We went through a couple different payment processing companies, but usbsi won us over with their superior support and great rates. I called in just to ask them a simple question about security, and they answered it and actually gave me advise on chargeback prevention, and fraud protection.
Used them for a bit and everything seemed fine, then they kept having issues doing some sort of update and said it was my fault and that they would charge me a $45 fee, so after numerous attempts to fix this issue and wasted time with their customer service that couldn't help for some reason. i canceled and switched to chase. After cancellation they kept charging me the monthly fee and now i just received a $90 charge even though i haven't been using their services since mid October. I am so extremely fed up with these people and how crappy they are. I will ALWAYS speak poorly of this company and make sure i tell every business owner i know to stay away from this company.
I started up my own business recently, and i was looking for an easier way to accept payments. They gave me a lot of advice, and they had many different solutions. I found one that fit me quickly and i found a really good rate. I did have an issue at first, but after calling in, their customer service (Thanks Min? i think that's how you spell his name) quickly answered all my questions and help me understand everything. They also followed up with me occasionally to make sure everything is well. Best customer service ever!
This is a junk company changeback. They don t care if we let us go to us and send a fax to the sea. Nima averages two or three changes a month. I really want to ask you what company s own customers interests can t guarantee. Don't choose this company is too rubbish and the cost per transaction is much higher than other companies.
There may be other places that are cheaper but the service and after-care is definitely with US Bankcard Services, Inc. Been using them for maybe 2 years now and every time I need help with something, I am taken care of usually in a very prompt time.

this company gave me nothing but horrible experience. there are 2 things i want to mention. chergeback fee and closing fees.
i haave 2 year contract. it is finished july 2, 2016. now my store is on the remodeling.
so, I don't use their machine since February 2016. but they charge me $45 per month. it is a lot more expensive than what other company charge. so, I try to close your account by July 2,2016 . now they said they will charge me for july and august. this company rip you off as much as they can.
Regarding to charge back, I charge me $25 two times for 1 case . I tried to talk to supervisor 'gary' but they didn't let me talk to him because the rep is the expert for this case.

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!! Terrible... just terrible. Returned the equipment. Took it to the back and returned after 40 mins or so and told me that the machine is in good working condition and everything was OK. That was June, 2016. In July 2017, I got a collection agent demanding $89 + bank fee... WHAT? Why didn't they charge me AT THAT TIME WHEN I RETURNED THAT DAMN machine? The agent from US Bankcard service whom I worked with previously is only repeating since it is in collection, i MUST pay the balance... but what balance? I know I am not the only one who has experience this,... we should go to a class action on this.
I been customer since 2012 with USBSI. Beware! They charge acct. fee $99.99 every year and other fee is very high. we closed acct. and They withdraw $639.63 from my bank acct. for machine. returned machine on Sep.23 but they never issued refund. called on 10/09/19 they said check has been mail out 09/27/19 so wait for other week, 10/22/19 no check so I call them back and they said no check has been mail out. refund check need to sign by VP. Martin but his not in company and they don't know when he will be back.. What a joke.. They don't know how long will be take to send a check out.. I may have to take them to court..
DO NOT USE THEM!. Once you signed up with this credit card service, you have to tie in for 2 years even your business is closed. They will just keep charging you. The customer service is terrible. Different department push around. All kinds of fees!
Compared with other families, I can still use it for several years. I have forgotten it for a few years.
This company takes good care of us all the time. As we are a high-end merchandise store, we do have chargebacks from time to time, sometimes in the thousand dollars range. We are not professional in this so we lack the knowledge to take care of these cases, but US Bankcard Services, Inc. is always here to help us with these issues. I am going to say we have probably won 95% of our cases thanks to them.
Chargeback cases are not the only thing that are great about them. My coworkers are not English fluent but they have multiple language support so that's good for my company and they are also very patient when we have trouble explaining. When we don't understand, they explain to us in a way we will and that is very great.

US Bankcard Services and its sales reps have been giving me nothing but trouble for the 15 months I was with them. The sales person James Chen made all kinds of promises but never fulfilled them. He promised to waive fees as time goes and when I try to call him, he never replied. When he does reply and said to call me back once he finds a solution; I'd never hear from him again. With a two years contract, I rather cut my loses and pay a stiff penalty and DO NOT WANT TO DEAL with this company anymore.
We've been using US Bank Card Services for our credit card processing needs ever since we started the company. The rates were very competitive. And the customer service and charge back support was great .
This person called me telling me to switch to their company, asked for my monthly statement and said I would save $60 if I switched. However, when I did switch, I was charged $80 than what the other company I used to go to charged. After this, I called them multiple times throughout the year, and each time they told me to check again next month. 6 months have passed and nothing has changed. Do not trust this company.

I am an ex-client that decided to close our account after we found lower rates elsewhere. I returned the credit card terminal in person and was given a signed checklist by one of their representatives Ricky Guo stating that everything functioned and was not going to be charged. A month goes by and my accountant finds a $89 debit from our checking account and when I call them they tell me that they had to fix the terminal AFTER they SIGNED their merchant terminal drop off checklist stating everything was fine. Not only do they nickel and dime you for everything they are a very dishonest company I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

My friend, who happens to be the head chef and owner of his own restaurant, recommended U.S. Bankcard Services to me. Told me he has been using them for years. At first, i had some doubts since he is using a Restaurant style POS system and we are just a retail store but after i called in and spoke to Terry, he assured me that he had a perfect solution for me. I got a free loaner terminal, and they are always on time with my money. Two years strong now, and i am more than satisfied. We had one little hiccup, but Ronald, in customer service took care of everything the same day it happened! BEST SERVICE!!! really have to try their service!
