A saleswoman named Alessia helped us in the purchase, very kind and helpful, she advised us which would be the best product for me and my partner. In the end we bought a watch that he is very happy to have on his wrist, moreover the girl explained to us how Morellato is a real symbol of Venice and we are delighted to have purchased there.

I bought a bracelet and 3 charms/beads while in Rome in September 2019. It was birthday present from my parents and those things are very dear to me. However about 5 weeks since i bought it the stones started to fall from the one charm. After the first one i thought that it is not a big deal and I can simply replace it. But later during the week all of the red stones apart from one were lost. Little later the one with Colosseum just broke apart.
I am living in Poland, and there are no shops available here, so i wrote an e-mail to receive an instruction for the warranty and either replacement or exchange. Since i didn't mentioned in the first place that i am not from Italy Customer service were replying to my e-mails asking to send copies of warranty and proof of purchase etc. However after i said where I am from they just stopped responding to my e-mails.
Don't recommend buying anything here if you can not return it locally. Worst customer service.

Venice .... you have to go .. the shops are part of the must. There are the monuments and other buildings ..... And the shops ....

A must in Venice I recommend going to the sunset, the color that forms in the square is wonderful.
