If you fulfilled your lease and were fully paid and unfortunately had to vacate your apartment due to hardships, Morgan Group was shaking the tenants down for $2k for not giving 30 days notice, in a Pandemic. Do Not Move here, Jocely Pruna, Reginal Property Manager as well as Valerie Baumgartner, Resident Manager in Ft. Lauderdale are sick and twisted human beings that are praying on the tenants during this Pandemic. Morgan Group will not have your back!!!! RUN Don't Walk........
