are generally a very accepting employer in terms of piercings, hair color and cuts, and tattoos. However, if you have a naturally monotonous voice or have a lot of trouble with inflection, I don't recommend attempting to work here unless you plan to work with your voice. Points will almost always be taken off call qualities when they pull them, and they will continue to coach you to the end of time about it unless you get it perfect every single call.
I am not surprised that employees write reviews here. This place is not a professional place. Morley is more about quantity rather than quality. They just do quality monitoring because they have to. They are very strict with how much time u can be on break. U cannot stay idle what so ever. If u do u have to explain urself. If u leave the room during a time that is not ur break u have to explain urself qhile team leDers and they favorite pets get to do whatever. Team leaders favoritize people. If they ask u to work on a different project than everyone else, You are one of their favorites. Those people can take advantage of idle times and etc while they talk and fool around while eveyone is making calls. I think team leaders should set example by making calls as well. They say this place is professional but its not. I am stressed out witht this job as my group and i have to sit at a desk all day in order to reach the 6,000 calls standard.
I am very impressed with the culture at Morley. There is no gossip or drama. You are given 30 days of training as a new hire so you know exactly how to succeed. I felt very empowered and appreciated by management and my coworkers. Even though I no longer work here I still communicate with several former coworkers. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their strict bathroom policy. Other than that this place is awesome and you will love coming to work and helping your clients. They also have several pot locks and events to make everyone feel included and appreciated.
Morley is a horrible place to work. They will wire you to a phone 24 7 and pay you dirt. if you like talking 24 7 to angry people broken down then by all means. & they were paying people more walking in the door to do a job I did for 2 years and i was doing way more work then them. You have to beg people to do any actual work there all people do is complain constantly and stress eat all day.
This was the absolute worst job EVER! I get approved for surgery then get let go because of attendance! The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing! Then they wonder why they lost their Allstate account to Mexico!
I worked for Morleys in 2015. The workplace policies sounded very reasonable, creating a feeling of security. However, i would discover in my experience working with the Hyundai line that it was literally a racial swamp. I was reprimanded for asking a coworker (i believe he was bipolar) if he was from a village in Mexico when he declared himself not a city man. One day this disturbed young man began screaming at me in front of my colleagues. Art (the young man), created scenarios where i was failing in my job. Esther (the supervisor, also Mexican), covered for him. During this time Esther lied to Human Resources about a situation that was discovered to be a lie by this same Human Resources. Janet, from Human resources assured me that Esther's lie was dealt with but demanded that I hold incident in the strictest confidence. According to Morleys workplace policies Esther should have been dismissed immediately. A week later, a man in higher managment named Dale, defended Esther's actions. When I questioned why they fired me having recently come on the scene but given the job of two people while the more experienced simply talked, the answer was ridiculous. Dale replied, "Each employee is expected to pull their own weight. " it was the owner Mr. Furlough's son who advised that I speak with Dale because "many cannot remain at Morleys due to the prejudice. " Following my brief time at Morleys I sought the services of a professional business organization. They felt the problem to be clearly ageism and racism, Morleys is known for it's corruption. The portrait of the owner holding a Rosary is disgusting in light of the above.
I got scammed by one of your worker... Is name is Angelo Milburn... A young boy using glasses.... I've been trying to contact him but he blocked me... Please see into this.... I've his home address, he works in Saginaw branch
The pay $10.00 an hour but tell u in the interview u will make more. After getting your 1st check and it reflects $10.00 per hour, HR says they hired you for a different position and you will be in training for the next month or more just to get $11.00 per hour. Dont waste your time
Great place of employment. I have been here 6 years on Monday and plan on many more. There are many opportunities and room for advancement if your heart desires. Would recommend it if you have customer service experience.
