No good people, not a good company. they lack diversity and customer service in the leasing office. That usually says a lot about the management company. I wouldn t live or work for this company.
I recently had the lovely opportunity to temp for the Morgan Group at Beacon at Buffalo Pointe.
While keeping everyone happy is not an easy task in this industry, the girls at the front desk try their best to make each resident/ prospect feeling welcomed. Not to mention the maintenance staff is always in high positive spirits, you really do feel like you have a work family at this community.
Ruth is AMAZING at what she does! She s a great leader and mentor to her team. If I ever had a question or needed help with something, she would address my concerns and help me guide the situation properly and respectfully while still upholding the Morgan standard.
I would recommend a Morgan Group property to anyone who is looking for a community that has quality management and values their residents.
This is the absolutely WORST property I have ever lived in. I have had non stop issues with the apartment since I moved in. The new property manager and Morgan properties obviously do not care about the residents, they only want to take your money. I am being harassed anonymously by another resident because of my sexual orientation and am experiencing defamation of character. The maintenance team seems to think it's funny that my apartment has been falling apart since moving in. Every week you can expect an elevator to be broken or a garage gate to be broken or BOTH. These brand new properties are beyond poorly built. Ever paid almost $2k to live in a box made of notebook paper? Sign a lease here and that's what you'll do. I expressed a concern with starting to see roaches (in my clean apartment) and was told, "Welcome to Texas." I am escalating issues on this property for health issues their negligence has caused and now the harassment they are refusing to address on my behalf. I would not encourage anybody to live on a Morgan Property and most definitely not Pearl Midtown. It's all glitz and glam from the outside but after you move in it's a completely different story. Listen to the reviews or find out yourself.
We lived at the Pearl Residences City Centre for almost 3 years. Hicham is the epitome of professionalism and service. My husband and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. He was always available to help and always went the extra mile. One of the major reasons we continued to stay at the pearl was his excellent service. Thank you, Hicham!

I love every Morgan Group Property. The people who work in the leasing offices are the face and the support of this company. Always are very responsive to the customers needs, residents needs, and they make YOU feel like family even thru these challenging times with COVID. Keep up the good work Morgan Group!
As a renter you have a choice, Don't Make This Mistake of renting with Morgan Group. This deplorable company during the pandemic was shaking residents down for more money $$$. If you fulfilled your lease and were fully paid and unfortunately had to vacate your apartment due to hardships, Morgan Group was shaking the tenants down for $2k for not giving 30 days notice, in a Pandemic. Do Not Move here, Jocely Pruna, Reginal Property Manager as well as Valerie Baumgartner, Resident Manager in Ft. Lauderdale are sick and twisted human beings that are praying on the tenants during this Pandemic. Morgan Group will not have your back!!!! RUN Don't Walk........
I am a realtor and rented a place to my client in june. As of today , i have not received my commission. Every time i call them, they tell me that i should receive it in a week . They are absolutely the worst community for realtors. The property name is Pearl at Dadeland and until today, 11-13-2018, i have not received the check.

Mr steve has been such a blessing, I am a 100% disabled Veteran and was living in conditions so poor it was making me sick physically. Mr steve bought the property and once he was aware of the situation moved me to a much nicer property

I just finished being a summer intern at The Morgan Group, and i LOVED it! I learned so much while working here and everyone is just so nice and friendly. You can tell the company has a special bond and they had very good key values that aligned with mine. I was excited to come to work everyday and see whats it is like to work in a real business. This internship has exceeded my expectations and i am so thankful for this opportunity with The Morgan Group.
The Morgan Group has previously owned a rental property by the name of Retreat at Westchase and I have lived there for two years and I started to experience multiple issues once new management has taken over (Morgan Group). They do not follow through on service requests as they should and deny any claims that you have put in service tickets when you clearly show you have proof. Once my lease was coming to an end, I received a hefty final bill with multiple charges that I should not have been charged for (such as to charge me to pay for a brand new dryer). Who does that? I left the dryer in working condition and the aesthetics of dryer is how I received it upon renting with them. I called them and even reached out to the head office (Morgan Group) to explain these charges yet no one responds to your emails or phone calls. Instead of trying to resolve your issues they send your bill to a debt collector. I would avoid doing any business with them. When your lease ends, they try to charge you for every little thing they find wrong even when the damages have not been your fault but by the lack of care and attention to detail by their own staff. Their professionalism is a joke. AVOID!
This is the worst management group I've ever witnessed. The manager at Beacon at Buffalo pointe do not regard their residents, I've sent trails of emails and numerous calls for a general broadcast about telling residents to leash their dogs with no response. I sent them a picture of a resident dog unleashed with no answer. The security system is flaws, several car break-ins and it feels like you're on your own.
