This house..8601 Lucerne Rd, Randallstown, MD is a nuisance. At a meeting last we met, along with our neighbors and Councilman Julian Jones And Ms. Dana who promised to call us back when calling about any disturbances at that house. Especially..my concerns are they are coming on my property .getting my landscapes bricks to break out windows. These kids are dangerous and are hazards to my home by traspassing on our property..we are home owners. This proves to me that Dana is not a person who lives by her words..in front of dignitaries yes..but that makes her a liar..SHE HAS NEVER EVER CALLED ME BACK and she is not concerned about homeowners...who have made a living, retired..worked for years. She is only concern for her job.these kids need to be removed or have kids that can be handled by workers.

Fool Bs, all they care about, is there self, and not the staff working for them. Easily to get thrown under the Bus..

Very stabilized and well organized organization compared with others that I know

The operator or this organization Sajid Tarar has some questionable affiliations, including to claiming membership in "charitable organizations" that do not exist.

Easy access, wonderful welcoming staff, amazing place to day the least.

This was the worst company I have ever worked for in my life ..... they are really unorganized the place is filthy the pay is horrible and they re really racist ... if your not Indian you will not receive fair treatment as an employee .... someone should call the department of social services on them and I ll guarantee you they will get shut down

I worked here less than a year. Day program supervisor do her best despite working in a family affiliated environment (family members runs this business and look out for each other). I witnessed enough drama between office and day program management and then management against staff to come to a conclusion this job is not for me. Individuals are out of ratio due to lack of staff. Staff are micromanaged to death by managers. Staff have to falsely documented in books to make it look like individuals are doing something but they are warehoused majority of the time. Staff groups sit at tables based on races/cultures. Online training materials is ridiculous and unorganized. Be warned if you leave under a year, you must reimburse CSC some training fees from your last paycheck.
